Demi Lovato has been a inspiration while on the road to recovery, but in her candid 'Stay Strong' MTV special, the 19-year-old admits that things haven't been easy since leaving her treatment facility.

"I cannot tell you that I have not thrown up since treatment," she said in front of a studio audience. "I can not tell you that I have not cut myself since treatment. I'm not perfect. This is a daily battle that I will face the rest of my life."

Demi spent three months at the treatment center Timberline Knolls to get help for her issues with bulimia, cutting and bipolar disorder. In the documentary, she took time to visit the rehabilitation facility and encourage the patients there.

"I just remember being 12, 13 and going through these issues alone," she said. "I didn't really have a celebrity or anybody in the public eye to look at and say well, 'if she got through this, then so can I.' I'm not fixed. This is a daily battle. But I continue to work my butt off because now I want to be a legitimate role model."

Fans also saw Demi heading home for Thanksgiving, and were privy to a performance of her inspirational hit 'Skyscraper.' Did you watch 'Demi Lovato: Stay Strong'? Tell us what you thought of the special in the comments below.

Season 10 'American Idol' winner Scotty McCreery has been tapped to sing the "goodbye" song for the current season of FOX's hit singing competition series.

"It's always a sad time whenever this song is played, but it's definitely a really big part of the show," Scotty says. "I never had to experience that feeling personally, but I always felt the pain because we became such a close family on the show. We were such a tight-knit group of people, so it was always sad to see people go. The send-off song was always a way to stay connected to the show. I'm glad they chose me to do it."

Scotty chose the Tim McGraw hit 'Please Remember Me' as the send-off tune, which will premiere on the elimination show on Thursday. Although the 18-year-old doesn't know what it's like to be sent home, he thinks the song is apropos.

"When you are eliminated, whether it's early on or down the road in the competition, you always want people to remember you," he explains. "You want to get to work and put out some good music, and through that music, people will remember you. This is one way this lyric can be interpreted for this goodbye song."

Scotty is also set to perform on 'American Idol' later this season. "I am pumped!" he adds. "That was my launching pad and what gave me my platform to do what I'm doing now. Anytime I can go back and see some familiar faces and say thanks, I will be the first one to do it."

PaleyFest 2012: Amy Poehler and The 'Parks and Recreation' Cast Talk 'Twilight' and The Future Of The Show

Last night Cambio attended the PaleyFest panel for one of our favorite comedies "Parks and Recreation." Currently in its fourth season, this show stars comedy veterans Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari, and Rashida Jones.

Unfortunately not all the cast members were able to attend this panel as they were a last minute replacement for "The Office," who were unable to lead a panel due to production conflicts. But the "Parks and Recreation" stars made sure everyone was represented, bringing out cardboard cut outs of the cast members that weren't there and having them sit on stage as if present. We chatted with Amy Poehler, Chris Pratt, Retta Sirleaf, and Jim O'Heir, and the hilarity started as soon as the stars hit the carpet. Retta even performed our favorite catch phrase "Treat Yo'Self."

Inside at the panel the laughs continued. Goofing around with the cardboard cut outs, the cast and creators gave inside scoop of what's to come as well as silly pranks and backstage antics. They assured us that by this season finale we will know if Leslie Knope wins for city council.

The writers also revealed they are inspired by the actors on the show. Apparently Retta, who plays Donna on the show, is in real life a huge "Twilight" fan, so they decided to write a whole storyline around Donna's love of "Twilight." But Retta stood by her love for the series, exclaiming out to the audience of the panel, "Who's read the books? You know that s--- is f-ing good!"

The laughs continued, but whether or not the show gets a season five is still up in the air. Chris Pratt bargained that if the show is given another season he will ask his wife, funny girl Anna Ferris, to guest star on the show.

Amy Poehler also revealed she is quite the dance party enthusiast and DJ. Her idea of resting between scenes is to throw a big dance party in her trailer and to try and make the trailer bounce. She even admitted that one time the party got so big it caused an hour delay on the rest of shooting that day. Sounds like the kind of work environment we wouldn't mind having!

We know we have our fingers crossed for a season 5. Do you? You can check out "Parks and Recreation" on Thursdays at 8:30PM on NBC.

BFF.tv Blog: 5 Reasons We Love Revenge!

