
After her impassioned speech at the U.N. launching the HeForShe Gender Equality campaign, the Goodwill Ambassador recently hosted a Twitter chat where she doled out seriously amazing advice to one follower who's father told her she couldn't be an engineer because she's a female.

The 24-year-old says in addition to the campaign creating gender equality, she hopes to see more women in leadership roles, whether that's in business or politics.
