If you loved the fraternity comedy Neighbors, then you might be surprised to learn that the sequel's newest addition to the cast won't be a frat bro. As reported by Variety, Chloe Grace Moretz has been cast in Neighbors 2 alongside Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and Rose Byrne. The film starred our beloved Zac as a college senior hellbent on making his last year at his fraternity the best ever - much to the anger of Seth and Rose's characters, who are new parents trying to live a quieter existence. So where does Chloe fit into all of this?
We have no idea what Chloe's role in Neighbors 2 will be, but I have a hunch that this time around it won't be Zac who is the nuisance on the block and that Chloe may take the reigns. After all, the end of the first film saw Zac and Seth's characters in a friendly place, so it would be odd to completely ignore that happy ending in favor of a second bro war. Perhaps this time around it's actually a sorority that is ruining the parent's suburban existence - and they have to team up with their former enemy in order to shut down the sorority house once and for all.

I'm sure that Chloe is a total sweetheart in real life, but I wouldn't be surprised if the film has her slated to be the new villain. After all, this is the girl who played the manipulative Kaylie Hooper on 30 Rock, took down an entire high school as the titular character in Carrie, and kicked serious butt as Hit-Girl in Kickass. This starlet can play vicious, and it wouldn't shock me at all if she was the Queen Bee of a sorority house set on turning her block into a 24/7 party despite the neighbors' protests.
The new film is set for release on May 13, 2016.
