This new Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez reunion selfie pic is giving us life. Fans, understandably, are losing their ish over the whole BFF sitch and we totally get it.

When Demi followed Selena on Instagram in August, the world waited for their epic reunion. It didn't come.

When Sel tweeted to Demi on her birthday and Demi responded, we knew for sure they had definitely repaired their broken friendship. Also? Demi and Selena's support of each other at the VMAs was everything. Oh yeah, the tears of joy were flowing because how much have we missed Delena/Semi in our lives?

Turns out, a whole lot.

Today, after Selena released her song "Same Old Love," this glorious snap of the two of them landed online, with Demi captioning the selfie: "Look at how #coolforthesummer we are.. Friends for years, #sameoldlove."

We see what you did there, Demi, including both of your songs' titles in the caption. But what we're looking at so closely is "friends for years" and the use of "same old love" to describe how they're still besties after all they've been through.

Is Zayn Malik dating Rita Ora? After the two were spotted on a dinner date together, you can't expect people to not talk about the possibility that they're a couple, can you?

The pair were seen at Koi in Los Angeles, but it seems the "date" wasn't of the romantic variety.

A source told the Daily Mail that it was strictly business, explaining, "They were both at a dinner organized by a member of their management team. There was a group of artists and staff from Turn First at the get together. There is nothing going on between Rita and Zayn."

Sounds legit.

Also, given the fact that Rita was just quoted saying she'd never date Zayn (even though "he's gorgeous") because they share a management team, it sounds unlikely she'd turn around and be seen on a date.

Still, this is how rumors get started, you guys...

Dress code drama for high school students seems to be at an all-time high.

The latest incident involves 17-year-old Springstead High School senior Tessa Wisloh, who received a verbal warning for wearing a sleeveless top underneath her jacket. A teacher asked Tessa to remove her jacket in order to determine whether the shirt was in line with the school's dress code on sleeveless tops. When Tessa refused, she was reprimanded.

"I don't really see the problem in it," Tessa told Florida news channel WPTV. "I thought maybe my book bag strap had brought my jacket down. But no skin was showing. It was just like this. Nothing had moved."

Obviously, Tessa didn't feel like her outfit was in violation of Hernando County Dress Code Policy, which states that "shirts and blouses must be long enough to remain tucked in at all times with no skin visible." It also forbids "spaghetti straps, tank tops, muscle shirts and shirts with cut-off sleeves," as well as articles of clothing that conceal dress code violations.

According to ABC News, Cathy Dofka, director of exceptional student education for Hernando County Schools, confirmed that students wearing cardigans over sleeveless tops is not a dress code violation.

Sigh. This is almost as confusing (and ridiculous) as the student who was sent home for showing her collarbone.

Waking up to discover that you are an internationally renowned rap star is a matter of immediate concern, at least if you're the man who called emergency services claiming to be Nicki Minaj.

In the latest case of "yeah, that really happened" news, Jezebel reports that a 24-year-old man in Northern Ireland was sentenced to four months in jail after repeatedly dialing up the 999 emergency line on multiple occasions. According to Belfast Telegraph, Stephen Brown placed three separate calls on Christmas Day of last year. In one call, prosecutors say he drunkenly reported receiving death threats from two men. After calling back to cancel the initial report, he then dialed the number a third time, telling dispatchers he was Nicki Minaj and that he was living with a ghost.

The website also reports that the man was previously banned from dialing the number for non-emergency purposes due to making abusive calls in the past.

Obviously, the authorities aren't dismissing this as a simple case of a fan becoming a little too attached to their favorite artist. A prosecutor involved in the case referred to Stephen as a "nuisance" who clearly "needs help."

No word on what Nicki has to say about this incident, but she's probably too busy side-eyeing reported plans for the removal of her Madame Tussaud's wax figure to notice.

Amber Portwood continues to blow our minds in the most amazing way, to the point where it's hard to believe that today's Amber is the Amber we met on 16 & Pregnant all these years ago.

A big turning point for her was when the reality star spent 17 months in prison. While she was still in jail, she became a mentor of sorts, and was even teaching anger management classes for fellow inmates. When she came out of prison, she showed that she was truly a changed woman.

