The Kardashians were very open in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians special about how they were each processing the news of Caitlyn Jenner's transition. Different family members had different reactions and as Cait herself said, Kim has been one of the most understanding after Kanye West really helped put things into perspective for her."They were talking about it," Cait recalled to Diane Sawyer, "and he says to Kim, 'Look, I can be married to the most beautiful woman in the world...and I am. I can have the most beautiful little daughter in the room...I have that. But I'm nothing if I can't be me. If I can't be true to myself, they don't mean anything...And since then, Kimberly has by far been the most accepting and the easiest to talk to about it."
Even as understanding as Kim has been, she admits that everyone in the family is still adjusting to the process of Caitlyn's transition. During an appearance in Cannes, Kim told the TODAY Show that "It is a big adjustment for everybody," but says that she is "just genuinely so happy that Caitlyn can be who she is and who she wants to be."
Amen to that! We can't wait to get to know Caitlyn better on her upcoming docuseries 'I Am Cait,' which premieres on E! in July.
