It wasn't long before this clip surfaced from an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, which aired back in 2010. In the video, Kim is devastated that her nude spread for W magazine was not censored as she says they had promised.

"I feel so taken advantage of, they promised me I'd be fully covered," she tells Kris Jenner on the phone. "I just am never getting naked again...I've come so far to go back like this." She later admits in the confessional that she doesn't "want people to be like 'all she's good for is being naked.'"