Since her release, we've seen Amber completely take control of her life, which includes being a wonderful mom to daughter Leah and settling down in a stable relationship with Matt Baier, who she is now engaged to.

As far as her appearance, Amber has made major changes in that department, too. She recently lost 36 pounds, which she attributed to cutting out bad carbs and eating healthier.

Now, she's showing off another new change, with this gorgeous new 'do.

Amber has been a redhead for as long as we can remember and usually it takes us a minute to get used when someone makes such a drastic change to their appearance, but...damn, girl! You look amazing! "Time for something new," Amber captioned the photo of her new hair.

We love her new look and more importantly, we love all of the positive changes she's made in her life.

Liam Payne looks oh-so-hot on the cover of Attitude magazine, but he's not just a pretty face. Inside the issue, the One Direction star has a lot to say...but not all of it is sitting well with fans.

One of the things fans are zeroing in on is Liam's take on the whole Harry Styles/Louis Tomlinson romance rumors. Yep, he's shooting down the Larry Stylinson buzz and sending the Larry shippers off to sea.

Liam dropped a truth bomb on all the conspiracy theories that drive him "insane," saying, "When the law changed in the U.S. there were loads of rainbow flags flying at our shows. But I think that was mainly because of the Louis and Harry thing, which is absolutely nuts and drives me insane."

He explained, "It's just when you know the ins and outs of what is going on with people it's just annoying when it's so stupid. It becomes like a conspiracy or like a cult, the people who watch them and think that every move they make is a gesture towards them being together, and I know it's not true and it makes me mad."

Liam added, "It's so funny to be on the inside of it because you know what's what and then you hear all the crazy theories."

We love getting his insider perspective on the whole deal, but - big surprise (insert eye roll here), Liam didn't exactly make everyone happy with his comments. Liam took to Twitter to further explain why he did the interview:

Beyonce released "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" in 2008, but seven years later the hit song and its standout ring-flashing choreography remain uber popular among the singer's fans, as well as other celebrities. On Wednesday night at the US Open match between Roger Federer and Richard Gasquet, Justin Timberlake treated the audience to a Saturday Night Live throwback moment when the song began to play. In a hilarious bro moment, Justin enlisted Jimmy Fallon as his ring-flashing wingman to perform the flashy routine in the stands.

We're not sure if breaking out into Beyoncé's dance moves in the middle of a public tennis match violates some sort of bro code. In most cases, hearing Bey's lady anthem will send the most reserved individual into a fit of instant wrist-flicking. Besides, if these groomsmen can dance to "Single Ladies" during a wedding (and totally kill the routine, BTW), then we have no choice but to give Justin and Jimmy a pass in advance.

Fortunately, no pop stars, black leotards and pumps were harmed in the process of this impromptu dance breakdown.

If you're a big Kylie Jenner fan, you already know who Anastasia Karanikolaou is. If the name doesn't ring a bell, the face probably does, because she's one of Ky's lifelong BFFs and she's in a lot of her Instagram pics and Snapchat stories.

Anastasia is a blonde and since Kylie has always had black, brown or blue hair, we never really noticed the resemblance.

During a recent interview with NRJ radio, Demi was asked to record a message to Selena, who will be stopping by the station soon.

In the video (around 2:00 mark), Demi says, "Hey this is so weird cause you are not here. Sorry that I missed you, I wish I could give you a big hug and keep up the teasing and the harassing...good job."

Watch the video to get more context about Demi's message - the radio host claimed that Selena jokingly harasses him and wanted Demi to encourage Sel to ease up. No such luck, as Demi told Selena to keep it up!

The message is short and sweet, but further confirms that Demi and Selena have definitely rekindled their friendship and are on good terms again. We've missed them so much!

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's son is basically the cutest thing we've ever seen.

When the "Mirrors" singer dropped by Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show Wednesday night he brought a couple of photos of his and Jessica Biel's baby boy Silas that made us melt. In one photo, Justin smiles side as he holds the smiley tiny tot up to the camera.

