Selena Gomez is a down a** chick, that's for sure. Justin Bieber's infamous ex-girlfriend was reportedly questioned during a private deposition regarding his current legal matters...and didn't squeal.

According to GossipExtra.com, Selena sat down with lawyers and answered questions about an assault regarding Justin's security team and a photographer. Unfortunately, we didn't see any videos from Sel's questioning like we did with Justin because her team had an unusual agreement with those involved to keep the meeting quiet, and signed a confidentiality agreement.

That didn't stop photographer Jose Duran's legal team from grilling Selena for nearly two hours, though. Too bad for them, they reportedly didn't come away with any new information from her. Bieber did not sit in on the testimony but one of his lawyers did.

"In a nutshell, she doesn't know much and didn't see much about the incident," the source said. "It wasn't like Justin Bieber's deposition back in Miami. Selena's a professional, and she couldn't be rattled."

Selena was supposedly on a date with Justin in May 2012 when the attack with the photog went down. She got out of the car to calm Justin down after the incident.

This isn't the only time Selena will have to talk to officials about Bieber, either. She will be deposed in Bieber's lawsuit in Miami where he is named as defendant in an alleged attack on a photographer outside The Hit Factory recording studio on Miami's North Side.

Maybe all of this will help Selena see the d-bag things Justin has put her through? We can only hope...

Freaked out by a spider and want to kill it? Don't do what this guy did. A man in Seattle decided to use a homemade blowtorch extermination system, and let's just say it probably didn't turn out how he expected.

He reportedly saw a spider in the laundry room and got to work with a lighter and a can of spray paint. Uh-oh. Most of us could figure out this might not end well, but perhaps in the panic of being face-to-face with a menacing spider, he wasn't thinking too clearly.

He set the wall on fire where he sprayed the spider and then it was all downhill from there, as KOMO News reports his rental home went up in flames, causing more than $60,000 in damages. Kyle Moore with the Seattle Fire Department explained, "I don't want to encourage people to do this, but that's what he did. The spider tried to get into the wall. He sprayed flames on the wall, lit the wall on fire, and that extended up to the ceiling."

He added, "There are safer, more effective ways to kill a spider than using fire. Fire is not the method to use to kill a spider." As for the fate of the spider, we're guessing he's toast, as he further explained: "I'm pretty sure the spider did not survive this fire. The whole wall went."

Lookin' good, girls!

Kim Kardashian just posted this photo of herself and pal Abbey Wilson sunbathing at what appears to be Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis' mansion in Mexico. Joe, of course, is Abbey's boyfriend and the two are expecting twins together.

Anyway, back to the photo. We're going to guestimate and say that at least 80% of Kim's butt is revealed in the skimpy bikini bottoms, which we believe is a record. As for the top - Kim decided to go full Girls Gone Wild-style and whip it off.

In what was perhaps a fleeting moment of modesty before the pic was taken, Kim swept her hair over what would have been some very serious sideboob.

Speaking of taking the picture, who gets photo cred? It's obviously not a selfie, so who was the lucky pic-snapper? Joe? Kris Jenner? We're suddenly infinitely more intrigued by who was behind the camera than who was actually in front of it.

As for what Kim was reading - she might still be working on this one from her 2011 California tourism commercial.

This guy really wanted to see Katy Perry in person, which we totally understand, but instead of buying a concert ticket like the rest of us do, he decided to take matters into his own hands.

For some reason, he thought she would be at the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts, so he headed over there in search of the singer.

The guy allegedly entered the home through an unlocked door and managed to hang out for long enough to ANSWER THE PHONE when Ted Kennedy Jr. called. Ironically, Ted was calling to check on his 16-year-old son, so that probably hastened the process of realizing that no, he wasn't fine because there was an intruder in the house!

When cops arrived the guy was in the kitchen and said he had a gift for the "Dark Horse" crooner. He apparently told police that he had been there searching for the pop star for three hours before they arrived.

