Ian Somerhalder can breathe a sigh of relief.His ladylove, Nikki Reed and her ex-husband, Paul McDonald, have finally finalized their divorce nearly a year after announcing their split, according to TMZ.
The site reported that the former couple divided up their assets, with the American Idol alum taking their Nashville home, while Nikki got custody of their "security dog," a German Shepherd named Enzo.
In addition to the pup, the 26-year-old actress also walked away with three other homes and three cars - a Range Rover, a Toyota Tundra and a Toyota Rav4. The court documents didn't mention a vehicle for Paul in the divorce, and both of them agreed to waive spousal support.
Nikki and Paul called it quits in March 2014 after saying "I do" at a private ranch in Malibu, Calif. in October 2011. Following their break-up, Nikki moved on with Ian, whom she recently referred to as her "love" during their holiday vacation together with family in a snowy destination.
