Fresh off the heels of Kaia Gerber's killer Vogue editorial, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis's daughter, Lily Rose, had been named the new Chanel ambassador and face of the label's Pearl eyewear collection at only 16, according to Vogue UK.
"So excited about my new @chanelofficial campaign shot by @karllagerfeld !!!!!! Thank you," Lily captioned the Instagram shot, which showed her slaying in a cream top, blinged-out sunnies and giving one serious model pout.
It's no secret Lily knows how to work a camera, though. Aside from her Instagram feed (girl can nail a selfie), she'll be starring in Kevin Smith's upcoming film Yoga Hosers, alongside Kevin's 16-year-old daughter Harley Quinn Smith. She's also following in her mom's footsteps. Vanessa has not only been Karl Lagerfeld's muse for a while, but, she also shot her first Chanel campaign in 1990 at 18.
We can't say we're surprised by Lily's sudden success, though. She made jaws drop when she attended a Chanel show in New York in April, after staying out of the spotlight for most of her life.
There's no doubt that this is only the beginning for her career in the industry.
