Then again, the Adult Swim show is completely offbeat, so what would you expect?
Some fans felt bad for Demi being put in the middle of this oddity, but to us, it looks like she's a good sport, playing along with the bizarro segment that includes an appearance from Sebastian Bach.

To be honest, we really don't know what's going on, but Demi has a great sense of humor, so it's all good.