We don't know exactly where Katy was when it happened, but given that she had a concert in Canada that morning and more scheduled there later in the week, we can guess that she was probably up North. The one thing we DO know for sure: she wasn't at the Kennedy compound.

Kim Kardashian is certainly no stranger to accusations that she's Photoshopped her own Instagram pics.

In this case, the reality star posted a throwback photo from 2010, along with a nostalgic caption about her #SkinnyDays and the Photoshop accusations started to fly almost immediately.

Kim's version (right) was definitely modified in some way because the original version (left) was actually flipped, but that can be done with even the most basic Instagram apps, so that doesn't really tell us all that much. For the sake of comparison, we've flipped the photo to face the same way Kim's is.

So, all we really know right now is that the pic was flipped and there was obviously some sort of filter applied to the one Kim posted, which again, is not anything scandalous in the Instagram world.

One thing that is a little strange, however, is that Kim's zipper seemed to disappear sometime between when the pic was taken and when she posted it. Hmm...?

It does look like the waist might have been digitally cinched a little bit (especially on the back where the zipper should be). Other little differences, like the ones around her hairline, could totally be attributed to the filter - and let's be honest, we've all taken advantage of that little perk.

Aside from the disappearing zipper, it's pretty hard to say either way. What do you guys think?

And this is why we love Taylor Swift. Not only is she the typical cat lady, but she's also freaking hilarious.

The singer recently posted a picture of her two kitties, Olivia Benson and Meredith, together on Twitter. While all of that seems SO Taylor-like, she really made us LOL when we realized her kitten pic was actually a meme. Who knew T-Swift was a meme lover like us? Actually, if you take a look at her Twitter page, she's obsessed with memes like us. Score.

Tay captioned the photo with, "It's right behind me ... isn't it ..." giving hilarious voice to Olivia's new role in the Swift household. It's obvious that Meredith isn't too comfy with her new sister quite yet.

Nina Dobrev is one classy gal.

Rather than shun her exes, The Vampire Diaries star embraces them, telling Nylon she tries to get along with just about everyone no matter what the situation. "I don't like any kind of negativity," Nina told the mag. "I try to be good to everyone, whether it's a love, a friend, an ex. I'll always try to treat people the way I want to be treated."

Her costar and ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder agreed, telling the mag, "She always lets me have the last fry." That, my friends, is unconditional love (can these two just get back together already?!).

Although Nina - Nylon's August cover girl - has been in the biz for quite some time, she's still working on getting comfortable with the whole red carpet scene. "It doesn't feel real because I don't live in that world," the 25-year-old actress said when asked about her red carpet persona. "When I go to those events, I'm in town specifically for that, and then I leave later that night. I've maybe stayed for the after-party once, ever. It still feels like I'm a fan, in a way. A lot of people are very cynical and very jaded, but I'm not there yet."

Still, Nina does work it when she hits the carpet, most recently when she strutted her stuff during Paris Fashion Week. But, that doesn't mean she's always been a fashionista. "I was not a girly-girl growing up," she continued. "I liked fashion, but I wasn't very fashion savvy. I didn't always have all the best outfits....For a while there, we actually shopped at The Salvation Army."

It's safe to say Nina is fashion savvy now, considering she's the face of the fashion mag's denim issue. She also told Parade recently that she works with the costume team on Vampire Diaries to help design the looks for her characters Elena and Katherine. "It's cool. I love fashion and I love clothes and so collaborating and putting pieces together is a passion that I have," she said.

It's no secret Emma Stone is obsessed with ghosts.

What we didn't know is that the Amazing Spider-Man 2 star has been getting visits from her late grandfather who leaves presents behind after he shows up.

When David Letterman asked the actress on the Late Show if she's had any supernatural encounters, Emma said, "I've had a few...things materializing. There's a long history with quarters. My grandfather leaves quarters...and it's him. It's absolutely him."

