Lil' Wayne has had enough of Birdman and his label Cash Money Records.
In a surprising move, the rapper went off on Twitter Thursday, blasting both and telling fans exactly why his Tha Carter V album hasn't been released yet.
To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it.

Although Lil' Wayne has been releasing new music, dropping singles "Grindin'," "Krazy" and "Gotti" earlier this year, his full album still seemed to be on hold, with reports popping up throughout the year about its supposed release date.According to Rolling Stone, MTV reported in March that Lil' Wayne's "final solo album" would hit stores in May. When it didn't, reports surfaced (following his summer tour with Drake) that the album would be released in October...and that didn't happen either.
Then, Billboard reported that the album would be coming Dec. 9, adding that it would be released as a two-part project. "I recorded so many songs," he told the mag in October. "I worked way too much to give ya'll half of it. If I would've dropped the album today, it would have to be 12 or 13 songs. I refuse to cheat my fans. I refuse to cheat myself."
So far, Birdman aka "Baby" and other Cash Money Records reps haven't responded about Lil' Wayne's comments.
Maybe they'll kiss and make up?
