Demi posted the pic on Instagram, writing: "My boys are really sleepy....And I'm the luckiest woman in the world....."
Demi is clearly very happy and healthy these days - and sharing just a bit more of her relationship with Wilmer. Oh, and as for Buddy, we can't get enough of the photos and video she's been posting. How cute is that little guy?