Rather than try to tell the lengthy story behind her grandfather's visits, Emma said instead she finds it exciting that it can't be explained. "That's the joy of it; it's not a logical thing," she said. "It's magical. Like ectoplasm."

Just when David thought he was the only one that didn't know the exact definition of ectoplasm, it appeared that Emma didn't either, saying slowly, "Ectoplasm is a milky substance...that...that...indicates someone has been there."

This is all fitting considering that back in April, Emma admitted with morbid things like ghosts and death since she was a kid. So much so that she used to hang out in graveyards in her hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.

"I was always in cemeteries when I was a kid," she told the UK's Guardian. "I was really into spooky things like ghosts and death. It makes you live more fully if you are aware that you only have a finite amount of time. I have had an awareness of mortality since I was around six or seven. If it's not been in the forefront of my mind, it has at least been creeping over my shoulders."

Emma has yet to appear in a scary movie yet, but it has to be coming.

Aspiring singer Catey Shaw was probably super excited when her song "Brooklyn Girls" went viral. That is, until she started getting a lot of hate over it.

Catey lives in Brooklyn, but she's actually not originally from the popular NYC borough. Given that she's from Virginia, we get how moving to Brooklyn would have been a bit of a culture shock for her, but does that give her the right to release a song that kind of slams it? Brooklyn natives don't think so.

"Brooklyn girls, when they walk in, they rule the world. Brooklyn girls, tough and pretty, break the rules," she sings in front of some less-than-appealing backdrops like graffiti-ridden walls, angry-looking women with shaved heads and piercings everywhere. It doesn't paint a very glamorous picture of the city, let's just put it that way.

Despite the backlash from Brooklynites, Catey is ignoring the naysayers and standing the song and video, tweeting, "This is overwhelming and I love you all so much."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took two honeymoons - one in Ireland and one in Mexico. While the one in Mexico seemed pretty awesome (they rented out a private residence on the beach), the Ireland one had people scratching their heads a little bit.

The fact that they went hiking, biking and birdwatching kind of added to the snooze factor, not because those activities are especially boring (well, maybe the birdwatching), but because we were expecting KimYe to start their marriage off with a bang. Maybe Bungee jumping or skydiving? Something awesome.

Turns out, what they did was awesome, just not in the way that we expected. According to RadarOnline, KimYe's travel planner requested DVDs and playing cards for their room, which again, doesn't sound like the hot honeymoon activity we were hoping for, but when you think about it, it's actually kind of cute.

They are probably two of the busiest people in the world and on their honeymoon, they just wanted some downtime together. Playing cards, watching movies, whatever. With their schedules, they don't get a ton of time to do that, so they took full advantage of it and we think that's cute, even if it wasn't the epic adventure we were expecting.

Plus, they travel ALL the time, so it's not like being on vacation was a unique experience for them, but it seems like having uninterrupted downtime together is and they made the most of it.

After a careful reexamination of the case and all of the evidence presented, we are now officially overruling our original verdict on KimYe honeymoon No. 1.

Jenelle Evans welcomed her son Kaiser on June 29 and while fans were anxious to see photos of the baby, Jenelle was holding out and now we know why.

No, we didn't have to wait as long as North West's highly-anticipated debut, but it WAS over two weeks and we aren't particularly patient.

Fortunately, the wait is over. OK! Magazine has just released a set of exclusive photos of Jenelle, Nathan and Kaiser in the hospital following the delivery.

In addition to some super cute family photos, they have details on how Jenelle's labor went (she was "screaming for eight hours") and why Jenelle's mom Barbara wasn't included in the pics (some tension with Nathan, which he says we'll see on the show).

The only problem is that MTV seems to have beat them to the punch on the Kaiser reveal. A fan tweeted this on July 16, the day before OK! released their photos.

We were glued to the premiere and we definitely didn't see any of these shots, but when people started asking the person who posted them where she saw that, she said she was watching Finding Carter and it came on, so it must have been a sneak peek.

