When country duo Jubal Lee Young and Amanda Preslar hit the Voice stage Monday night, they sang "Seven Bridges Road," causing both Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams to turn their red chairs around.
"Are you guys a couple," Blake Shelton asked them after their performance. "Yes," Amanda responded with a southern drawl. "Are you married?," Blake asked. "Not yet...one day," she replied with a laugh.
"Alright," Jubal said, and pulled out an engagement ring and got down on one knee. "I love you. Will you marry me?," Jubal said, as the judges looked at them with shocked expressions. After she said yes, he put the ring on her finger...and we literally started tearing up.
"I've been waiting for this day for a long time!," Amanda said with a smile. "Oh my god. Is this really happening?!," Gwen replied with a smile. After the couple got their tear-jerking engagement out of the way, it was still time for them to choose a coach. They decided to go with Pharrell, and although Blake didn't turn his chair around for them, Adam Levine suggested he play a huge role in their wedding.
"I happen to know that Blake is technically an ordained minister, so if you want to get it done...," Adam said. That would make one heck of a Voice finale.
