Maddie Ziegler is only 12 years old, but she's already got a seriously impressive resume. In addition to being the muse and backup dancer for face-obscuring Sia and starring on Lifetime reality show Dance Moms, she just got another gig most girls would love at any age: covering New York Fashion Week for Elle.Her duties include attending fashion shows, posting photo diaries and hitting the starry after-parties, so basically, it's a dream job. "I'm so excited to be attending my first NYFW and who better to experience it with than Elle.com?" she wrote in an email right before she taking the stage at the Grammys Sunday to perform with Sia. "I'm looking forward to getting tons of inspiration for this next year."

Although Fashion Week kicks off Thursday, she'll officially begin her fashion week coverage on Monday, Feb. 16. She probably needs a breather after all the excitement at the Grammys.Congrats, Maddie!
