What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas.Tyler Posey kicked off his 23rd birthday in Sin City Friday, and we've got all the details on how the Teen Wolf star rang it in at Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub inside MGM Grand.
After arriving at the club around midnight, the birthday boy and several close friends headed to a VIP table located on the main stage. Shortly after, cocktail waitresses headed over toting a custom double layer birthday cake with the top tier modeled after the Harley Davidson Logo with "Happy Birthday Tyler Posey" emblazed inside.
Tyler playfully pretended to take a bite out of the sweet confection while he posed for photos, and then continued to party with his friends during their boys' night out.
Before they had a blast at the club, Tyler and his friends grabbed a bite to eat inside of Hakkasan Restaurant, where they feasted on the Hakka steamed dim sum platter, Spicy Prawn with Lily Bulb and Almonds, and more. Once they had their fill, Tyler's friends sang 'Happy Birthday' to him before indulging in restaurant's desserts.
