Kendall Jenner grew up right in front of our eyes on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and as a result of being in the spotlight, she had to grow up very quickly.
She and sister Kylie Jenner began getting media and paparazzi attention when they were still very young and that would be tough on any kid. You have no other choice but to grow up quickly, mature and develop a thick skin, which is exactly what the girls had to do.
In the February 2015 issue of the WSJ Magazine on the subject of "youth," Kendall opens up about being forced to grow up so quickly.
"I feel like I grew up too fast a long time ago. Having older siblings, you grow up around adults, so you mature more quickly," she explains. "I saw my sisters and parents working every day, so I was pretty much brought up to be a workaholic."
Still, that doesn't mean she necessarily WANTED to be an adult so quickly. "But I just turned 19 a couple weeks ago, and I'm scared to be 20-it's the first step out of being a teenager," adding that Khloe Kardashian always reminder her and Kylie, "You have your whole life to be an adult but only so long to be a kid."

While Kendall might have a full-blown modeling career going and she's more mature than a lot of adults, she admits that she still knows how to have fun and is holding on to her youth in the ways that she still can. "In the right situations, I try to be as immature as I can sometimes-react to things as if I were 12," she says.
