In another photo, Kourtney's nipples are visible through a sheer wet shirt she's wearing. The 35-year-old, who's expecting her third child with Scott Disick, says she wanted to celebrate her pregnancy figure.
"I'm at my best when I'm pregnant," she explains to the mag. "It's such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through."
Kourtney says she probably wouldn't pose nude if she wasn't pregnant, but it felt natural. "It's what a woman's body is made to do, so I hope it's maybe seen as something that's artistic," she says.