Justin also brought another snap, which showed Silas sitting in his dad's lap watching the PGA Championship. "We're working on his swing, but he can put already," Justin said on the show. Seriously can't take the cuteness overload.

All jokes aside, the proud dad couldn't help but gush over the 5-month-old, saying fatherhood is "the most insanely, amazing, most beautiful, unbelievable thing that can ever happen to you." Pardon us while we grab a full box of tissues.

This is just the latest time we've gotten a glimpse of their precious baby boy. Although it's rare, Justin has posted a couple of shots of Silas, with the cutie pie making his debut on the Gram back in April not long after his birth.

We'll take more of that adorable face any day of the week.

There's no doubt there's been a welcome shift in the way that society is viewing the female body this year. Between the #FreeTheNipple movement and people like Amy Schumer naming 2015 the Year of the Ass, there's been some major steps forward in body positivity and self-confidence. Yass, kween.

With all these strides being taken toward embracing your natural self, it got us thinking about another sensitive topic: pubic hair. For years we've been shaving, waxing or lasering a lot down there. But is that still the norm? We asked Christi Alldredge, Senior Laser Technician at Spruce and Bond, what's trending today with hair on your hooha.

"Pubic hair is definitely in!" Christi says. "Up until this past year, more women were removing all of their hair. Now it seems like a more natural look is being embraced."

Growing a bush also has some benefits as well, as reported by the HuffPo: It reduces friction under your clothes and during sex, keep out bacteria and traps pheromones (the chemicals your body produces to attract bae).

So, if you're on board...what should you ask for when you go into the waxing room?

"Most ladies are opting for a Brazilian wax with more hair left behind. To clarify, this means removing all of the hair besides a more natural triangle shape on top," she says. "It all comes down to your own personal preference. Do whatever is going to make you feel the most comfortable and confident!"

We agree. If you like being perfectly groomed then don't stop! But it's liberating to know that rocking a more natural look is totally cool-and empowering.

Ansel Elgort is making major moves...which is why he is bae.

The 21-year-old star not only is killing the acting game, but he also just signed a record deal with Island Records as his alter ego DJ Ansolo, according to Rolling Stone. The move comes after Ansel started making a name for himself as a DJ last year, spinning at music festivals, releasing several remixes through Size Records and posting it all on his Ansolo Instagram page (a must follow).

"I went to a few different labels and was playing everyone my music, and Island was really interested in stuff I didn't think labels would be interested in," he told the mag about the process of signing with a label. "I played them some tracks and said, 'These are more poppy. These are more clubby. These are more radio-friendly.' The ones that were more radio-friendly, they were like, 'No, we've heard this before. We want the different ones. We want the special records.' I was like, 'Major labels aren't supposed to like these records!' I thought the point of a major label was to just release crap! But Island totally proved that wrong and was like, 'We want the best record that all the kids at the dance-music festivals are going to love.'" And they signed the deal.

When he was asked how he hopes to see his DJ career progress along with his acting, Ansel said, "My goal is just to make the records. My goal is to make the records that people know and people love that will last for more than a year. I want people to say, "Oh, wow, that Ansolo record... remember that one from five years ago? That one's sick."

"The big thing is that I make the right, great record that people say, 'Yeah, he's not just an actor making music, and he's not just a musician,' he continued. 'He's someone who can make really magical things.' That's who I want to be as an artist."

Considering he's already landed a record deal and knows how to produce hot tracks, it's safe to say he's on his way. And hopefully, he won't give up acting completely as he continues to pursue his DJ career. Call us selfish, but we can't get enough of that face on the big screen.

We've seen a lot of crazy things people have been dress-coded for, but a haircut?! How is your hair even subject to the dress code rules? And if it is, what would be considered a violation because now we're starting to worry that one of our bad hair days will get us sent home from school!

Obviously, the rules vary from school to school, but in 13-year-old Lauren Mcdowell's case, she was sent home over the hairstyle she chose - a half-shaved look with (some pretty bada**) leopard spots on the side.

"I walked into school and the teacher told me to go to the office, so I went...and then they told me that I had to go home because my hair was inappropriate for school," she recalled. "It isn't right because I should be able to wear the hair I want because it doesn't affect my education."

