This actually happened to me; this is my story.

When the mixer machine we have called a Thermomix wasn't plugged in, let's just say that hell broke loose, and the Internet - the very thing we struggle to live without - went down. With the Internet box soaked through, we were facing no access to all social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Wattpad, Dubsmash, Polyvore, Pinterest, Periscope and of course SNAPCHAT!
If I ever have to give you a piece of advice for Snapchat, I'll tell you this: Make sure you keep up to date with it! After a while, there is a build-up, and even though the snaps can only last a couple of seconds, users add more and more snaps to their stories, and it can get up to 300 seconds long. It also gets annoying, and the more "friends" you have means having longer stories to sift through - and after an entire week without Internet, it can be frustrating.
One thing I did learn was that I didn't need Snapchat DESPERATELY, and I can actually manage to live without it.

The Kardashians are very used to all of the tabloid fodder surrounding their family, but one thing that is really starting to cause a problem is the increasing amount of paparazzi and the fact that they are getting more and more aggressive.

In Khloe Kardashian's case, with all that she's been going through in the last few years, she's really felt the sting of that, especially when it comes to the things they're saying to her. As we all know, they will say or do anything to get a "good" shot (if a celebrity is angry or flipping them off, the photo instantly becomes worth more money) and Khloe has become all too familiar with that.

In newly-released interview snippets from Khloe's Complex magazine interview, the reality star said that it's become really difficult recently. She admits that the gym has become one of her only places of solitude because as soon as she steps out of her house, the paparazzi are waiting for her and yelling all kinds of stuff at her.

When asked if she reads any of the tabloid stories about herself, she said, "I don't have to when someone's yelling them at you."

She continued, "It's mortifying because if I'm valeting my car and you're with me, and you don't know who I am or anything, you see all these people and they're yelling, "Are you sleeping with Scott!?" I've never been an introvert whatsoever. I've always been so social, very outgoing, and I am with my circle. I have major anxiety within the past two years with the paparazzi."

She also admitted it can get very lonely sometimes, saying, "When all your friends want to go to dinner, my brother and I are like, 'No' because we just get too much anxiety. I don't mind having people over, but it's weird how much more withdrawn I've become than being social in public places, I guess. With everything being so public, it made the gym my only place of refuge, if you will."

We all go through hard times and that alone can feel unbearable, we can't imagine having a bunch of guys with cameras chasing you and saying things to try to get a reaction out of you when you're doing your best just to get by.

Hey world! WHAT UP?! This is Christina Grimmie! I want to share a little bit about the experience I had winning the iHeart Radio Macy's contest. FIRST OF ALL, the absolute sole reason I won was because of the fan votes. If it weren't for them, I would have never been able to even slightly compete.

For those of you going,"What iHeart Radio contest?" Well yes, there was a contest that involved 25 artists, including myself. I knew that the prize was very, very huge if I were to place No. 1, but in the back of my mind, I'm going, "I can't compete! Come on, look at all these talented people with huge followings!"

Eventually it got down to the top five, and I was still in the running. Around this time, I was thinking to myself, How on earth is this even possible?! At this point, I was getting hopeful, so I kept encouraging fans to vote no matter how much spam it took! LOL. (I'm not one for spam, might I add. I hate making people read the same thing on my Twitter five times a day, but this HAD TO BE DONE!) I couldn't be lazy about it. If I wanted to win this, I had to post ridiculous amounts about it. It was all or nothing.

It was a two-month voting process total. And my fans - my FRANDS, rather - being the amazing soldiers they are, voted every single day numerous times without cease. On the last voting day, I thought my fingers were gonna fall off because I did so many follow sprees and replies on Twitter.

A few days later, I got the call from my manager that I did it. I won. I literally ran a lap around the house, I was so amazed and excited. I was like, "MOM, DAD, BROTHER, GUESS WHAT? I WON, I WON, I WON! I'M GONNA OPEN THE WHOLE SHOW! WHAT IS LIFE? HOLY CRAP!" I took to my fans immediately just thanking them for being so loyal when I needed them most.

Khloe Kardashian said in a recent interview with Complex magazine that Keeping Up With The Kardashians films 12 to 16 hours a day, six days a week, so it's pretty safe to say the cameras capture almost everything that happens. Probably one of the reasons why the show is so insanely interesting.

We had no idea they filmed for that long every day and we can't even imagine how the famous fam finds the time to do all of their other work on the side when they're tied up for so long every day.

So, what's it like having cameras around for basically every waking hour? "They're not invasive, but you can't really be on your phone," Khloe told Complex, saying that they're on their phones all the time because of their other work ventures, but they've become more aware about putting the phones down during filming.