Poor Louis Tomlinson. His dream to own the Doncaster Rovers football team totally fell through and he was left "gutted" over the whole thing. Why was Louis' bid to take over the soccer team rejected?

In a nutshell, while it sounded initially like it came down to money, John Ryan, the businessman Louis partnered with, explained it was an issue with the Football League. Speaking with BBC Radio Sheffield, he apologized for the failure of their crowd fund raising efforts, adding, "The real problem has been with the Football League who have put out very onerous rules and regulations and Louis and I have been the first victims of it. Unless you have bag fulls of cash you're going to be turned down."

John added, "I'm really cheesed off, as is Louis, with the way we've been treated by the Football League...It's a black day for me and it's a black day for football. If they want to kick out people who are trying to do the right thing, like Louis and I, then fine...Louis is a real upcoming guy who really wants success for his hometown club and we've been thrown out."

It's Louis' statements on Twitter, however, that are most heartbreaking, as he tweeted: "I'm absolutely gutted the Doncaster Rovers deal is not going ahead. I am desperate for the club to be given the recognition it deserves :(" He added, I was explicitly told that the deal to buy the club was not dependent on the money raised by Crowdfunding . Unfortunately I was misled."

Keeping his head up, he noted: My passion for Doncaster Rovers remains as strong as ever, and I hope that I can still be involved with the club moving forward! And to all the Doncaster Rovers fans , I will do all in my power to help the club succeed. I really do love the club ! #roverstillidie

He followed it up with a massive sadface, then further explained, "For the record,I insisted contractually I would never earn a penny from DRFC. I simply wanted to help club& community.Still hoping I can"

Instagram has gotten a lot of heat lately for deleting people's accounts who post nude photos like Rihanna, but they recently deleted 19-year-old Samm Newman's account for no reason after she posted these photos of herself in a bra and boy shorts.

The Central Ohio teen was bullied in high school and even self-harmed but became more confident in college after finding an Instagram community of body positive women.

But after she shared this photo, Instagram claimed she violated their community guidelines and deactivated her account. Outcry soon followed considering she's not naked in the photos and there's tons of thin girls who share underwear or swimsuit shots without any issue.

Now, the photo sharing app is apologizing. "When our team processes reports from other members of the Instagram community, we occasionally make a mistake. In this case, we wrongly removed content and worked to rectify the error as soon as we were notified," they said in a statement.

Sam's back on Instagram and hopes to encourage others to be confident in their own bodies. "Fat is not a bad word," she told her local NBC station. You go, girl!

Jason Biggs is supposed to be a funny comedian, but he's got rotten timing.

When news broke about Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 being shot down over the Ukraine yesterday, killing all 298 passengers on board, the American Pie actor took to Twitter to make a joke about the tragedy.

"Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?" he Tweeted, referring to yesterday's crash as well as the airline's flight 370 that disappeared with 239 passengers on board earlier this year.

After getting some major backlash from his Twitter followers, Jason then deleted his Tweet and began backpedaling.

"Hey all- ok, so- I am deleting my previous tweets. People were offended, and that was not my intent. Sorry to those of you that were," he began. "This is obviously a horrible tragedy, and everyone-including myself- is sad and angry about it. Sending positive thoughts to victims and their families."

For someone who's "sad" about the terrible crash, he sure has a funny way of showing it. "P.S. No one is making me send these tweets- I simply understand that my comments might have come off as insensitive and ill-timed. For that, I apologize," he concluded.

But we're not giving the actor a pass on this one, because it's not the first time he's done this. When flight 370 originally went missing in March, he joked about it in a Tweet referencing The Bachelor. It's about time he learns from his mistakes and gets a sensitivity chip already.

Our deepest condolences to the victims of this devastating incident and their families.

File this under "Why didn't we think of this?" You know all those clever bracelets and necklaces you can create with the colorful rainbow loom rubber bands? Some kid's mom had the brilliant idea of fashioning an entire dress out of the bands and selling it on eBay.