Her mom said she feels like it's discrimination and a breach of her human rights. "She loves school. She is not a bad pupil. She works hard. What has her hair got to do with her education?" she said to Metro UK.

The head teacher at the school told the site that the school has a very strict uniform policy that states, "extreme haircuts, including hair color are not allowed."

Eventually, Lauren covered the leopard part with a bandana and back to school she went. And then....back home she was sent! The school wasn't feeling the bandana, either. According to her mom, Lauren was told she could either go into isolation and not interact with the other kids or go back home.

That IS her haircut, though, so what is she supposed to do, stay home until it grows back?! If it violated the school dress code, fine, but doesn't covering it (for school) sort of solve that problem? Guess not.

Jennifer Lopez has no shame in her game.

Although she's never officially confirmed that she and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Casper Smart are back together, that was all but clear when she posted a Dubsmash clip of them reenacting one of the most hilarious scenes in Wedding Crashers.

In the clip, J.Lo cozies up next to Casper, stares at him and pokes fun at their 18-year age gap. "Call me Kat...Call me Kitty Kat," she mouths, imitating the cougar mother-of-the-bride in the comedy flick.

Louis Tomlinson is having a baby with Briana Jungwirth...it's happening. Fans wondered if it was nothing more than a rumor at first and then Louis confirmed he's going to be a baby daddy soon during an interview on Good Morning America.

Guess what? People still didn't believe it, even when the news came straight from Louis' mouth.

Even though everyone from Simon Cowell to Liam Payne and 5 Seconds Of Summer were talking about Louis' impending fatherhood, there have still been loads of conspiracy theories floating.

In Liam's new interview with Attitude magazine, he talks about those who say the Louis baby mama drama isn't real, explaining (via Heatworld): "He's very happy about becoming a dad. But the funny thing is there are some people out there who think Louis getting Briana pregnant is fake. That it's not real; it's a cover up. And that's the sort of s**t that gets to me."

He added, "But you have to hold your tongue and that's fine. I mean, it's not really my business anyway."

While there are quite a few people on social media who make rocking natural hair look like a breeze...the truth is, making the transition to it can be a bit cray. As you try to work with your natural curl pattern, washing, conditioning and styling your hair can take on a life of its own, and can often be frustrating.

Luckily, we have SunKissAlba (A.K.A. Alba Ramos)'s tips to help us out. Her YouTube channel is so popular that she has over half a million subscribers who tune in for her natural beauty tips (hair, make-up, the whole shebang) and a new "#NaturalBeauty" show on Michelle Phan's ICON Network as well.

We chatted with Alba about how to get natural curly hair on fleek for fall and we were amazed by how even small changes in our hair care regimens can make all the difference. Take a peek at five of Alba's top natural hair tips that just might change your life.

1. How to Beat Frizz: According to Alba, the key to frizz-free hair is all in the way you cleanse, dry and style it. "Frizzy hair is not a hair type, it's just a curl waiting to happen," she told us. Love that. To beat frizz, Alba rinses her hair with cold water post-shampoo, since "warm/hot water overly dries hair and can remove lots of moisture" and "cold water seals in moisture, adds shine and prevents frizz." Then, she uses a microfiber towel instead of a cotton towel to dry her hair since cotton can add friction and dryness and cause frizz.

After that, she rakes her fave products through her hair to style it and doesn't touch it again until it's dry. "I simply allow my hair to air dry and I do not touch or separate my curls until my hair is 100% dry," she said. "This allows my hair to settle in place without the interruption of frizz we add with our hands during the air drying process. So, NO TOUCHING until after your hair dries."

2. Natural Hair Products You Need Right Now: Alba's top three favorite products are made with "naturally derived ingredients that are highly beneficial for hair health and a manageable styling routine," she told us.

• Kinky Curly Knot Today Leave-in: "It has good slip, makes my hair feel silky, it prevents tangles and makes my detangling process much easier."
• Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Style Milk: "It's not heavy for my hair and hydrates so well. I love styling my hair with this and restyling on next day hair also."
• Organic Coconut Oil: "I use coconut oil for everything! Internally and externally. It's so beneficial for hair so I love using it to scalp massage and deep condition my hair before cleansing."