ABC

If you're not already watching ABC's primetime soapy-drama Revenge, then you're totally missing out! Revenge centers around a young woman named Emily Thorne - once known as Amanda Clarke -- who returns to her childhood home in the Hamptons with a mission to destroy the fabulously powerful & wealthy Grayson family, and anyone else who ruined her late father's life (he was framed for a horrible crime he didn't commit).

Revenge is campy, over the top and best of all filled with unexpected twists and turns. The hardest part about being a fan of the thriller is waiting for the next episode to air! But if you still not convinced Revenge is for you, then check out five more reasons to tune in!

#5: The Graysons
Like any good soap, Revenge is filled with super wealthy and ultra-attractive characters that will do anything to get ahead. At the helm of this show are Conrad and Victoria Grayson who have been lying and scheming to friends, colleagues and each other for years. The toxic couple has plenty of skeletons in their closet, but their take no prisoners' attitude towards protecting their elite social status and their two kids - Daniel and Charlotte -- is what has us hooked.

#4 Dirty Secrets
Behind every smile lies a deep dark secret - from the truth about Charlotte Grayson's biological father to Emily Thorne's real identity. Every character (including social climber Ashley Davenport) has an ulterior motive and trying to figure out the truth is half of what makes the show so addicting.

#3: Cute Guys!
Sure the ladies of Revenge are all gorgeous, but let's not forget about the guys! Actors Nick Wechsler, Gabriel Mann, Josh Bowman and Conor Paolo are incredibly easy on the eyes, so while the show's high-drama should be enough to draw you in, the men of Revenge are a pretty sweet bonus!

#2 The Setting
The mansions, the parties and those picturesque ocean views, there's nothing like the Hamptons in the summer, which is why it makes an interesting setting for the series. And even though the show isn't actually filmed in the Hamptons (another dirty little secret), using this exclusive beachfront community as the backdrop for all the delicious drama is a twist we Hampton-lovers enjoy.

#1: Emily VanCamp
Strong female characters take center stage on Revenge, but no one is tougher than Emily Thorne (played by VanCamp). While she might look all sweet and innocent, don't be fooled. This leading lady knows how to pack a punch and break a heart - or two. She'll stop at nothing to take down the people who destroyed her father, even if it means hurting herself. Despite the fact that Emily can be just as devious as one of the bad guys, it's almost impossible not to root for her.

Revenge airs on Wednesday nights at 10pm EST on ABC. So run to your TV and check it out!

Do you watch Revenge?

If you don't know who the Beatles are - well first of all shame on you, but secondly you don't have to worry because the boys from Big Time Rush are going to help you out. BTR's new movie Big Time Movie is taking on a very English flavor, from the James Bond, Austin Powers type characters to the soundtrack inspired by iconic Brit band The Beatles.

Logan, Kendall, James and Carlos all agree that The Beatles have been a big inspiration for their own music and now they are happy and lucky to actually recreate and cover some of the fab four hits. The boys watched a few Beatles movies and realized that the band were very spontaneous in their videos and so Big Time Rush decided that for this movie their video/music performances would be totally inspired by the Beatles.

Watch the new move Big Time Movie coming out March 10 and see if BTR are indeed the new "Fab Four."

Anti-Bullying Blog: "I Was At Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation Launch Event"

AP

Last Wednesday, I had the honor of attending Lady Gaga's launch event at Harvard University for her new Born This Way Foundation! Everything about the day was perfect - and even Oprah, who came out to support Lady Gaga's work, agreed. One of the first things Oprah said when she came on stage, was how incredible the snow looked as it fell onto the Harvard campus.

If you're wondering how silly ol' me, got a second row seat to this awe-inspiring event, it's because Lady Gaga was my celebrity surprise on the 2011 TeenNick HALO Awards. During the filming for HALO, I had the opportunity to ride in the car with Lady Gaga and we chatted face-to-face for about thirty minutes as we drove across New York City.

As I was sitting at the Born This Way Foundation Launch Event, I kept thinking about the conversation Lady Gaga and I had about her dream to create a foundation like this. We spent the day together last August, and half a year later, Lady Gaga is making her dream come true!

One thing I loved about the event - and there were many! - was the fact that all little monsters around the world could watch the event online live as it was unfolding! And even if you didn't get a chance to watch the event on February 29th, it's online here.

