When it comes to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the Angels do all that they can to make sure they're in tip-top shape for the catwalk.

For some, that means hitting the gym a little harder, sticking to strict diets, amping up their facials, spray tans, etc. but newbie Gigi Hadid had something else in mind to take her prep up a notch. According to Refinery29, she stepped into an ice-cold chamber and stayed there for three minutes.

"I did cryotherapy yesterday, which is freezing-cold, but it's really good for blood circulation," she told the site before the show. "And, you know, after having two workouts a day for a week, it's really good for healing your muscles and feeling fresh and having good energy did it once before, and my mom does it a lot. I wanted to do it before the show, and it's great."
Other than cryotherapy, Gigi listened to Disney songs and wore Acqua di Gio perfume, telling the site, "I love it, and it just calms me a little bit and having my friends around [backstage] makes me calm."

Landing the show was a dream come true for Gigi, particularly because she was rejected from the show twice before she made the cut this year. Her mom, former supermodel Yolanda Foster, told the Daily Mail, "She has worked really hard​," Yolanda continued. "​She's missed it twice, this was her third try, and she pulled it off and got a spot that millions and millions of beautiful women deserve as much as she does. That's a part of the game though."
Gigi echoed those sentiments, telling Refinery 29 the show was "something I've dreamed about my whole life," adding that she "started crying" when she got the gig and "cried all day every time someone called me to say congratulations."

She definitely didn't disappoint when she hit the runway at the show Tuesday night. She served so much fierceness as she strutted down it that it made our jaws drop. Girl, werk!

There's a new generation of models in town, and Topshop wants to be the one to introduce them to you.

Yesterday, Topshop's holiday ad campaign, "The New Supers," debuted, starring Gigi's little sis Bella Hadid as well as Ella Richards, Keith Richards's granddaughter and Kate Moss's goddaughter, and Imaan Hammam, Egyptian-American Victoria's Secret Angel. The other five other up-and-coming models include Malaika Firth, Marga Esquivel, Aneta Pajek, Sophia Ahrens and Grace Hartzel. Many of them have walked in high-fashion shows and appeared in ad campaigns from Prada to Maison Margiela. Check out their moves in the campaign video:

While Bella's got a modeling role model in sister Gigi - who's also a Topshop campaign girl - she shared a few kernels of wisdom for models just starting out: "You've got to be nice," she told Topshop. "Friendship is probably the most important thing in the fashion world, otherwise no one really respects you. If you're mean you're not going to go very far."

Khloe Kardashian has been very honest about how it affected her when people called her "the fat sister" after Keeping Up With The Kardashians first became popular. Obviously, a lot has changed since season one and while Khloe was never (ever!) fat, there is seriously NO way anybody could ever look at her and say she's anything but FIT now.

Still, people have this image of what she used to look like, when she was admittedly not as healthy as she was now, and someone had the nerve to tell her they were looking at old pictures and they didn't realize how "big" she used to be. First of all, not true, second of all, hell-o backhanded compliment.

In this sneak peek from this Sunday's season premiere of KUWTK, Khloe tells Kim that she feels like people are still hanging on to that old image of her.

Fortunately, Kim has an idea that will give them a permanent reminder of what fit Khloe looks like. Kim also took it upon herself to actually get the gig for Khloe, so all she has to do is show up with her fine self and smile for the camera, which is exactly what she did and damn, it was hot!

Khloe even felt so good after the pics were released, she posted the unretouched photo on Instagram so nobody could try to give Photoshop the credit for her hotness - that was ALL Khlo!

This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! Farrah Abraham's daughter Sophia is already 6 years old (wow, time flies!) and as if having a child at 16 isn't tough enough, she is doing it all alone as Sophia's father, Derek, died in a car accident while Farrah was still pregnant.

Still, she's been working her butt off to provide the best life for herself and Sophia and whether you agree with all of her decisions or not, she has certainly achieved that goal.

While many of the Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 stars have had more children since their 16 & Pregnant episodes, Farrah has been focusing on other business and personal endeavors and Sophia remains an only child...for the time being!

In a new Instagram post, the 24-year-old revealed that Sophia could possibly be getting a sibling in the future. In honor of World Adoption Day on November 9, Farrah posted a pic of herself and surprised fans with what she revealed in the touching caption.

After encouraging people to embrace the "power and beauty" of adoption, she revealed why it means so much to her, saying she grew up around people who were adopted and saw what it meant to those kids to have a loving and caring home.

I always have been passionate about adoption as it means so much to me, my family, my community, my church and my heart thank you to all the parents who have adopted and to all the amazing children with their loving families. Wow! We don't even know what to say, except to thank her for sharing that beautiful sentiment about adoption and that we can't wait to see what the future holds for her and Sophia!

Selena Gomez, are you sure you aren't a Victoria's Secret angel? The singer graced the stage at the VS Fashion Show Tuesday night, and not only rocked her performance but showed up looking JUST like one of the models.

