This 15-Year-Old Babysitter Is Making $500,000 a Year

File this under things we wish we would've thought of first.

Noa Mintz is rolling in dough after coming up with a way to turn her babysitting duties into a very profitable business. The 15-year-old is reportedly making $500,000 running her babysitting agency, Nannies by Noa, which has grown to 190 clients since she started the company in 2012, according to Mashable.

As for how it works, Noa charges a flat $5 fee for babysitters and a 15 percent initial salary fee for nannies (in New York this is about $50,000 to $80,000, according to Entrepreneur). Currently, there are 25 full-time nannies and 50 baby sitters on her roster who work about 15 hours a week.

Noa has made so much money with her business that she had to hire someone to oversee day-to-day operations for her business while she attends her freshman year in high school. She ended up choosing 26-year-old social worker Allison Johnson, who will serve as CEO.
American Friends of Magen David Adom's Annual New York Benefit DinnerThe teen's idea for her business first came about because she was unimpressed by the babysitters her family was hiring - so much so that her mother told her to find a better babysitter for their family. Once she did, she started helping her mother's friends find nannies too. "I really had no expectations, but I figured I'd try," Noa told CNN. Under the guidance of her dad, she went on to start Nannies by Noa.

"I'm not an A+ student. I have definitely struggled with school," she continued."[But] having this business, I realized that book smart isn't the same as entrepreneurial smart. I've tried to channel the business to give me more confidence in school."

Speaking of entrepreneurial smarts, Noa is investing all the money she makes right back into the business and hasn't set aside any for herself just yet. "I feel that there are always opportunities for growth and marketing, which comes at a price," she said. "Eventually I may take out a small salary, but not at this point."

All the Deets on Drake Bell and Miranda Cosgrove's New Movie 'A Mouse Tale'

GBK 2015 Pre-Oscar Awards Luxury Gift Lounge - Day 2Drake Bell is back in a brand new animated movie with his Drake & Josh costar Miranda Cosgrove called A Mouse Tale. We talked to Cambio Guest Editor Drake and the writer/director of the English version of A Mouse Tale, Mychal Simka all about the film, why it's not your typical fairytale and the reason Drake and Miranda's fans will love it.

Cambio: Drake, you have a long history of working with Miranda. What was it like working with her on a project again?
Drake: Miranda played Megan, my little sister on Drake & Josh, but in A Mouse Tale she is the leader and the one bossing me around. So it was a little bit of a fun change!

Cambio: What's your favorite classic fairytale?
Drake: Peter Pan.

Cambio: What's the message or moral of this story?
Mychal: The message of the story is twofold for me. The first is about the nature of love and what it means. Sebastian is in love with the princess, but he doesn't even know who she is. She's just a dream. He believes in that. But he doesn't believe in himself even though he really wants to become a wizard. Sam, the girl mouse, believes in him because he's her best friend, and she tries to get him to believe in himself and forget about the princess. Sam turns out to be the princess in the end so the message is about where your heart should be and where your dreams should be. In other words, sometimes we wish for something that's right in front of us - love. And if we waste time wishing for something we already have, then we hardly have time to believe in ourselves and believing in ourselves is what allows us to do great things, like becoming a wizard. In the end, Sebastian finds love and the fulfillment of his dream to become a wizard. Without Sam, neither of those things would have happened.
Cambio: Why do you think people should see this movie?
Mychal: A Mouse Tale is one of my favorite projects. It took a lot of work, a few months in fact, to construct a story with all elements of fairies, mice, green cats, giants, rock monsters, etc. The dialog was refined more than in any of my other films. It's not the funniest or most action-packed of my films, but it is the deepest and most meaningful of the bunch. Not to mention the performances - Miranda and Drake are so darn cute as these little mice, Cary Elwes as the gallant knight mouse (a nod to Princess Bride) is one of my fav's, Gregg Sulkin, Dallas Lovato and The Heirs all have smaller but highly memorable parts. As I said, this has been my favorite movie making experience so far.

Cambio: How is A Mouse Tale different from other fairy tales we've seen before?
Mychal: It's more than just a princess story cartoon or a typical animated feature with talking animals. It's actually more of an epic journey film. Very different from other much higher budget animated films. I see it as something like Lord of the Rings with mice instead of hobbits. The journey and goals are serious. The enemies are actually life-threateningly dangerous. So the meaning is much deeper in the end. It's not a laugh a minute film like my previous films Birds Of Paradise or Wings, but it wasn't intended to be. Having said that, I think there are some pretty good jokes in this one especially for fans of Drake and Miranda's earlier TV shows (there are a few nods to iCarly, Drake & Josh and even The Amanda Show which the fans will get a kick out of).