Another thing that makes it tough is that they're not allowed to watch TV while they're filming. Not at all, which can get a little boring. "I know we're with each other a lot. It's not special to be with each other anymore, so you're constantly on your phones and we can't watch TV. I would love to have a lunch and have the TV on," she admits. "But you know, there's pros and cons to everything."

She also said that they're more invasive during the Take spinoffs because there are only two of them, so the cameras are with each person a lot more than when they're filming the entire family for KUWTK.

And as far as dating on camera goes, Khloe admits that's hard, too. "It's pressure on everybody," she said, "For the guy, they're freaked out or they're excited and then that freaks you out because you're like, 'Why are you so happy to be on camera?'"

As tough as all of that is, they do a pretty good job of setting boundaries. Kourtney, for example, doesn't work on the weekends, Khloe kept most of her drama with Lamar Odom hidden from the cameras until the very end and we've seen that Kim and Kanye are keeping North off camera. "We all have what our important things are," Khloe says.

Wait, what? Already? That's what we all thought when we heard rumors that Calvin Harris just bought Taylor Swift a whopping, super expensive engagement ring, but is it true?

There are new reports floating around that Cal is prepping for his next big relationship-step by buying our girl Tay some bling. Yep, that's right, there's talk that he's looking at engagement rings. (Crap, there goes the surprise! Sorry, Tay.)

"Taylor loves chunky rings, so he wants to go big," a source told a US magazine. "He's looking at cushion-cut center stones and is willing to drop at least $500,000!"

Don't think this is a just-because ring, either. Homeboy totally wants to pop the question. Honestly, do you blame him? Taylor is pretty much perfect. So where does he want to propose?

"He's on the fence because Taylor has so many favorite places," the source continued.

"He thought of romantic Paris or Italy, but now he's leaning toward Nashville, where she has one of her homes."

We have an idea, Calvin! Get her BFF Ed Sheeran to help out. He's good at that these days. He's had so many proposals at his concerts lately, it's almost unreal. Read about those, here.

Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens here with Taylor and Calvin. They've only been dating for a few months, and we can't see Mama Swift being too comfy with this idea...so who knows! He is reportedly taking her to meet his parents in Scotland in a few weeks...

I recently paid a visit to my esthetician, and luckily she had good news about my skin! When she completed my skin analysis, she informed me the condition of my skin is normal, and I had no congestion nor dehydration that is noticeable (my skin is balanced with the exception of my nose). I was relieved yet confused because the clarity of my skin is inconsistent. I had no idea why my skin had long clear spells then suddenly purged. I saw a dermatologist for this very reason, and according to her, there are no valid studies that prove food causes breakouts (yes, I blamed my eating habits, damn you Chick-fil-A).

My esthetician questioned what products I used, and I informed her the items that worked best for my skin. She quickly paused in astonishment; then she expressed that my skincare routine is not conducive for my balanced yet occasionally oily skin. I had no clue! I used a cream cleanser (it is very milky and lightweight when applied) and serum moisturizer, apparently my regimen was wrong! We discussed why my regimen was not ideal for my skin type, here's what I learned:

o. Cream cleansers are ideal for dehydrated and aged skin
o. Cream cleansers are best for removing makeup
o. Foam cleansers are soap (unless otherwise is described)
o. Foam cleansers that contain soap can cause your skin to mature faster
o. Foam cleansers strip the skin of its natural oils causing the skin to tighten
o. Cream cleansers are not good for combination and oily skin because the moisturizing film can cause congestion leading to breakouts
o. Gel cleansers are less acidic than foam cleansers but not as alkaline as cream cleansers

What we concluded is that my skin may have better results with a gel cleanser. I have never tried a gel cleanser, so I am anxious to see the results. I am going on a Sephora haul soon to stock up on my cosmetics and find a fitted gel cleanser.

Reportedly, Beyonce is in talks to join The Wiz, which suggests that the singer's in the mood to flex her acting muscles. While she's at it, she might as well drop by the Unbreakable set and have a little chat with Tina about making an appearance on the hilarious Netflix series. I mean, can we get Queen Bey and Tina to team up for a full-fledged "***Flawless" parody or nah?

Seeing Justin Timberlake perform "Single Ladies" on Saturday Night Live was classic, but this Tina/Beyoncé collaboration has the potential to be epic. Add Blue Ivy as the lead hand choreographer and you have a genius Unbreakable episode in the making.

Miley Cyrus is causing all kinds of controversy thanks to her baby sister Noah. Shocker. We know.

The two sisters were spotted cruising around in Los Angeles the other day. While that's not a big deal at all, it is whenever Noah is the one driving.

Miley's younger sis apparently just got her driver's permit. That's big news in any teen's life, but she might want to start following the rules before someone takes that ish from her. You see, she's supposed to have someone over the age of 25 accompanied with her while cruising....

