Blake Lively is one stunning mom-to-be.The former Gossip Girl star was glowing as she hit the red carpet at the God's Love We Deliver Awards in New York City Thursday, showing off her baby bump for the first time since making her pregnancy announcement.
Blake rocked a stunning, body-hugging tan gown embellished with pink and purple flowers to the event, and couldn't help but gush over her baby-to-be before she headed inside.
"It's something that I've always wanted ever since I was a little girl," the 27-year-old actress told Us Weekly about her pregnancy. "I never knew what I wanted to do for a living but I knew I wanted to have a lot of kids because I had come from a big family, so it was always important to me. So it's just the excitement of that finally being here."
As for how her hubby Ryan Reynolds has been supporting Blake during her pregnancy, the blonde bombshell said, "He's always good to me. That's like a jerky thing to say because you want to be able to complain about your husband and be that person, but he takes pretty good care of me."This is the first child for the couple, who have both expressed the desire to have a big family one day. Back in August, Blake told Marie Claire she was excited to have babies with him in the near future saying, "I gotta get started. If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would."
Ryan has echoed those sentiments as well, telling Details last August, "We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families - my parents did four, Blake's did five. A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know? We'll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think."