Cambio: Drake, any update on your wrist injury?
Drake: I broke my wrist back in November, and I'm still trying to get motion back. It affected my guitar playing, but I'm working on it!

Meet the Adorable Mini Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss

Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss have proven they're a fashion force to be reckoned with, but wait until you see the mini versions of the model duo.

Meet Cara and Kate lookalikes Harley Chapman, 10, and Maya Koski-Wood, 12, who recreated a couple of the pair's My Burberry fragrance ads, nailing their impersonations of the famed Models, from their hair parted in the middle to their nearly identical tan trench coats.
According to the UK's Telegraph, Harley (mini Kate) is quickly building a notable modeling career all her own. The little blonde has modeled for Massimo Dutti, Primark, Clarks and Tammy Girl and is often told she looks just like Cara.

"It has been so much fun recreating such famous shots by one of the world's top models," Harley said. "I have been told I look like the spitting image of Cara before - if I can be half as successful in my career I'll be really happy.
As for why the Burberry ads were created with the model minis in the first place, French watch brand Withings came up with the idea to recreate the ads as part of the launch of its new Activité Pop watch, which tracks wearers' running distance, number of steps taken, sleep cycle and more.

Taylor Swift Reveals the Last Time She Was Mean to Someone

Taylor Swift at the BRIT awards 2015Taylor Swift is mean? While it might seem like that is pretty impossible, it's not. The singer recently revealed that she didn't hold back when it came to a rude dude a few nights ago.

During a recent interview with the Telegraph, Taylor opened up about some things that we've all been pretty much dying to ask her. You know, real, real-life questions...

The best response from her came when she was asked about the last time she was unpleasant or rude to someone. We kind of feel bad for this guy...She totally put him on blast.

"The other night. I was mean to this guy, but only because he was doing this thing that I've heard about in the [Neil Strauss] book The Game," she said.

"We were all seeing a show and he comes up and he was doing that compliment-criticism thing, where you say you like my hair then you say, 'Where did you get that hair dye? I can see your roots'. It's a thing guys do if they're trying to hit on a girl and they want to bring her down a bit so she craves their positive attention. So I kind of went off on him like, 'You think people don't know what you're doing? You legitimately think I'm an idiot. Everybody's read that book!'"

Haha! Got to love Tay-Tay. There should be little clones of her so we an all have a BFF like her to have with us at all times. Wonder who that guy was? Hmm...

That's not all she opened up about in the interview, either. Taylor was asked who her last text message was from. Can you guess who?

"It's from Ed [Sheeran]! It says, 'You're sitting right next to me and Haim [at the Grammys] it looks like'. Yes, oh my God! I'm happy we've got a really good crew this year, it's like me, Sam [Smith], Haim, Ed, that's a good enough crew. We all know each other, we all like each other, those are all good people who will be up and dancing."

The Boy Next Door star showed off her killer midsection Thursday, when she shared a snap with fans of herself rocking jeans and a black crop top sweater as she played outdoors with her adorable 7-year-old twins.

"TBT to an outtake from my People shoot...Love this pic... #mylife #LOVE #coconuts," J.Lo captioned the shot which showed Emme in a cream turtleneck and skirt and Max kneeling down to play with their dogs.

Taco Bell is taking breakfast up a notch.

The fast food chain is experimenting with a new dessert they plan to release called Cap'n Crunch Delights, according to Foodbeast. The deep fried, sweet treat is made with Cap'n Crunch Berries cereal and filled with a sugary cream.

Taco Bell also shared a photo of the dessert with fans on Twitter Friday, captioning the snap, "Found this in the test kitchen. #CapnCrunchDelights."

The Cap'n Crunch Delights are basically "deep-fried balls of sweet dough" that could double as a "fast food cereal," Foodbeast reported, and will be available for purchase at Taco Bell restaurants in Bakersfield, Calif.

Taco Bell lovers in the area can pick up a set of two for $1 or a dozen for $4.49. Of course, you don't have to eat these small bites just for breakfast. You can munch on them throughout the day...if you live in Bakersfield. No word yet on if or when the Delights will placed in other locations.

Still, we want to know, would you eat these? Tell us in the comments!

