How does music superstar and multi-millionaire Taylor Swift celebrate her birthday? You might think she would buy a car or a house or an island, but the newly-22 singer opted to spend the day in the studio and treated herself to a new pair of red shoes.

    "Studio/birthday/new album/red shoes," she tweeted.

She did have a cake though. "Took a break from the studio to visit the label, where they gave me this!" the country crooner tweeted along with a photo of her pretty cake. Happy birthday Taylor!

Facebook has just released its Memology 2011 report, and it looks like Rihanna and 'Harry Potter' were at the top of their game this year. While the report covers sports and news, too, RiRi was No. 1 on multiple lists when it came to music, and 'Harry Potter' topped the movies section.

According to the social networking site, Rihanna not only trumped musicians like Lady Gaga and Usher overall, she also beat out the competition for Most Listened to Song with her hit single, 'We Found Love.'

'Harry Potter' beat out 'The Twilight Saga' in the movies section, and while Taylor Lautner, Kim Kardashian and Ashley Tisdale cracked the Top 10 actors, it was Megan Fox who scored the No. 1 spot.

The site's Memology report offers a glimpse at "what people were talking about on Facebook in 2011." What do you think about the social network's year-end lists?

Selena Gomez is starring in a brand-new Xbox Kinect commercial with Christina Grimmie, which shows the 19-year-old taking a break from her hectic life by playing 'Disneyland Adventures' on the gaming system.

But Selena and Christina aren't the only ones having a good time. The 'Who Says' singer invites her band, The Scene, over to get in on the action, too. With all of the flying moves, coin gathering and iconic Disney characters, we have to say the video game looks pretty awesome.

Selena tweeted about the video on Tuesday, saying, "Check out the second Xbox Kinect video we shot, loving The Scenes outfit."

The clip is shot along the same lines as Selena's first Kinect video, in which she and Christina challenge The Scene in a head-to-head battle. This new clip even features click-through links to three different highlight reels from the musicians.

Which one will pick? Check out Selena's new Kinect video below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Attention all fans of The Hunger Games want to know more about what it was like starring in the soon-to-be blockbuster film? We went behind the scenes with the boys of the The Hunger Games at their Prom-themed photo shoot for Seventeen Magazine and got you the scoop. We talked to Ashton Moio about his experiences filming The Hunger Games and his memories of his own high school Prom.

In the film, Ashton plays the District six tribute in the games. His role involved some major physical skills including running an obstacle course, but it all felt like a game to Ashton because of his experience in martial arts, gymnastics and parkour.

As for Prom, if you need a creative idea for how to ask out that special someone, look no further than Ashton. Ashton presented his potential Prom date with a bouquet of balloons and a note that said, 'Pop me.' Inside each balloon was a piece of paper with one word on it. When all the balloons were popped, his lady was left with a floor of confetti and several pieces of paper which spelled out 'Will you go to Prom with me?' Do you even need to ask if it worked?

Despite admitting that he doesn't have much style, Ashton does admire Ryan Gosling's individual style. However, Ashton admires Ryan for what he has on the inside as well.

We talked to Sam Tan about his experiences filming The Hunger Games and his memories of his own high school Prom.

Sam Tan plays a District 8 tribute in the film and said that the intense stunts led to some interesting moments, like one cast member getting hit in the nose. Sam also fell off an eight-foot platform. Ouch.

Sam told us he went to Prom his junior year, but not his senior year even though he asked two different girls to it. Double ouch. If he had Mila Kunis or Natalie Portman as his Prom date, he might consider dressing up for them. As it was, he had a fun time skipping Prom and DJ-ing the afterparty.

We went behind the scenes with the boys of the The Hunger Games at their Prom-themed photo shoot for Seventeen Magazine and got you the scoop. We talked to Alexander Ludwig about his experiences filming The Hunger Games and his memories of his own high school Prom.

Alexander plays Cato, the bad boy tribute from District 2, a role which Alexander told us he enjoys very much (but who wouldn't?). Alexander's training for the movie included hand-to-hand combat and sword fighting. His favorite fight scene, and one of the scenes we're excited to see, was the Cornucopia scene because his character dominated it.

During filming Alexander wrecked his ankle, but he didn't mind it because he enjoyed doing his own stunts so much. Alexander loved filming in North Carolina because he loves the outdoors and the scenery in North Carolina was beautiful.

