The House of Harlow designer dyed her hair pink and cut bangs for real and debuted her latest look Thursday night in L.A at a star-studded event.Nicole hit the carpet at The Daily Front Row's 1st Annual Fashion Awards, which was packed with other bold-faced names like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Kanye West. The hot pink-haired fashionista was on hand to present the Model of the Year Award to Gigi Hadid.
