There has been some serious drama with Leah and Jeremy Calvert lately. Not only did Jeremy accuse Leah of cheating on him, but their families ended up in a social media smack down, each defending their loved one's side of the story.After Jeremy went on a Twitter rant against his wife, Leah responded to a fan who asked about the situation, saying, "I never cheated on my husband and he knows that... there was a rumor and he believed it but it's ok."
It sounds like things are still tense, with an unverified Facebook account believed to belong to Jeremy having changed its relationship status to "divorced" and the fact that he's not following her on Twitter anymore.
We know Jeremy has threatened divorce before and some reports said he'd threatened it during this most recent argument, so is he really going to file this time?
Leah's sister, who had gone on her own Facebook rant against Jeremy, appeared on a radio show over the weekend and seemed optimistic about them working things out.
"They're trying to work it out, just like any other married couple. I talked to Jeremy last night and he told me, 'I love Leah and I love the kids. I did post stuff on Twitter but I was upset,'" she explained.
She also acknowledged that Leah did cheat on her ex Corey with the same guy in question, but said it was different because Corey "wasn't showing her affection."
"But with her and Jeremy's situation, Jeremy takes care of his family," she clarified, adding, "Just because it happened once does not mean it happened again. She would never."
The "other guy" aka Robbie Kidd also says that nothing happened between him and Leah, so hopefully all of this will blow over soon and Leah and Jeremy's relationship will be even stronger because they managed to weather another storm together.