During the event, Lady Gaga brought up something that I think is worth sharing with you all. She explained how the three pillars of the Born This Way Foundation are the following: "The three pillars of the Born this Way Foundation are SSO. The first "s" is safety. The second "s" is skills. We want kids to feel safe in their schools or safe in their home environments, so that they can acquire the skills to be a tolerant accepting and loving person," she said. "And then we believe that this will lead them towards the "o" which is opportunity."

She also said that BTWF is not an anti-bullying program, but a youth empowerment program.

Finally, I loved the call-to-action that Lady Gaga left the audience. She said that the best thing we could do was tell one person about what we learned from the event. So to carry that message forward, that will be my call-to-action to you! Share the news about Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation to one person. Just one person - and it doesn't matter who it is. You never know the difference you might make.

Pottermore to Officialy Launch in April

Pottermore.com

Remember that amazing website J.K. Rowling was set to unveil? Well, the wait is almost over. Pottermore will officially launch in early April.

The Pottermore site was announced last year, but its scheduled October launch was pushed back "to focus on our first priority: opening Pottermore to as many people as possible and making the experience as good as it can be."

According to a new note on the website, the delay was for a good reason. "We gathered some incredibly useful feedback from our Beta users, and it became clear that our original platform wouldn't be suitable when millions more users came on to the site," it reads. So, they moved the whole website to a new platform, which took time.

The site will reportedly include extra writings from Rowling, offering the details to the series' characters and locations. Fans will also be able to score e-book editions of Rowling's 'Harry Potter' novels, but release dates have not been confirmed. Are you excited for Pottermore? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Miley Cyrus has been under fire since posting her controversial "forget Jesus" tweet, and now the 19-year-old has responded to the online religious backlash she's received.

Last week, Miley tweeted the caption "Beautiful" with an image that featured a quote from physicist Lawrence Krauss. It reads: "You are all stardust. You couldn't be here if stars hadn't exploded, because the elements (carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, all the things that matter for evolution) weren't created at the beginning of time. They were created in stars. So forget Jesus. Stars died so you can live."

Miley has fielded plenty of criticism since posting the tweet, which many feel is anti-Christian. Some fans even went as far as tweeting at the star to "go to hell."

However, the 'Can't Be Tamed' singer has responded by saying, "How can people take the love out of science and bring hate into religion so easily?" She added, "It makes me sad to think the world is this way. Like Einstein says 'Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.'"

Last November, 'American Idol' alum Paul McDonald and wife Nikki Reed premiered their duet 'Now That I've Found You,' and now the couple has released a video for the love song.

The 'Twilight' star co-directed the clip, which is filled with shots of the oh-so-in-love newlyweds. The song reflects on the relationship between the stars, and was filmed on a bright sunny day.

"I'm always walking around the house with a guitar, and I'm always writing songs and stuff like that," Paul tells MTV. "Nikki's a great writer and she always kind of sings along with me. I'm like, 'Dude, you have a great voice. Why don't we do something?' When we were on the way back from France, this song kind of happened on the plane. We just got together and wrote it."

This is isn't Nikki's first foray into music, though. "I've experimented with writing lyrics for other people in the past," she told Ryan Seacrest last fall.

Watch Paul and Nikki's new video below and let us know what you think of it in the comments. Should the couple continue to make sweet music together?

How many jellybeans does it take to make a music video? In Kina Grannis' case 288,000.

Kina stopped by Cambio to hang out and chat about herself and her famous jellybean video "In Your Arms". Kina told us how she started writing songs when she was really young, playing the piano, violin and guitar but it wasn't till high school when she realized that she had to play music for real not just for fun and that she was confident enough that she could make it in the music world. The video concept came about from her friend who had told her about giant portraits made out of jellybeans. She was intrigued and thought that it would be a fun way to make a music video. Kina told us that she didn't have any idea what she was getting herself into or how long it would take. In fact she thought the video would maybe take a month to make...not 22 months.

Kina does admit that it was lucky she had no idea of the length of time - as she may not have been so keen to do it. Kina takes us through how the video was made, that each frame could take about 20 minutes to an hour to set up and shoot and that the video was shot with her lying down on a plexi glass with jelly beans behind her. Although she was smiling through the process it was both physically and mentally exhausting. Lucky for Kina the video came out so good and was well worth the hard work. You can catch Kina on her North American tour this spring.

The Junket: 'Silent House' With Elizabeth Olsen

Cambio caught up with Elizabeth Olsen to talk about the horror movie Silent House.