3rd Annual Noble AwardsIt's no secret newly engaged couple Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder get along well, but there's one thing they tend to argue about...

The color of the Vampire Diaries star's eyes. "He thinks his eyes are ocean blue and I think they're aqua," Nikki told reporters at the 3rd annual Noble Awards Friday in Beverly Hills, Calif., according to People. When asked what they fight about other than that, they both said in unison, "I don't think anything."

Nikki was honored for her work with animals at the event, with Ian presenting his fiancé with the award. The actress said their mutual desire to make the world a better place is one of the things that bonds them, and they even start their days talking about it.
3rd Annual Noble Awards"Most of our conversations revolve around [what we can do better], because whether or not we have similar passions, I think it all stems around the idea that everything is connected," Nikki continued, according to Us Weekly. "What's nurtured this long friendship that we've had is that we are passionate about similar things, whether it's animals or the environment or education or climate change. So we do wake up in the morning and talk about those things."

In addition to talking about their passions, Nikki also flashed her diamond, floral-inspired engagement ring, telling reporters "I love it more than anything in the world!" We can't blame her.

Justin Bieber Drops New Song: Is It About Selena Gomez?

Justin BieberJustin Bieber just released a new song, and a lot of people think it's about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Could it be the revenge of "The Heart Wants What It Wants?"

The new track is called "Where Are U Now," and it's a remix with producers Skrillex and Diplo. There's no new Bieber album yet, or anything. This song will be featured on Skrillex and Diplo's brand new surprise album Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack U.

There's talk that the new song is about Justin's ex Selena. With lyrics like, "When you broke down I didn't leave ya...I was by your side. So where are you now that I need ya," it sure does sound like it. She reportedly went to rehab while they were in between their splitting up and getting back together phase. It kind of seems like that's what he's referring to there, right?

Maybe we're looking too into it. Listen to the guys' new "Where Are U Now" song below. Read the lyrics there, as well. Think it's about Sel?

[Intro: Justin Bieber]
I need you the, I need you, I need you the, I need you
I need y-y-y-y-y, I need you the, I need you, I need you the
I need you, I need y-y-y-y-you the m-m-m
I need you the most

[Verse 1: Justin Bieber]
I gave you the key when the door wasn't open, just admit it
See, I gave you faith, turned your doubt into hoping, can't deny it
Now I'm all alone and my joys turned to moping
Tell me, where are you now that I need you?
Where are you now?
Where are you now that I need ya?
Couldn't find you anywhere
When you broke down I didn't leave ya
I was by your side
So where are you now that I need ya?
Where are you now that I need ya?

Where are you now that I need ya?
Where are you now that I need ya?
Where are you now that I need ya?

I gave you attention when nobody else was payin'
I gave you the shirt off my back, what you sayin'?
To keep you warm
I showed you the game everybody else was playin', that's for sure
And I was on my knees when nobody else was prayin', oh Lord

Where are you now that I need ya?
Where are you now that I need ya?
Where are you now that I need ya?
I need you, I need you, I need you, I need you
I need you, I need you, I need you, I need you
I need you the most

Behati Prinsloo Just Proved Adam Levine Is a Diva

87th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsThese two love poking fun at each other.

After Adam Levine brought on the laughs covering up his wife Behati Prinsloo's nip slip at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, the Victoria's Secret model posted up a pic of her hubby doing a little beauty prep.

"That's my diva hahaha," Behati captioned an Instagram shot Tuesday of Adam laying on a leather couch with cucumber slices over his eyes, as he shoots a bird at the cameraman. The Maroon 5 frontman also poked fun at himself, posting the shot on his Instagram page with the caption, "Don't knock it til you try it."

This isn't the first time Adam shared his love for the all-natural beauty treatment. Apparently he's been at it for years, tweeting back in December 2009, "Cucumber slices feel good on your eyeballs. Now I understand why people do That."
Following his beauty prep, Behati cheered on Adam as he performed with Maroon 5 during the Victoria's Secret Swim Special in Puerto Rico Thursday, according to the Daily Mail. "'It doesn't get any better than this,' the Namibian model reportedly said during the show. 'If I were to compare this to anything, it is probably the Super Bowl!

As the band played, 11 Victoria Secret models who were on hand for the special rocked out to the music as the group performed "Sugar" and "Animals" in front of several big bonfires. Not a bad way to enjoy the winter.

