Being a new driver is not easy. In fact, a ton of people we know (present company included) got into an accident within the first year of having their license.That being the case, we were not totally shocked when Kylie Jenner got into an accident shortly after her 16th birthday last year.
In case you missed it, in August 2013, Kylie crashed her $125,000 Mercedes SUV into the back of a Toyota, which ended up hitting another car in front of it.
While the accident occurred over a year ago, Kylie is just now being sued by one of the other drivers, who is suing Kylie for negligence, unsafe speed, among other things. The woman's attorneys also tell TMZ that she suffered injuries to her neck and back.
Kris Jenner is also named in the lawsuit because she is believed to be the registered owner of the car.
