Blake Lively really loves her engagement ring...and it's not because the huge diamond sparkler is valued at $2 million dollars (although that probably didn't hurt).The Age of Adaline star calls it her "most treasured possession," explaining that the gorgeous piece of jewelry came from her hubby Ryan Reynolds made it so much more special.
Explaining why it's so important to her, the Age of Adaline star told British Vogue recently, "My most treasured possession is my engagement ring made by my dear friend Lorraine Schwartz, because of the love and meaning it symbolizes...I didn't have any hand in its design-I married a gentleman." A very generous and thoughtful gentleman.
Blake must swoon every time she looks at down at that finger. If we had a ring like that we would talk with our hands, make excuses to wave or check the time with our fingers extended. It is just that stunning.
According to Us Weekly, the jewelry designer helped him find a "flawless, light pink oval diamond." Then, they worked together to design a "custom setting in rose gold and pave diamonds with a nod to deco."
After he popped the question, the couple later tied the knot in a private ceremony at Boone Hall Plantation Sept. 9, 2012 in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.
