Miley Cyrus is showing Patrick Schwarzenegger how to get down like she does. The twerking singer and USC student were recently spotted out partying in Miami, and in typical Miley fashion, she was topless the entire time.Miley was photographed wearing nothing but disco ball nipple pasties and a silver tinsel wig while living it up in Miami with her new boo. They both attended Tommy Hilfiger and art dealer Jeffrey Deitch's Art Basel party at the Raleigh Hotel where she took the stage and told the audience, "You thought this was a respected place where you could escape me!"
Like she always does, Miley even sparked up what appeared to be a blunt on stage during her performance. According to E! News, she told the crowd, "Usually I don't smoke weed and drink...well that's a lie...usually I don't smoke weed and drink on show days, but I felt like it was fine in Miami."
After her show, Miles hit up Dream nightclub with Pat before moving on to Eleven nightclub. Their trip flipped to the more normal side when they were snapped poolside with friends like Cody Simpson. Check out pics from their crazy night, below. We're sure Pat's mama is REALLY proud now...