The 23-year-old channeled Victoria's Secret Angel, Adriana Lima, while posing for photos at the sexy event. In an Instagram shared by celebrity makeup artist Hung Vanngo, Sel looked gorgeous but almost unrecognizable with the lighter colored eyes.

"First time in the #VSFashionShow for these #besties @KendallJenner @GiGiHadid," Victoria's Secret's Pink account shared on their Instagram alongside a photo of Selena's pals backstage.

Selena performed songs off her hit new album Revival, while her pals, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, walk for the first time in the show. Other performers this year include The Weeknd and Ellie Goulding.

If you've watched someone battle cancer, or you've even been through it yourself, you know that there isn't a single article or "symptoms" list that can possibly convey the absolute hell that cancer is.

Fortunately, there are more support groups and communities (on and offline) where people are able to talk to each other about their feelings and experiences, but no matter how much love and support and information you have, it's scary, it's confusing and it's absolutely excruciating both physically and mentally.

In this powerful video, BuzzFeed had cancer survivors tell their stories and it's as eye-opening as it is heartbreaking. They describe everything from how they felt when they got the news to their chemotherapy treatments and everything in between.

They also discuss how people's reactions varied. Some offered unwavering support, some completely disappeared and others came to the hospital to visit so they could get likes on the selfie with their cancer friend (yes, one guy actually experienced that).

Another very important piece of information they shared, that is extremely important for all of us to hear, is how people with cancer want to be treated. What's OK to say, what isn't? Should people visit or do you want to be left alone? (Hint: Just ask!) Those kinds of things that can really make or break a person's spirit.

One of the participants in the video told MTV News that THE most important thing people can do is listen.

"The most important thing to do is listen. Everyone is so different, which makes their cancer experience unique to them, so there's never a right thing to do," he told them. "Just like, listen and be there (unless your friend going through chemo doesn't want you there, then give them some space). It's natural to want to help, but the key to helping is listening, otherwise you're just doing things to make yourself feel better."

It's been three years! Justin Bieber just dropped world tour dates thanks to that new album Purpose, and we are freaking the EFF out.

The Biebs announced the news on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday. In typical Justin style, when the host asked him when the world tour will begin, the 21-year-old couldn't recall.

"This was the only thing I had to remember, and I can't remember," he said. The Purpose World Tour kicks off March 9, 2016, with tickets going on sale next week.

The Biebs' big announcement came on the heels of his consistent drop of new music in recent weeks, including "What Do You Mean?", "The Feeling" and "I'll Show You," off his new album. Listen to his new song with Ed Sheeran, here.

Like basically everything else she does, Jennifer Lawrence's candid interview for the December issue of Vogue has us totally fangirling. We're officially convinced that hanging out with her would be the best thing to happen in life (srsly, J. Law, where's our invite?).

She admitted to completely losing her s**t on set:

While filming Joy earlier this year, the pressure of working with the flu got the best of J. Law and she totally went HAM on director David O. Russell.

"I was f**king mean on set," Jennifer said. "I wasn't mean to anybody but David. I would never be mean to somebody who couldn't be mean back. But when you really love somebody, you fight with them. There have been times where I've said, 'We should go to couples therapy.'"

Hold your horses, journalist of days past who vocally judges everyone who has a Kindle, because "nothing feels like the real thing."

The words "Yaaas" and "Fleek" (along with a slew of other popular internet terms) are being added only to Dictionary.com, not the official Merriam-Webster Dictionary per Seventeen.com (although let's be honest, does it matter?)

'Yaaas' has been around for a hot minute. The term is described on Dictionary.com as, "Slang. Yes! (used as a strong expression of excitement, approval, agreement, etc.)" I'm not ashamed to say I use it in my regular vernacular. I guess we all have Nicki Minaj to thank for that.



Our possible future president even put the word on her campaign swag. #OnFleek, Hillary!

"Fleek," for those of you that have been living under a rock where Netflix, the Kardashians, and magical pizza emoji's don't exist, means, "flawlessly styled, groomed, etc." Basically, Cara Delevingne's eyebrows.

Other terms us #fiercefemales use on a daily basis were also added to Dictionary.com this week. The only thing missing from these definitions are images to help truly depict their meaning, so we've added suggested GIFs for Dictionary.com to consider.

Wait, are Selena Gomez's eyes brown or blue? Well they're naturally brown, but that's not what the singer showed up with at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Sel rocked light-eye-contacts, and it was all for a reason.

While chatting it up with E! News, Selena revealed that there was a special lady behind her grey-blue contacts that night. "I was inspired by Adriana Lima!" she them on the VSFS red carpet.

"I'm a huge fan of hers and I geeked out in front of her today," she continued. "I wanted to feel like a Victoria's Secret Angel."

Well, mission completed, girl! Sel showed up looking almost EXACTLY like Adriana. The resemblance is srsly cray!

This wasn't the only interesting thing Selena revealed on the fashion show's red carpet. She also told E! that she's totally single right now, despite those Samuel Krost dating rumors and ahem, PDA pictures.

Kris and Caitlyn Jenner went through an understandably difficult time this year when they separated after over 20 years together and then with Caitlyn going through her transition, it was an adjustment for the entire family, including Kris.