Drama aside, it IS cool to see Miley and her sister hangout. Not a lot of siblings are BFFs like they are. Miley was the one who posted the troublesome pic, and bragged about her baby sis growing up and driving on Instagram.

We're sure little Noah has learned her lesson from this, and will have the right aged rider with her next time...and her twerking sis, too. Congrats on the freedom, Noah! Be safe out there!

This has become the season of trying something new when it comes to celebrity hair.

Amanda Seyfried is the latest star to switch up her look, following in the footsteps of Blake Lively, Ashley Tisdale and many more stars who have chopped their locks or dyed it for summer.

The Ted 2 star, who has been rocking her signature long blonde locks for as a long as we can remember, cut them off into a chic lob, showing off the look on Instagram Wednesday. "New haircut/old friend #CledeTomoko #cledepeaubeaute @cledepeaubeauteus," she captioned the selfie, which showed her posing with her hairstylist.

Before Amanda showed off her new look, she teased fans, posting a shot of her dog Finn along with the reason she cut it off. "Finn is wearing my #locksforlove," she captioned the snap, which showed her pup's head topped with her chopped blonde hair. Locks of Love uses donated hair to make wigs for people battling cancer. So sweet!

We're loving this new look on Amanda. Though she looks gorge with long hair too, this shorter length is fresh, modern and badass on her as well. And, it was all for a good cause. Two thumbs way up.

Grumpy Cat, step aside. There's a new scowling pet sensation taking over the internet and we. are. in.love.

While we'll always have a special place in our hearts for the adorably cranky kitty - there's a new equally grumpy dog taking her place. Meet Earl the Grumpy Puppy! The five-month-old puggle is the latest sensation sweeping the internet, with many a meme shaking out of the whole thing, of course.

Earl's owner, Derek Bloomefield, told Yahoo UK, "He has had the grumpy expression from day one. The vet said he's as healthy as any other puppy. He just looks grumpy because of his underbite, wrinkles, and dark complexion. He is the most relaxed, content puppy either one of us has ever seen."

Maybe it happened out of secondhand embarrassment or sheer disbelief, but a face palm seemed to be the most appropriate reaction to Cara Delevingne's cringe-worthy interview on Good Day Sacramento.

The model/actress blamed the visibly uncomfortable exchange on the reporters, tweeting that they didn't understand sarcasm or her dry British humor. And as fellow actor Zach Braff later pointed out on Twitter, the anchors did come off a bit snarky when asking whether she'd read John Green's Paper Towns, despite the fact that she has a starring role in the film adaptation. The entire interview was downright painful from start to finish - let's just say Cara definitely wasn't in the mood to show off her impressive beatboxing skills.

Robert Downey, Jr. is known for his portrayal of Iron Man, but his onscreen superheroic abilities were nowhere to be found during this interview. The exchange reached peak levels of awkwardness when the interviewer brought up Robert's prior struggles with alcohol and drugs. His reaction obviously shocked the reporter and everyone watching.

Khloe Kardashian and her brother Rob definitely share a special bond. Not only is Khloe the most protective of Rob, they've also chosen to live together in a couple of different houses for one reason or another.

When Khloe was married to Lamar Odom, Rob lived with them. Then, when Khloe and Lamar split up and Khloe moved out of the house, she moved into Rob's town home with him. Now, Khloe has a new house and Rob is living there.

While nobody (except the family, obviously) knows exactly what Rob is going through right now, various family members have said that he's having a tough time and he's probably very grateful for the fact that he's living with Khloe, who is a huge part of his support system.

Turns out, though, Khloe is actually really grateful to have him living there, too. In fact, she is the one who is encouraging the whole thing. In her revealing interview with Complex magazine, Khloe said she loves having Rob around.

"Rob lives with me now and I wouldn't have it any other way," she told them. "I love having him with me. I have a big a** house and I wanted it so he could feel like, comfortable."

"He's going through a hard time now and it's behind gates," she continued. "With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom. Kourtney and Scott live in the same gated area. My nieces and nephew come over at least three times a week. I have everything, my brother's there and I love him. I get crazy if he's like, 'I'm moving out.'"

She also seems to really enjoy helping him. "I just bought him a rug for his bedroom and he was so cute. He'll text me and tell me how much he likes it and he notices things. So, I like it," she explained. "I call him my son as a joke. I'll call my assistant and be like, 'Did you guys ask if he wanted lunch?' or this or that and my sisters hate that I do that. I do baby him but I'm a maternal person."

We think it's awesome that they could both totally be living on their own, but they choose to live together because they just enjoy being around each other so much.

After she received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs and delivered a powerful acceptance speech, Caitlyn Jenner took to WhoSay to tell fans what was going through her head during the event. Everything from getting glammed up to what designer to wear and giving the speech itself.

