Although the photo shoot series starts with hot shots of Ian clothed, the Vampire Diaries hottie soon takes it all off, palming a beer in a bathtub in one shot, and sitting shirtless in bed eating Chinese take out in another.
While Ian hasn't mentioned the pictures recently on his various social networking sites, he did tweet in May 2012, "Shooting pictures with my longest NY bro and mentor Butch Hogan.His website goes up in a week w/ some of these images. http://butchhogan.com."
Perhaps these hot shots are the result of the duo's collaboration last year.
Speaking of steamy photos, Ian was snapped smooching model Ana Beatriz Barros Wednesday in Lake Como, Italy.
And while it may have looked like the actor had found a new ladylove, the duo was actually just getting hot and heavy for an Azzaro perfume campaign.
Meanwhile, Ian and his ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev are set to reunite soon when production kicks off on the fifth season of Vampire Diaries in mid July.
