We know that before David Lucado started dating Britney Spears, he reportedly had to pass a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement. Obviously, we all know that Brit kicked David to the curb after he allegedly cheated on her.The good news is that she's got a new man in her life - Charlie Ebersol, who she referred to as a "special someone" during the 'Britney Day' festivities in Las Vegas earlier this month.
It sounds like Charlie is a great guy, but given that Britney Spears is still under her dad's conservatorship (and we all know how dads can be about new boyfriends!) Charlie still had to pass the Jamie Spears test.
While there are conflicting reports about whether or not Charlie was subjected to the same background check that David was, TMZ reports that he DID have to sign a confidentiality agreement.
According to the site, before Charlie met Britney, he signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Those are pretty standard in the celebrity world and it sounds like it was NBD for Charlie, who is obviously not new to the whole Hollywood thing.
We know this is all still pretty new, but we're thrilled to see Britney looking so happy and we think they make a super cute couple!