Ed SheeranEd Sheeran can seriously sing any song. Our favorite ginger singer recently covered another hit song, this time taking a try on some rap.

While chatting with BBC Radio 1, Ed busted out his guitar and performed. That's when he sang O.T. Genasis' "CoCo" and transformed it from a raunchy song about cocaine, to a more soft song about...coke. It's not our favorite Ed cover to say the least, but it does show how he can sing pretty much anything.

A lot of people weren't feeling it as much as his Christina Aguilera "Dirrty" cover that he pulled out during the same interview. You can listen to that, here.

KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS -- Season: 9 -- Pictured: (l-r) Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner -- (Photo by: Brian Bowen Smith/E!)Everyone was pretty surprised when it was reported that the Kardashians had made $100 million on a four-year deal with E!. They're obviously worth a lot to the network, but that's a massive amount of money.

Shortly after the report surfaced, NBC said the figure was grossly-inflated and as it turns out, the number was high. Don't go setting up a crowd-funding page for the fam just yet, though. The deal they did end up making is still pretty sweet.

According to TMZ, the family will actually get about $80 million (with ratings bonuses) for three seasons with an option for a fourth. That will also include all of the work the family does for the network, presumably promoting the shows and stuff like that.

Also, the deal is only for the females. Scott Disick has a separate deal and Rob Kardashian will be paid per episode, when he appears on any of them.

As has been previously reported, Bruce Jenner will be leaving the show after this season, but he has his own deal with the network, too, and is said to be filming a docuseries with them.

Are Kendall and Kylie Jenner Getting a Spinoff?

Madden Girl Meet And Greet With Kendall Jenner And Kylie Jenner At Nordstrom Downtown SeattleUsually, when there are Kardashian spinoffs, we have mixed emotions about them. We're sometimes hesitant to watch because they always only include two members of the Kardashian/Jenner crew and how could it possibly be as awesome as Keeping Up With the entire group? Then, we watch and we love it, anyway.

This report of a KUWTK spinoff, though, we don't have mixed emotions about because we will ABSOLUTELY watch Kendall and Kylie Jenner if they get their own show and it sounds like they just might.

According to Variety, the girls are being eyed for their own reality show by E!, which the family just signed on for four more years with (in a reported $100 million deal, although some outlets have reported it is actually much less).

An insider tells variety that a Kendall and Kylie spinoff is on the drawing board, but the girls have not entered any formal negotiations while a spokesperson for E! tells them that there is no spinoff in the works.

Maybe not in the works, but we really hope it's at least being seriously discussed. How awesome would it be if Kendall and Kylie had their own show?!

Either way, we can keep up with Kendall and Kylie along with the rest of the gang when Keeping Up With The Kardashians returns on March 15.

Kylie Jenner Talks Haters, Says She's Not Trying to Be a Role Model

If there is anybody who is used to getting a whole lot of hate thrown at them (courtesy of people on the Internet who have the privilege of hiding behind their keyboards), it's Kardashian/Jenner crew. Given that Kylie Jenner has 18 million Instagram followers, she is opening herself up to a whole lot of hate every single time she posts something.

In a new interview with Fault magazine, Kylie reveals how she's learned to live with that and how she lives for herself, not what is going to make the haters happy - because let's face it, they NEVER will be, anyway.

"People are going to judge you no matter what you do. So now I feel like I haven't been open as much as I used to be. I haven't really been letting my fans get to know me a lot, I closed down a little. I love to connect with people but it became just a bigger door for people to judge me," she explains.

"I feel like, growing up, I haven't had a lot of room for error - I don't have room to make mistakes," she continues. "You need to make mistakes to grow and learn, but I'm just a little different because the whole world is watching me, every single thing I do. So, I closed my door a little just until I get a bit older and then I'll probably get back into it. On Instagram, I'm like a different person almost. I just show people what I want people [to] see."

Also, some of the criticism has been by people who accuse her of not being a good role model and Kylie says she's not even trying to be one.

"I never feel pressure to be a good role model. I always try to do my best to inspire people to be good and do the right thing, but I just can't live my life always trying to be a good role model," she explains. "I try to be the best I can be, but it's hard sometimes. We're all human. I just like to live each day and just be me and be real."

Amen to that!

Kylie Jenner Says Some People Can't Handle Her Family's Fame

GQ And Giorgio Armani Grammys After Party ArrivalsHaving basically grown up in front of our eyes on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner has had to deal with a lot at a very young age.

