So much for those charity-covered pieces of cardboard.Emma Stone decided to send the paparazzi a message of a different kind during a PDA- filled outing with her boyfriend Andrew Garfield, subtly flipping a bird as they made their way around New York City Tuesday.
The duo both wore casual duds for their day out in the Big Apple, with Emma rocking a gray beanie, navy peacoat, a striped top and jeans, and the Amazing Spider-Man 2 star opting for a brown coat, jeans and a navy sweater. With her free hand, the actress and her beau held hands.
Back in 2012, Emma and Andrew decided to make the best out of paps following them around by writing the names of charities on pieces of cardboard, and walking out of a restaurant with it over their faces.
"We just found out that there were paparazzi outside the restaurant we were eating in," they wrote on their signs. "So...Why not take this opportunity to bring attention to organizations that need and deserve it: www.wwo.org and gildasclubnyc.org. Have a good day!"
That was then, this is now.
