We have to admit, we were a little shocked when we heard there wouldn't be a Kardashian Christmas card this year. Disappointed? Not necessarily - we will survive without one - but it's kind of become a holiday tradition that we just expect to occur every year. So, what was the big scandal? In an interview with Glamour UK, Kim Kardashian said that they basically just ran out of time. "We're kind of sad, [but] we just couldn't get it together," Kim said. "And where is everyone? Y'know, this one doesn't want to be in it, this one does want to be in it, so who knows..."
But fear not, scandal hopefuls, there is a new report that suggests Kanye West was actually the grinch who killed the Kardashian Christmas card.
A source told In Touch (via Celebuzz) that Yeezy was "largely to blame," adding that "he wants to have his own card with Kim and North."
What the heck, Kanye?! How could you be so...actually, that doesn't sound terribly unreasonable. KimYe DID get married this year and they do have their own little family now. Do most people do Christmas cards with their in-laws and other extended family? Not so much.
The source also added that it would have been awkward to include Bruce Jenner, who is now separated from Kris Jenner, but it also would have been awkward not to include him. Looks like that's a non-issue now.
RIP Kardashian Christmas card. Now all we have to look forward to are real holiday cards from people we actually know.
