Gwen Stefani's latest album hasn't been released just yet, but details surrounding it are still trickling in.Particularly when it comes to the news of her collaboration with Charli XCX, who co-wrote two of the singer's new tracks, "Hell Yeah Baby" and Hard 2 Love," according to Bustle.
The site reported that the two songs had been registered on BMI's database recently, with Charli's name listed as one of the writers.
Gwen revealed she would be collaborating with the "Boom Clap" singer on her new album earlier this month, telling Spin, "She wrote with Benny [Blanco] and then I wrote with Benny separately."
"I wrote her an email and was like, 'This is so weird that I haven't ever met you and now we have this song," she continued. "I think out of all the writers out there, male and female, I really like her style the most. I think that she comes up with really good melodies. I feel really lucky to work with her in the weird way that we did."The Voice judge also collaborated with Pharrell on the album for her most recent single "Spark the Fire," which she released earlier this month.
