The late photographer who died on New Year's Day in pursuit of Justin Bieber pics claimed he saw JB smoking pot.
Per TMZ, on Jan. 2, JB was allegedly spotted holding and smoking what appears to be a marijuana cigar at a party with Lil Twist in a hotel room in Newport Beach, Calif. The pictures surfaced just days after a photographer was killed while trying to snap pics of Justin's pulled-over Ferrari.
The same paparazzo had claimed earlier New Year's Day, before the tragic accident, that he saw JB smoking out of a marijuana pipe. Justin's people claimed it wasn't true, and many didn't really believe it until now...

Justin isn't a stranger to partying, that's for sure!
He reportedly rang in the new year in Mexico with his friends and booze. He posted pics online of alcohol bottles and toasts with Lil Twist, then later deleted them. Many downplayed it because he's of legal age to drink in Mexico. Additional reports placed him at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons on New Year's morning (the booze pics were posted at around 4 A.M. on New Year's Day).
The new pot-smoking Bieber pics and deleted alcohol snapshots could all be new signs of a troubled star. Maybe that's why Selena kicked him to the curb before 2013?
