Taylor Swift recently went all NYC, and attended a Broadway musical with her brother, mom and dad. While she was there, she dropped thousands of dollars on Hugh Jackman's shirt, and it was all for a great cause.The whole moment went down on Christmas Eve when Tay stopped by to see a performance of The River. Hugh just so happens to be the star of that musical, and gives up his shirt from that night's show every night to raise money for charity.
Not only did Taylor get to meet the actor backstage, but she also forked over big bucks to buy his legendary performance-night shirt. According to New York Daily News, T-Swift dropped $6,000 to get the tee. The proceeds go to the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS charity.
Of course, the duo's meeting was captured and posted on Instagram. "Lovely to see @taylorswift13 and her family. Merry Christmas Eve to all xoxx," Hugh captioned their photo.
