Demi Lovato spread a message of inspiration as 2014 was ending and offered up some words of wisdom for the new year.

Demi posted side-by-side pics of herself - one a throwback from June 2014 and another more current photo, writing:

"I was beautiful then, and I'm beautiful now. 2014 I decided to focus on bettering myself by making changes in my life with health, balance, endurance and consistency. You don't have to wait till the beginning of a new year to make resolutions for yourself. It's all about loving and taking care of the only body you will ever have... Cherish it, love it, embrace it.. Because when you do.. It begins to show. Goodbye 2014.. Who's excited for what we can accomplish in 2015?!! Let's do this!!!!"

Zayn Malik, we hardly recognized you! Zayn and fiancee Perrie Edwards dressed in pretty impressive costumes for a New Year's Eve Party - and Perrie shared some pics on Instagram.

Zayn channeled Edward Scissorhands perfectly, we must say, with a costume chock full of buckles, signature scissor hands (of course) and perfectly executed makeup. Nailed it.

Perrie got her Cleopatra on with an amazing costume and headdress, dark hair and cool makeup.

It's nice to finally see the happy couple together in a holiday pic, considering no Christmas-y photos of Zayn and Perrie landed online, except for Perrie taking Zayn's sister to the emergency room!

Some of us have trouble avoiding our exes because they shop at the same stores, go to the same gym, or school or whatever.

In Khloe Kardashian's case, she and her ex French Montana live in two different states, so the avoidance should be easily accomplished. Ironically, they ran into each other in Las Vegas, where neither of them live, but both like to visit.

Last week, they both ended up having dinner at Mirage's Stack restaurant, but they sat at separate tables. Surely they each knew that the other one was there, right?

Yep...and it wasn't a big deal at all. According to People, they were cordial and said hello to each other. Kind of awkward, no? Especially since Khloe just revealed on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons that French was calling her too much and that she didn't even want to be in a relationship while they were dating.

These two did seem to have a really cute friendship, so hopefully after all the dust settles, they can at least get that back.

In this sneak peek from the season finale of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, Khloe Kardashian drops a big bomb: her BFF Malika totally tried to make out with her.

"Last night was very interesting..." Khloe tells Kim. "I was taking care of Malika and dealing with her, she just got tipsy and she tried to make out with me last night."

Of course, Kim is shocked and she asks Kim a string of questions that get Khloe wondering if Malika has a crush on her. As she recalls some stuff Malika has said to her in the past, she starts to consider it.

"Did it just give her the liquid courage that she needed to kiss me?" Khlo wonders. "She just made everything so weird."

We really don't think Malika has a crush on Khloe. They're so close, they're practically sisters. What do you guys think?

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney surprised a lot of church-goers in Pennsylvania last week when they made an appearance at a local Methodist church.

We were hoping it meant wedding bells for one of our favorite couples, but they were actually just in town to attend a family baptism. Apparently, this is the church that Taylor's aunt goes to.

Excited fans took to Twitter to share the news of the Gaga/Taylor sighting...and one even managed to snap a photo:

Huge congratulations are in order for Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, who just welcomed their daughter.

Catelynn went into labor this morning and Tyler couldn't wait to share the news with their fans. "IT'S BABY TIME! I think she's gonna be a new years baby! Pray for safe delivery #CantWait #LittleAngel #OnHerWay."

While we were all anxiously awaiting the birth announcement, Cate and Ty's fellow Teen Mom franchise star Kailyn Lowry spilled the beans on Twitter:

This is the second child for Catelynn and Tyler, but the birth of their first daughter was sort of a bittersweet occasion as they made the difficult decision to place her for adoption and had endure the difficult experience of going home without her.

This time, Catelynn and Tyler are older, more financially stable, have their own home and are fully ready to raise a child...and we can't wait to watch them do it!

The couple will be returning for the next season of Teen Mom when it comes back later this year and we're SO excited to see their little family on the show.

It's finally time!

Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are starting off the new year with a bang. "Well baby V is on her way!" Catelynn tweeted in the early morning hours on January 1.

About an hour later, Tyler chimed in, saying, "IT'S BABY TIME! I think she's gonna be a new years baby! Pray for safe delivery #CantWait #LittleAngel #OnHerWay."

He also shared this sweet Instagram shot of himself and Catelynn with their first daughter, Carly, who they had when they were just 16 and made the difficult decision to place for adoption.

