Looks like Amanda Bynes will be having a happy Halloween...she's been released from the psychiatric facility she was being involuntarily held in.
And she headed straight to the Sunset Strip to grab food. TMZ got super close up footage of the actress eating outside at a dinner, where she ordered fried chicken, salmon and salad. Can't a girl eat in peace?
Despite the cameras filming her, TMZ reports she was friendly and chitchatting with the waiter. After grubbing, the actress then reportedly began looking for a hotel room to book for the night.
It's pretty surprising Amanda was allowed to leave considering her parents just got another conservatorship over her this week.
The 28-year-old reportedly went before a hearing officer on Thursday asking to be released. Because she's on medication and lucid, the officer felt she was stable enough and could no longer be held involuntarily despite the fact that doctors think she's seriously mentally ill.
Amanda was hospitalized on a 5150 psychiatric hold after getting a DUI and being caught trying to shoplift in NYC.
We hope she'll stay safe and out of trouble now that's she free again.
