Talk about Ian Somerhalder fandemonium.
One of the Vampire Diaries star's fans was so overcome with emotion when he popped up for a visit at the University of Southern California recently that she broke out into song.
After he gave a talk at the university in Los Angeles, student Shelby Miguel went up and serenaded him, crooning Aretha Franklin's "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman." She even held his hands as she sang to Ian, with the actor joining in to sing one word in unison, "woman," after he pulled himself together. "Is that all you wanted to say," he said, when she was finished, stroking her hair. "That's awesome, come here woman," he continued, giving her a hug.
Before heading to USC last week, Ian tweeted, "Its#EarthDay2014 !Going to USC to interact w/students&give a speech/Q&A to talk Sustainability& #ISF @IS_Foundation VERY STOKED.See u there." Wile Shelby's song didn't exactly match up with the theme of the day, it's clear she had an affect on Ian, who couldn't stop smiling. Pardon us, while we sign up for voice lessons.
