The teen moms on MTV's reality show never fail to amuse us but this time we aren't talking about any baby daddy problems or legal troubles...Teen Mom original Farrah Abraham just treated herself to some plastic surgery and we have to admit, we kind of think she looked better pre-going under the knife.
Farrah's recent splurge was on a nose job and for chin implants too.

While she does look pretty now, we just think she looked better before. There's just something about natural beauty...
On the other hand, the young mom's plastic primping makes us wonder how much these girls are making?! It sure doesn't seem like they're struggling! Both Farrah and Janelle Evans have gotten breast implants since being on the show and Leah Messer just announced she's pregnant again!