Things got a little more complicated when Caitlyn did her Vanity Fair interview and some things were said about Kris that she didn't appreciate. There seemed to be hurt feelings on both sides and it was tough watching them go through a pretty rough patch as they adjusted to their new lives as exes and with Caitlyn's transition.

We've been seeing them together more and more at family events recently and it really looked like they had finally worked through the tough stuff they were going through and Kim Kardashian seemed to confirm as much in a new interview with E! News. She said there was an "adjustment," which Cait's transition, which is totally normal and once they got through that period, things are going really well.

"They're in such a great place now and our family is like totally coming back together, but I do respect that adjustment process and having to just adjust to a different lifestyle," she explained. "It's our new normal and everyone is doing such a great job, we communicate really well. I think the whole family does and we're really vocal so I think that really helps."

She also said that family is the number one priority for all of them and as long as they stick together, they're good as gold. "We all know family is everything to us it's always been our No. 1 priority and I think that that will always remain our No. 1 priority," she said. "And I think if we stick with that, obviously there can be adjustment periods and people will have to get used to things, but we just become stronger from that."

For all the guys with tresses that aren't quite on par with the current crop of trendy #hairgoals, fear not - clip-on man buns are officially here for the taking. Now, we're not going to pretend that this style will meet every guy (or girl's approval), but the temporary buns do provide a quick fix when it comes to quelling some of those follicle-related freakouts.

All the credit (or the blame, depending on who you ask) goes to Groupon. The company is offering a variety of detachable, synthetic hair accessories in multiple hues on its site for $10 or less. According to CNN, their target customer is someone "Who Wears Many Hats, but No Bun."

While we can't quite picture any potential customers, the site says they've sold over 1,000 buns and counting. Earlier this year, talk show host Wendy Williams called out Matt Damon and his pontyail, claiming the actor's new hairdo was actually a wig (which kind of looked like it upon closer inspection), so the thought of man buns catching on actually doesn't sound all that far-fetched.

Now, the question is, which of our celebrity crushes will be the first to step out wearing one of these nifty man buns? On second thought, maybe it's already happened and we just haven't detected it yet...

Every time we see Farrah Abraham, she's glammed-up with photo-ready makeup, her long locks styled to perfection and rocking some kind of red carpet-worthy outfit. In this new photo that her boyfriend Simon Saran posted, though, Farrah doesn't have a drop of makeup on and she looks gorgeous!

We had never even thought of what Farrah would look like without makeup because it's just part of her whole look, but this pic proves that she can kick it casual and look damn good doing it.

Rihanna is expanding her empire in a way that makes us so excited.

The songstress has founded a Los Angeles-based beauty and stylist agency called Fr8me with managing partner Benoit Demouy, according to the Hollywood Reporter, which reported that the firm will help artists "book commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red-carpet gigs."

"Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna told the mag. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."

She already has some industry heavy hitters on her roster so far. In addition to her longtime makeup artist Mylah Morales, Taraji P. Nick Jonas has always been pretty mum about his personal life, but when a question came his way about hooking up with guys - and he neither confirmed nor denied it - well, you can bet there was a bit of speculation going on.

Since Nick plays gay characters on Kingdom and Scream Queens and since he's adored by and supports the gay community, the Daily Star quizzed him a bit on his sexuality.

Bottom line: he's not talking, but he's also a little bit of a tease about the whole thing too. We say, keep 'em guessing.

When asked if he had ever hooked up with guys in the past, Nick answered, "I can't say if I have or haven't, but if you watch [Kingdom] you'll see more of that."

As for being accused of "gay baiting," Nick explained, "In every situation when there's an opportunity to be negative some people find the need to be."

First, it was Silento's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)." Now, Dawin's "Dessert" ft. Silento is the latest dance song craze to sweep the Internet.

The video above features three of DanceOn's flyest teen dancers Kaelynn "KK" Harris , Jade Chynoweth and Sienna Lalau. They teamed up with killer choreographers Wildabeast Adams and Janelle Ginestra to create a sweet video to Dawin's hit song.

In this video, Kaelynn, Jade and Sienna are closing up a cupcake shop when a fight over the final cupcake erupts into a serious dance battle. The ladies then show off their mad dance skillz and even add a little bit of flour for effect. It's the perfect recipe for a must see.

Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas are moving from the super small screen (aka your phone) to the big screen in their new movie, The Outfield. The real life pals star as a pair of best friends and high school baseball players, alongside actresses Caroline Sunshine and Olivia Stuck, in the new release from Fullscreen Films.

In the movie, Nash and Cameron play high school seniors Jack and Frankie who have their futures mapped out for them. After they graduate, Jack is going to play baseball for State and Frankie is working with his dad in the junk yard. But when a new teacher recognizes Jack's gift for art and Frankie falls for a new girl, their futures are suddenly thrown in limbo.

We talked to the stars all about their film and played a seriously fun game of "Never Have I Ever." Have they snuck out without their parents knowing? Used Tinder? Kissed a fan?! Find out in the video above.