The kicker? The one-of-a-kind fashion statement sold for $291,000! So. Wow. First, how did this woman dream up the dress design and second, who would pay that much for a dress made of rubber bands? Incidentally, the cost to make the dress was $85 in bands (about 20,000 of them) and 40 hours of time to construct it. Not a bad little profit then, is it?

Helen Wright, of Wales, was helping her daughter create loom band ideas and came up with the dress idea, asking a friend to pitch in, as she explained to the North Wales Daily Post: "My friend Katherine physically made it because she's out of work and gets bored. I said, why don't we make a dress from loom bands and Katherine said she'd be happy do do it because she's too ill to work. She did an hour here or there in between her house work to keep her busy."

She posted the dress for auction on eBay with a starting bid of $85 and things took off from there, with 137 bids made before it sold for almost $300,000! Helen told the Daily Post, "I'm still in shock and I can't believe it. I still won't believe it until... the money is in the bank."

Oh heyyyyy, Lady Gaga's boob!

The pop star posted this pic on Instagram Friday morning, apparently not realizing that her breast was full-on hanging out (you can see the uncensored version here). "FASHUN," she captioned the photo. "Vintage Mugler on the plane Listening to Miles Davis My favorite is Flamenco Sketches."

A lot of people thought she had freed the nipple on purpose, but given that she's since deleted the photo AND that she tweeted this, we're thinking it was definitely an accidental flash.

Justin Bieber is in trouble again. The singer was caught underage drinking at a very popular nightclub in Hollywood, and now it's famous owner could be in big trouble.

According to TMZ, 20-year-old Bieber was spotted partying at Bootsy Bellows club with Chris Brown. While there, Justin was photographed holding a Heineken beer in his hand.

Now, the club's co-owner, actor David Arquette, is at risk of losing the club's liquor license for serving alcohol to an underage person. The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control is reportedly looking into the matter and could slap the club with a fine if they can prove Bieber was drinking.

Law enforcement is also reportedly setting up undercover operations to monitor the activity inside Bootsy Bellows. See the picture of Justin supposedly drinking, here.

We admit we were a bit skeptical when Niall Horan tried on the new One Direction makeup line (after all, they were so not his colors), but now that we've laid our eyes on the fun kits, we're drooling. Just a little. We're a sucker for a tin full of stuff, after all.

It's your standard makeup bundling, with eye shadow, lipstick, gloss, eyeliner, mascara and nail polish, but we love the themed packaging and we're guessing most fans will want to get their hands on one (or more, who are we kidding?) of the sets.

There are three Makeup by One Direction collections, each named after an album and, within the collection, each item inside has a song title. Clever and cute, right? So, there's Midnight Memories, Take Me Home and Up All Night, each with its own theme (and equally cool "glow gloss" that changes to a neon color under a UV light).

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian didn't exactly get the warmest of welcomes when they touched down in the Hamptons.

Apparently, they even had trouble securing rentals in the elite beach town because nobody wanted to rent to them, with one Southampton resident telling TMZ they were worried they would "attract trash" and ruin the city.

Eventually, they did find a house and things only seem to be getting worse. First, there were reports that Kourtney failed to give a tip after a Southampton eatery gave her a free lunch. Seriously, Kourt?!

Then, there was all of the Scott Disick drama, where he was reportedly hospitalized there for partying too hard. Not exactly the classiest behavior, either.

Also, there is the fact that with the Kardsahians come the inevitable swarm of paparazzi and nobody is happy about that. Residents have also been encouraged to call the cops if they see the famous fam filming on the beach because they apparently don't have the proper permits.

Obviously, Kourt and Khlo are still there, but residents are now taking matters into their own hands with a grassroots campaign aimed at forcing them out of the city. They're so committed to it, they even made #NoDash stickers and are sticking them around town.

Fortunately, the dynamic duo was only staying for the summer, so they'll probably be leaving in a few weeks, anyway. Wonder if the residents are already be planning their goodbye "good riddance" party.
