Bad news for Pretty Little Liars fans who hoped the show would go on for many years to come.Lucy Hale revealed the show's seventh season will be its last, with the starlet telling E! News there might be a possibility of one more project for the show after the final episode.
When asked about the end of PLL, Lucy said, "Yeah, there's like rumors that maybe a movie. There might be a movie, but yeah, seven seasons will definitely end the show." According to Wetpaint, this is the first time anyone close to the show has confirmed that season 7 will be the final season.
As for that PLL movie, executive producer Marlene King has said in the past that it's a possibility. "We talk about it all the time," she said at the Paley Fest in Los Angeles in March. "I'd love to write it and direct it."
