According to In Touch Weekly, Sel and David hit up a fancy, romantic Italian restaurant, but unlike Miley Cyrus and her new man, there was no PDA. Maybe they are just friends?
We're guessing that is it, and that it was just a simple friendly outing. We're sure Sel had something up her ex-girlfriend-sleeve, too. We all know her ex Justin Bieber gets pissed when she's photographed with other dudes...especially ones she's been linked to. This isn't the first time Selena's been seen with David after an infamous Bieber breakup, either.