As for Prom, Alexander says it was the time of his life and he didn't roll in at home until 9AM! His ideal date would be Tina Fey because she is funny and has the mystique of an older woman. LOL.

We went behind the scenes with the boys of the The Hunger Games at their Prom-themed photo shoot for Seventeen Magazine and got you the scoop. We talked to Dayo Okeniyi about his experiences filming The Hunger Games and his memories of his own high school Prom.

Dayo plays Thresh from District 11 in the film. He told us that on the set he enjoyed filming the fight scenes because he felt like a kid on a playground. Off-set he was equally as playful, taking part in some prank wars with some of the other cast. As a result Dayo ended up with a trailer covered in Post-Its.

For the photo shoot, Dayo sported a preppy 60's look, but he wouldn't reveal a lot about his actual Prom. He said those details weren't to be disclosed, though he had a great time. Dayo did reveal that he was asked to Prom, and he liked a lady taking charge. His ideal Prom date is Meagan Good, so Meagan, take note.

It looks like Ashley Tisdale will be celebrating the holidays as a single lady this year. The actress has split with her boyfriend of over two years, Scott Speer.

According to Us Weekly, the couple simply couldn't work out their differences. "They had been on and off for a while," the magazine's source says. "They tried to work it out but realized their relationship ran its course."

Ashley began dating Scott in the spring of 2009 after she broke up with V Factory's Jared Murillo. Scott, a music video director, was behind five of Ashley's vids, including 'He Said She Said,' 'Not Like That,' 'Suddenly,' 'It's Alright, It's OK' and 'Crank It Up.'

Miley Cyrus is speaking up. Upon hearing about a rumor that claims she had a breast augmentation, the 19-year-old took to Twitter to set the record straight.

Miley appeared at the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday, wearing a low-cut gown that revealed her cleavage. Since then, Star magazine went and consulted a plastic surgeon about Miley's bust line.

"Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done," Dr. Tahl Humes told the mag. "If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation."

MileyCyrus.bz tweeted at the singer about the comment, and Miley fired right back. "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine," she wrote. "I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

Do you think Miley is telling the truth? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

    LionsGate

Behold the first official movie poster for The Hunger Games, as pieced together by fans this morning when LionsGate scattered 100 pieces across various sites.

The first person to put all the pieces together goes by the Twitter handle @johnshoward and he's a graphic designer. He sent out a tweet earlier in the day when he had located 79 of the pieces and then his next tweet was a photo of the finished poster.

The poster features the pharse "The World Will Be Watching" along with Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) looking towards what we guess is the jumbo tron in District 12 because the banners are only for the District 12 tributes Katniss and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson).

(Watch the trailer for The Hunger Games)

Although, Katniss would be at the arena, not back in her District.. and she wouldn't have her bow and arrow yet because she starts the games with nothing so we're guessing this is somewhat of an abstract poster or a mash up from different parts of the movie. Maybe it's been too long since we read the books, but when does her mockingjay pin burst into flames, during the opening ceremony?

We are still wishing for a glimspe into a moment from the games themselves, like the bloodbath or the projections in the sky. And we still haven't seen Foxface yet! We might just have to wait until March 23rd for that one.

Fans, jump in here in the comments below. What do you think of the poster? Any guesses as to which scene it is from, if any? Does this poster make you more or less excited to see the movie? Lastly, any plans for a Hunger Games book marathon over the winter break? That's high up on this fan's list of holiday to dos.

OneRepublic has been hard at work this year on their new album, which they believe has been the most intense and lengthy recording process they've undertaken so far. Despite their hard work these past five years, the band still knows how to have a good time on stage and off.

Before shows, the band enjoys watching Sons of Anarchy as a preshow ritual. However, at a recent concert in Zurich, Switzerland, the show producer had a different idea on how they should prepare, and it involved a bottle of vodka! On stage that night Ryan Tedder cut loose in a different manner. He put on a monster head from Where the Wild Things Are before heading out on stage. While the show producer wasn't thrilled, we are sure the audience enjoyed his 'hairy' performance.

OneRepublic recorded a Christmas single this year called 'Christmas Without You,' which they describe as having a 1960's vibe. You can check it out on iTunes here.
