Often times, when couples have been married for a long time, they will upgrade their rings. Usually, it's years later when they're more established and in a better position financially. Sometimes the woman will get a bigger diamond (woohoo!) or the man might get some bling on his ring. In Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra's case, Cate just upgraded her ring - her engagement ring! Tyler surprised his ladylove with the stunning new sparkler for Christmas.

The couple has been together for about nine years and they got engaged in front of the Teen Mom cameras, but called off their wedding during their time on VH1's Couples Therapy because Tyler wasn't quite ready to be married.
Now, they are expecting their second child (they placed their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption) and they couldn't be happier together. The wedding is rumored to be happening sometime after their second child is born.
