Leave it to John Mayer to be the name behind the latest divorce in Hollywood. Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis and her husband of 11 years just announced that they are getting divorced. While everyone is trying to find out what really happened between the two former lovebirds, there's talk that it was all because of...yep, you guessed it...John.According to reports, John and Giada hooked up at a hotel, while she was still married, back in 2010. "Giada was leaning with her back against the wall, and John was right up against her," the source told Star magazine. "Giada was holding his hand and she just had a huge grin on her face. John had one hand on the small of her back. They looked like two people who were going to go home together."
While the famous kitchen queen did admit that she WAS at that hotel that night and did meet John, she said that was simply it, and that she's happily married. It seemed like the couple let those rumors swirl on by until now. Is John the reason why her husband filed for divorce?
The papers state irreconcilable differences, but many think there was more to it. They have been separated since July, and share one daughter together. They got married in 2003.
Guess we'll have to wait and see if Giada and John step out together in 2015. Think they'd make a cute couple or that she'd be crazy to get with him?