Silent House is about a family that is trapped in their summer home, unable to contact the outside world. Olsen explains how the movie was shot in 10-minute or 12-minute cuts to show the movie in real time.

"We would take ten, twelve minute chunks at a time, and we would do one chunk a day," said Olsen. "So, we would just do it over, over, and over again. Usually by the end of the day, we would have one or two options."

There wasn't really editing while filming the movie, so everything had to be shot as perfect as possible.

"You're basically trying to create a pace while you're going," said Olsen. "You're trying to tighten things up at the right time, trying to light things with this hand lamp that you have, you just hope that one take is technically correct."

Well, Olsen wished that would be true every time they shot the cuts.

"The very last shot, goes to a picture and right when the camera got there a hand was pulling out because it was being placed there," she said. "It just got someone's hand, so it [the cut] was completely unusable."

She also mentioned how shooting the movie this way was a bit frustrating, and a challenge at the same time. In the end though, she learned that you have to be okay with what you got.

She's always been a horror movie fan.

"I love so many scary movies," she said. "I grew up sneaking horror films with my friend from her stepfather."

Some of her favorite movies include Carrie, and a French movie called Them, which is also like a trapped in a house type of horror movie.

Silent House releases in theaters on March 9.

After firing Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, there are two spots to fill on the 'X Factor' panel of judges, and now rumors are that Britney Spears is closing in on a deal for the gig.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Britney could sign the contract, which is being negotiated by her agent fiance Jason Trawick, as soon as next week. EOnline is reporting that she has been offered $10 million, but is holding out for $16 million.

In February, Simon Cowell wouldn't confirm the rumors about Britney becoming an 'X Factor' judge. He told Us Weekly, "I couldn't comment on it. Are we flattered that there could be interest? Yes. Other than that, there's going to be a lot of twists and turns over the next few weeks and a lot of things we're going to announce."

One thing he has confirmed is that two hosts will be taking over for season two of the singing competition series. "It's almost impossible to have one person doing this hosting job. You've got so much information now on telephone lines, the integrations of the sponsors - [the hosts are] like newscasters now," he explains.

Cherrytree/Interscope

Far East Movement recently debuted their Justin Bieber-assisted new single, 'Live My Life,' and now LMFAO has released a remix of the song.

The Party Rock remix features Redfoo of the duo, and takes the tune to another club-ready level. Since its February 28 release, the original track has hit No. 2 on iTunes, and No. 1 in five countries, including Canada, Mexico, Norway, Finland and Peru.

Far East Movement recently shot the music video for the song (no word whether Bieber will make an appearance in it), which will feature a mash-up of the original and LMFAO remix. "The 'Live My Life' Party Rock music video is going to be bananas," says Kev Nish. "It's definitely a party you won't want to miss."

It's no wonder why LMFAO first debuted a clip of the song in Las Vegas -- Redfoo executive produced the video and co-wrote the treatment for it. Oh, and the two groups are going out on tour together beginning in May, too.

Check out the Party Rock remix of 'Live My Life' below, and grab your copy of the song on iTunes next week. Far East Movement's new album, 'Dirty Bass,' arrives on May 8.

Fashion DIY: A New Twist On An Old Hat

While it is a little early, we cannot WAIT for spring to come. So in this episode of Fashion DIY we will be showing you fashionistas how to create a new twist on an old hat.

What you will need: a straw, felt, or stitched hat, scissors, sewing needles, and colored thread. Take and old straw hat or fedora and give it a unique new look by following these steps:

- If there is already a ribbon or anything tied around the hat, you have the option of removing that and starting fresh. If you want, you can incorporate it into your design, but we like a fresh start.

- Take your thread and scissors and cut a significant amount of string. When satisfied, thread the string through your needle and tie it off at the ends.

- Think about how you want to design your hat. We kept it simple with a chevron inspired pattern. But you can create shapes, stripes, sew horizontally, sew vertically; we encourage you to be creative!

- Begin sewing at the back of the hat. Start inside and pull the needle through to the outside, then thread it back inside about a half an inch from the first spot. Continue this around the hat.

- Once you are satisfied with your design, tie off the string at the back and cut off the excess string.

You are now ready to rock your completely original design. The best part of this creation is that you won't ever have the embarrassment of wearing the same hat as someone else! Enjoy and get ready for more spring-inspired Fashion DIY's to come.