IT'S HAPPENING! Here we go, doing this all over again. This is surreal, I'm freakin out a little lol but can't wait to meet my little angel! Thinking a lot about Carly right now. We know there was a whole bunch of controversy a couple of seasons ago on Keeping Up With the Kardashians when Kanye West told Kim Kardashian that she needed to revamp her wardrobe. He basically told her what was cool enough to keep and what needed to go.

During her pregnancy, Kim who pretty much never wore maternity clothes, told Us Weekly, "I dress for my man way more than for myself," and the comment obviously rubbed some people the wrong way, too.

That being what it is, it isn't terribly surprising that there's a new report claiming Kanye controls what Kim wears. "Every morning, she sends him pictures of the outfits she's going to wear for his approval," a source tells RadarOnline, adding that he even has particular designers picked out that she can wear.

Yikes, we know the feeling of wanting to look good for your boyfriend or girlfriend, but actually sending photos of outfits to approve? That seems a bit intense - although we've done that with our fashion-savvy girl friends, so would it be that bad to do it with your husband if they're super stylish and you like their taste?

Well that's one way to kick off your new year. Taylor Swift not only rocked Times Square on New Year's Eve, but she also slipped down the stage's steps a little during her performance.

The oops moment went down after she sang "Shake It Off" and "Welcome to New York" in the blistering cold in a crop top outfit. While walking down the stage steps, Tay totally tripped up a bit and slipped. Luckily, she was able to catch herself on the railing but that didn't stop her from falling on her booty. She didn't try to play it off or anything, she actually laughed and waved at the crowd while walking it off. Now THAT is swift!

In typical Tay fashion, she shook off the fall and bounced back quickly to stand beside Ryan Seacrest when the clock hit midnight. Watch Taylor's spill below. Could you even notice? You KNOW she's looking at all the memes on Tumblr right now cracking up about all of this...

Ever wonder why Zayn Malik has so little to say during One Direction interviews? Finally, Zayn explains all - it's just not in his wheelhouse, it turns out. We totally get it.

Zayn admitted recently to Now magazine: "Speaking and singing are two completely separate things! I can sing and not be fazed by it. Then the minute I have to speak my brain fails me!"

Case in point - watch Zayn barely make a noise in this new One Direction New Year's Eve interview. The mysterious silent type, eh? Thankfully, he doesn't suffer from brain fart episodes when he takes it on stage.

This last year was definitely all about Taylor Swift. From that awesome new album to that upcoming tour, we were pretty sure there was nothing else she could do to amaze us until we saw her end-of-the-year video. It will seriously make you cry and love her even more.

In it, Tay's seen wrapping Christmas presents for her fans. She even scolds her cats Meredith and Olivia in it! The best part is when you see the real meaning of Swiftmas, and that's when her fans open the gifts from her. Cutest thing ever.

This isn't the first time Taylor surprised Swifties with presents. In November she sent a bunch of them gifts, too. And back in October, she invited several fans to her house for a listening party!

Nobody would want to have their personal Google search history broadcast online, but this new report did publish what terms each U.S. state Googled more than any other state in 2014.

Estately compiled the data from Google Trends to make this list that might be a little bit embarrassing to residents of certain states (hi, Utah!).

The following infographic shows the top search terms that each state searched for more than any of the others:

They also compiled a list that included other search terms by the states. These terms are not necessarily the ones that people in the state Googled the most, just terms that they Googled more than their fellow U.S. states.

If Kim Kardashian's New Year's Eve Twitter rant wasn't enough to squash the rumors that she and Kanye West are having marriage problems, this new Instagram post might help.

The 34-year-old reality star took to the social media site just before Kanye's new song "Only One" was released and shared this touching photo of 'Ye with baby North on his lap with the caption, "Everyone asks me what my favorite Kanye song is. It's Only One. Kanye felt like his mom was singing thru him to our daughter. This song makes me cry every time I hear it. He releases it at midnight tonight on iTunes."

Take a second to let that sink in...that's some pretty powerful stuff.

Kanye's mom passed away back in 2007 at the age of 58 following a plastic surgery procedure.

"Kanye sat there with his family, holding his daughter North on his lap, and listened to his vocals, singing, 'Hello, my only one...,'" a statement released by a spokesperson for Kanye said about the song. "And in that moment, not only could he not recall having sung those words, but he realized that perhaps the words had never really come from him. The process of artistic creation is one that does not involve thinking, but often channeling. And he understood in that moment that his late mother, Dr. Donda West, who was also his mentor, confidante, and best friend, had spoken through him that day."