In a new interview with Fault magazine, Kylie admits that her family has to deal with things that obviously most of us don't have to and some people that come into her life aren't prepared for that.

"Being in my family, under scrutiny all the time... it affects the other people around me," she tells them. "My friends can get freaked out when they come into my world. It's sad when you really think about it. There have been so many people that come into my family's life that can't handle it. And we handle a lot."
2014 American Music Awards - Arrivals
Given that she's been dealing with this stuff for years now, Kylie knows that as she gets more fans, she also gets more haters and that makes her an easy target. "It's definitely been crazy," she says. "But I feel like we all have trust that we're in it together and we try to focus on the positive."

The 17-year-old also admits that we don't see the real her on Instagram because she's finally gotten to the point where she just shows people what she wants them to see.

"There's definitely a spiritual side to me," she says. "I'm not materialistic, I love clothes and all that stuff, but I don't need it to live. I feel like, not that I've had everything, but once you feel you've had everything at a young age, you can either go down a path of being spoiled and self-centered, or you see it isn't everything."

She continues, "I've found ways to really enjoy life. But people may get the wrong idea. Having a reality TV show, everyone feels like they know you, but that's only 10% of my life. There's a whole other side of me that people don't see."

Thief Returns Lupita Nyong'o's Oscars Dress: Says It's Fake

87th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsSomeone probably thought they had pulled off the heist of the year when thy stole Lupita Nyong'o's stunning custom Calvin Klein Oscars dress out of her hotel room last week. The dress was valued at $150,000 and police were reviewing security footage form the hotel to try to catch the thief. Turns out, they didn't need to because the preson brought the dress back and left it in a trash bag at the hotel.

The thief apparently contacted TMZ after they did the dress drop-off and told them that they brought two of the pearls from the dress to the garment district in Los Angeles and were shocked to find out they were fake. The guy says he called TMZ to tell them about it because he wanted everyone to see "Hollywood's fake bulls**t."

The site reached out to the Women's Creative Director of Calvin Klein who said, "Did anyone ever say they were real from Calvin Klein? I always assumed everyone knew they were fake, but I guess not," adding, "Do they really make dresses out of real jewels since Cleopatra died?"

Valid point.

Now that Lupita's dress situation is settled, we can all go back to obsessing about this dress aka "The Dress" and argue about whether it's blue and black or white and gold.

And while we're sure people will criticize Kim for using it, we actually think it looks kinda fun. In fact, we're going to go play around with it right now...

If you've been chatting it up with Josh Hutcherson on his official Twitter account, we have some bad news - you haven't actually been talking to the Hunger Games star himself. Like a lot of other celebrities, Josh has someone run his Twitter account for him, but Josh's reason is a little different than some other stars'.

"I shouldn't have a Twitter with two-point-something million followers," he told Jimmy Fallon. "People drunk text. If you drunk tweet, it's 2.6 million times worse...and so what I do, as a precaution for myself, I don't have my Twitter password."

"I don't have it, I can't even log into my own Twitter," he continues. "Someone else has it for me and when I need to tweet something for like whatever, I'm like 'tweet this.'"

He explained that you can just be doing something as a joke and, "It can ruin a whole career...it can take like 12 years to build a career and ruin it in 140 characters or less. It's too powerful."

Of course, Jimmy had some suggestions that Josh could tweet if he did want to start logging on to his own account. Check out the video above to see Jimmy's awesomely adorable suggestion.

Here's Why Security Cameras Didn't Catch Lupita Nyong'o's Oscar Dress Thief

87th Annual Academy Awards - ArrivalsEveryone was pretty shocked when someone managed to steal Lupita Nyong'o's Oscars dress from the London Hotel in West Hollywood. Didn't they have security cameras? Yes, they did, but somehow the cameras didn't catch the guy.

So, how did he manage to elude all of the security cameras while carrying a big garment bag (which was probably also pretty heavy)? Simple. He didn't.

The thief tells TMZ that he snuck into the room WHILE Lupita was in there. He knew where the security cameras were in the halls, so he got around those, saw the door was ajar and let himself in. Now this is where it gets really crazy. He took the dress, which was worth an estimated $150,000 (turns out it's not) and threw it off the balcony where someone on the ground was waiting to grab it.

The guy says he also saw her Oscars gift bag, worth a reported $125,000 and left that there, but obviously did make off with the dress - which, as it turns out, is actually made of fake pearls and not really worth anything near what the earlier estimates valued it at.