It was obviously an absolutely incredible night for Cait, but there was one thing she admitted that she didn't love about it. "It was a little difficult for me to watch myself," she wrote. "While I felt like I looked great and that the gown looked fabulous, I still have a voice issue. It's not quite right compared to my feminine appearance."

"That bothers me a little bit," she continued. "However, I hope that people don't listen to the pitch of my voice, but listen to what I have to say. That's important to me."

In this new sneak peek from this week's episode of I Am Cait released by E! News, the 65-year-old tells Kim Kardashian and Malika Haqq about how she used to practice her feminine voice on the phone when she was ordering room service at hotels.

She says that her goal was to do it well enough that the person on the other end would call her "mam."

"Women can not relate to the whole voice thing. They don't see it as being that important," Cait later tells the camera. "It is that important. Not only for you just to speak and order and do all of that kind of stuff, but very important for your soul that you're feeling good about that."

Days after Drake released two Meek Mill Diss tracks, Meek finally dropped a response for Drake called "Wanna Know."

On the four-minute track, Meek calls Drake "buttercup" and Milli Vanilli, among other things, rapping for most of the time about how the Toronto rapper doesn't write his own lyrics. And let's just say fans and fellow music artists thought it fell a little short.

"Meek letting everybody down worldwide," Rapper Lil Boosie tweeted, while another tweeter wrote, "Well folks.....it safe to say Meek loss this one."

Drake, too, had a response of his own. While he didn't directly reference the song or Meek, he posted a pic of himself laughing not long after Meek's diss track hit the web.

The beef between Meek and Drake started after the Philly rapper went on a random rant last week about Nicki Minaj's ex Safaree, as well as Drake, saying Drake doesn't write his own lyrics.

Drake was quiet for days, and then he released "Charged Up" Monday and then "Back to Back" Wednesday. While he kind of went in on Meek on "Charged Up," he really let him have it on "Back to Back," so much so that he almost broke the internet when he dropped the song.

"You love her then you gotta give the world to her / Is that a world tour or your girl's tour?/ I know that you gotta be a thug for her / This ain't what she meant when she told you to open up more," he rapped on it, for starters.

Rumor has it that Drake is not done yet either. According to the Daily Beast, he reportedly has a third Meek diss track dropping Friday. Gulp.

Nicki Minaj is on a take-no-prisoners mission.

After calling out MTV's Video Music Awards for not nominating "Anaconda" for Video of the Year, Nicki's swiftly moved on to the next entry on her sh*t list - her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels. Recently, the "Feeling Myself" rapper's former boo released a song called "Lifeline" in which he alleged that he wrote some of The Pinkprint album, while simultaneously dissing Nicki's new boyfriend Meek Mill.

Apparently, messing with Nicki's rap-writing skills (and her man) was not the move because on Wednesday, the Head Barb in Charge took her frustrations out on stage during a stop on her Pinkprint Tour.

Sheesh. Safaree will need a lot of water to cool down from that burn. Clearly, whatever love remained between Nicki and Safaree after they ended their 12-year relationship earlier this year just vanished into a thick, Minajesty-scented cloud.

Maybe it's because the peace-lover in me, but I kind of prefer it when Nicki isn't so riled up about this type of situation, specifically when it comes to responding to Safaree and his lovesick music. Just keep doing you, Nicki! Get back to smiling and entertaining the Barbz on tour. Heck, try engaging in some seriously over-the-top PDA with Meek onstage. After hearing Drake's "Back to Back" diss track towards Meek, he could probably use a little extra affection.

Forget those Nae Nae videos out there! Justin Bieber's younger siblings just made a clip of themselves singing his hit song "Baby", and it's pretty much the most adorable thing we've ever seen. They give the Biebs a serious run for his money!

You can totally tell Jazmyn and Jaxon Bieber love their big brother. In the vid, they belt out the tune's infamous, catchy hook and even throw in some dance moves. Cute!

Of course, Justin's dad Jeremy is the one who posted the clip on Vine. Jax is the one in the middle, busting out his inner JB. Is that a table they're standing on? A Bob Marley tapestry in the background? Anyway...

Exciting things happened overnight, when One Direction pulled a total Beyonce, releasing their new single, "Drag Me Down," with absolutely no warning.

No teases. No promotion. Nothing. There was no suspense building or a countdown to a new single...well played, guys.

Let's just say fans were very receptive to the surprise single - and fell instantly in love with "Drag Me Down," the first song on their new album without Zayn Malik. And speaking of Zayn and timing - the new song comes just a day after Zayn announced he's signed on with RCA to start his solo career.

What do you think of their sound on "Drag Me Down" - a bit more mature, as promised...and Harry Styles taking on the high notes? Sigh.
