Amanda Bynes Sleeps in a Mall, Gets Invite to Crash With Heidi Montag

Amanda Bynes has an unlikely ally: Heidi Montag.

After TMZ posted troubling photos of the 28-year-old actress sleeping on mall couches at the Beverly Center in LA, Amanda took to Twitter to explain she has no money for a hotel room due to her parents' conservatorship.

I was not given money for a hotel so i have been staying with friends and i didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch

The former Hills star Heidi replied to Amanda, offering her a place to stay.

Amanda hasn't replied yet and while Heidi has certainly made her share of questionable decisions, we think it was sweet of Heidi to offer up her guest house.

Amanda's parents have reportedly only been giving her $50 or $100 American Express gift cards and are trying to surrender their conservatorship in an attempt to mend their strained relationship with their daughter.

Amanda admitted she's been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and manic depression and is currently on medication for the mental illness.

The whole situation is heartbreaking and we wish everyone involved the best, especially Amanda.