The emotional ballad, which features Beatles legend, Paul McCartney, is available on iTunes and is available for listening on Kanye's website.

There had been some recent speculation that Kourtney Kardashian was fed up with Scott Disick's partying, so when news broke that Scott had purchased a house in Beverly Hills, a lot of people feared for the worst.

Fortunately, despite what it might have looked like, it wasn't that at all. It's actually a really cool new business venture Scott is embarking upon.

According to TMZ, Scott actually purchased the Beverly Hills home so that he could flip it. He's bringing in a design team and some of the Kardashian crew is even helping him out a little.

Now here's the really interesting part - the site reports that Keeping Up With the Kardashian crews have been filming Scott as he works on his project and they say there is even talk of him getting his own spin-off, which would focus on his new adventure.

It IS high time that the Scott got his own spin-off. Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian have all had them and then Khloe and Lamar even had their own show, so Scott certainly deserves one at this point. Plus, we are big fans of The Lord, so we'd be into it.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra just started the new year off in the most amazing way as their daughter, whom they are only referring to as "Baby V" right now, was born on New Year's Day.

Fans anxiously awaited the birth announcement after both Catelynn and Tyler tweeted that Cate had gone into labor and we never got the official "she's here!" tweet, but what we got instead was so much sweeter.

"Momma Bear holding our little angel!" Tyler captioned the photo above. "Can't tell you the feeling of witnessing this. Look at my beautiful bride to be! That woman is beyond strong, caring, and selfless. Couldn't have asked for a better little family #Blessed#NewYearBaby #MyGirls #AreMyWorld."

All right, this guy should seriously write Hallmark cards, that is too sweet...and having watched their relationship on 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom, we know he means every word of his lovey-dovey statement.

This is the second child for Catelynn and Tyler, but as Tyler shared on his Instagram page, this time around is different because they get to bring their baby home with them. Back in 2009, when they had their daughter Carly, the couple made the heart-wrenching decision to place her for adoption.

We can't wait to see more photos of "Baby V" and we're looking forward to seeing the three of them as a family when Teen Mom returns for another season later this year.

This season, on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, we've seen Scott Disick struggle a lot with trying to part ways with his partying past.

Scott even went so far as to check into rehab after one especially crazy night, where he drank too much, took too many pills and ended up in the emergency room.

In this sneak peek from the KKTH season finale, Khloe and Kim Kardashian had left alcohol around the house and Kourtney was furious because she thought it could be tempting for Scott to see.

Kourt and Khlo didn't seem to take the whole thing too seriously, which made Kourtney even more mad. "You guys can sit here and laugh about it, but it's not funny," she argued, trying to explain that the mere fact that it's out can threaten his sobriety.

When Kim tells Khloe that she has no respect for her family, that's when Khlo really gets mad because she had been trying so hard all summer to help Kourt and Scott through their stuff.

Is there anything Blake Lively can't do?

In addition to being a budding chef and a possible future babywear designer, the Age of Adaline star also loves to paint (and she's great at it).

Days before, the mom-to-be revealed how she was getting ready for 2015, posting a shot of herself checking out a camera with a photographer for her Preserve website. "Oh the holidays. Family time nonstop. But now it's time to capture new Preserve.us content for the new year! Wanted to share a behind the scenes pic with the amazing @nirarieli. He's incredible! (You have to see his ballet portraits online). So lucky to work with him!"

Blake also gave fans a glimpse into how she stepped up her cooking skills (as if she needed to) before the new year hit, showing off a snap of herself in the midst of a cooking challenge with Top Chef season 3 winner Chef Hung Huynh.

"Nothing better (or tastier) than an evening spent with friends who share your passion," she captioned the photo. "What you don't see is the epic foodie dice challenge which took place afterward! Such a great night @chefhunghuynh. Thank you!"

Aside from delivering her and Ryan Reynolds' first child together, we can't wait to see what she has in store for the new year.

Iggy Azalea is focusing on her health in 2015 after finding out she's suffering from a medical disorder.

The Aussie rapper revealed on Twitter that she was recently diagnosed with TMJ, a disorder that causes inflammation and pain in your jaw.

The 24-year-old says she's going to make sure she takes better care of herself this year so that she hopefully won't have any flare ups.

But she also shared some happy news along with her health issue: she's getting back in the studio to work on her second album very soon!

I'm back to work on my second album next week... Anxious to get going on it. The excited kind of anxious.
