This is certainly not cool!
An Ohio dad was looking to buy his daughter a Barbie doll for Christmas. While browsing the options at Target, he noticed that the black version of the Barbie Fashion Design Maker doll was priced nearly double that of the white one, despite them being exactly the same toy.

"My daughter was sitting there with us telling us what she wanted for Christmas," Warren Johnson told BuzzFeed news. "She just said, 'Why does this black doll cost more than the white doll?' And I really couldn't explain it to her."Apparently, Target couldn't either. In a statement, the store blamed the discrepency on a "systems issue" and has now updated their site to make both dolls the same price.
A Target employee Johnson reached out to ended up giving him the black Barbie for the price the white one was listed at.
Do you think Target was being racist or was this an honest mixup?
