The holidays got a little brighter for some sick One Direction fans when Niall Horan paid the kids a visit at a Dublin hospital earlier this week.Niall stopped by Our Lady's Children's Hospital to talk with the fans and pose for pics. Niall didn't chat about his visit on social media, but the hospital shared the 1D star's sweet meeting with the kids on Facebook, writing: "For our patients it was a dream come true to meet the one and only Niall Horan today. We'd like to say a huge thank you to Niall for visiting Crumlin Hospital and for putting huge smiles on all our patient's faces. You've really made this a Christmas to be remembered."
We're always impressed with the One Direction guys' spirit of giving and the many things they do for their fans.