3. Alba's Top Secret for Hot Curly Hair: The top question Alba is asked the most is 'How does your hair look so frizzless and so curly all the time?' Her answer is simple: she keeps heat off of it. "I haven't straightened my hair in over five years," she said. "When you get to a point where your hair cooperates with you because you treat it so well, it treats you well back. My curls look this good because this is how it's naturally supposed to be. Five years ago my hair did not curl this way and it was always a struggle that seemed like more work to make it look decent."

4. The One Conditioner You Need in Your Regimen: Alba swears by the "amazing" DevaCurl One Condition conditioner, but only uses it occasionally because of the price (about $20 for a 12 oz. bottle). "What I love it that this conditioner is so balanced with hydration, it can be used not just to condition + detangle but to also to co-wash (instead of using shampoo) and to leave in as a styler as well," she told us.

5. Be Patient: "To begin on a natural hair journey it's important to understand the process it takes because this will help you have a more realistic idea of what you will accomplish and by when, without expecting an instant change and giving up due to being impatient," she said. If you have damaged curls the transition can be even tougher, but take a deep breath and press on. For those unruly curls, Alba recommends trimming those pieces off as your hair grows out and not using any heat on your hair.

Charlie Hunnam shocked just about everyone when he landed the role of Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey...and dropped out of the flick not long afterwards.

But, while it looked like the actor couldn't handle all of the pressure surrounding the film - fans were going in at first about the casting choices - that actually wasn't the case at all. What Charlie just revealed about his exit will tug at your heartstrings (we may or may not have teared up).

"It was the worst professional experience of my life," he told V Man magazine about his decision to leave the film. "It was the most emotionally destructive and difficult thing that I've ever had to deal with professionally. It was heartbreaking." No shade to Jamie Dornan - who later landed the role - but, we were a little heartbroken too...have you seen this man's body?!

When Charlie was offered the role in Fifty Shades though, he had already committed to a role in the film Crimson Peak, which his pal Guillermo del Toro was directing. Unfortunately, the film schedules conflicted and he didn't feel right about pulling out of Guillermo's film.

"I'd given Guillermo my word, over a year before, that I was going to do this film," he explained. "People were saying, 'Are you crazy? Guillermo still has got four months to recast, it's the fourth lead, you can go and do this [instead].' I said, 'I can't. He's my friend.'"

"I really, really pride myself on being a professional and a man of keeping my word," he continued. "It means a lot to me, truly." This is one loyal guy, especially since Fifty Shades was a guaranteed career game changer (it immediately thrust Dakota Johnson and Jamie into the spotlight).
Making that decision was so tough for him that he literally broke down when he had to tell Fifty Shades director Sam Taylor-Johnson. "I called her and we both cried our eyes out on the phone for 20 minutes," he said. "I needed to tell her that this was not going to work."

Although Charlie wasn't in Fifty Shades, his career is still thriving (thank goodness). In addition to his starring role on Sons of Anarchy, he has several films in the works, including The Lost City of Z, which also stars Robert Pattinson and Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur.

We all know Botox as the injectable that both celebs and mortals turn to when they have stubborn wrinkles they want to smooth out. Dermatologist Dr. Patricia Wexler gave Fast Company this priceless quote:

"It's common for SoulCycle people," says Dr. Patricia Wexler, a New York City dermatologist who administers the treatment. "SoulCycle is infamous for killing the hair."

WTF, right? While we would just stop taking so many $$$ SoulCycle classes, it seems that ladies are embracing the trend. Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank, another dermatologist, told Fast Company that "this summer the treatment has been more popular than ever."

If getting Botox to keep your hair looking perfect already sounds extreme, wait till you hear how much it costs. One treatment, which typically lasts six to nine months, can drain your bank account of $1,500.
Apparently, these rich AF SoulCycle devotees are saving money because they don't need to head to the salon for blowouts as often. We wish we balled that hard!
