After being released from custody this morning, Amanda Bynes took to her Twitter to deny the allegations against her and to say that she wants a new nose job after seeing her mugshot.%VIRTUAL-Gallery-184282%

Amanda Bynes was arrested on Thursday night for possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment.

When the cops responded to her residence for a call about a disorderly person, Amanda tossed a bong out her 36th floor window. She was then taken to jail where she spent the night.

During the booking process, Amanda was sent to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation.

Apparently, all went well because Amanda was released on her own recognizance after her hearing this morning, pending her July court date.

With all of that chaos, we knew it wouldn't be long before the Twitter-loving starlet took to the popular social media site to tell her side of the story.

Fortunately, she didn't keep us waiting long at all. "I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life," she tweeted this afternoon. "I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot! :D"

Well, at least she has her priorities in order...

In court this morning, Amanda also explained away the whole bong situation, saying it was "just a vase" that she hurled from the window....because wouldn't that be the first thing YOU would do if the cops showed up at your door?!

We don't think Justin Bieber is going to like this one! His face is currently being used on a billboard to promote minimum wage issues and he apparently has no clue it's going on. Your thoughts?We smell a lawsuit coming VERY soon!

In Los Angeles, a public policy organization is using Justin Bieber's face on their billboard to promote the idea that a hike in minimum wage is NOT the way to go.

"Why is Justin Bieber so sad?" asks the Employment Policies Institute on its MinimumWage.com billboard.

"Could it be because 24% of teens who want a job can't find one?"

It advertisement continues,"Teen unemployment makes us all sad. Unfortunately, raising the minimum wage will only make things worse."

We don't think Bieber knows his face is being used to promote minimum wage issues. The company noted, "Justin Bieber's image on this billboard does not imply his endorsement of any particular minimum wage policy or an endorsement of the Employment Policies Institute."

We don't think the billboard will be up for very long. For some reason we don't think Justin and his people will appreciate this one...!

We can't believe we weren't there for this!

Ed Sheeran and Gavin DeGraw, two of the hottest hotties in music these days, recently sang together on stage! Totally missing out on seeing the epic moment, another fan had our backs when they posted a video of the duet online.

While both performing at the WPLJ Summer Blast-Off, Ed started off Gavin's hit song "I Don't Want To Be" on the guitar and then Gavin finished it off on the piano. Then the two sang, "A-Team," which was Ed's first single and big hit.

Probably not.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, the celebrity couple might've been in a rush to get hitched at first but now they're holding off because they don't want to make a mistake.

"The last thing Miley or Liam would ever want is to do something that they would later regret," an alleged insider told HollywoodLife.

"That would destroy each of them them...They're taking their time, not stressing over what their relatives say or don't say, they're just deciding for themselves."

"There's no rush [to get married] and they're going about it in the right way," the source continued.

Things have seemed a little rocky since rumors swirled that Liam cheated a few months ago and after Miley was seen out without her ring on. There is also new talk that the two of them don't even sleep together!

1. JJ Abrams Was Not Originally a Star Trek Fan

J.J. Abrams, the man who single-handily rebooted Star Trek and brought us the sequel, Star Trek Into Darkness, told Matt Lauer on the Today Show that he "was never really a huge fan of it [Star Trek]" when he was growing up. He said, "I came to love it working on it." J.J. confessed, unlike Star Trek, that "Star Wars was something that I loved when I was a kid." J.J. is currently working on the Star Wars reboot due out in 2015.

2. Chris Pine and Simon Pegg Punked the Evil Benedict Cumberbatch
Chris Pine spilled the beans to Jimmy Kimmel about a prank that he and Simon Pegg played on Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays the movie's villain. Chris says that Simon told Benedict that since they were filming in a national laboratory they had to wear a "special neutron cream" in order to stay safe. If you're watching Star Trek Into Darkness look for some of these fun filmmaker mistakes, like Sulu's seat belt appearing, then disappearing and then reappearing during the final battle sequence. There is also a moment in the film where Kirk is at the windowed door of the warp core, and Spock puts his hand on the window to match Kirk's. Spock's fingers do the Vulcan sign. But in the next shot, he's not doing it anymore.

Amanda Bynes is now claiming that during her Thursday night arrest, the arresting officer sexually harassed her. She explains the alleged incident in explicit detail on her Twitter page.Amanda Bynes now has even more to say about her Thursday night arrest, where she was taken into custody, received a psychiatric evaluation and was charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment.

Upon being released, the former Nickelodeon returned to Twitter on Friday afternoon in an attempt to clear her name. "I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life," she wrote. "I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot! :D"

Then, later in the evening, she tweeted that she wants to get a hold of Nicki Minaj's wig stylist (which was actually effective, they are now chatting on Twitter).

All of that senseless talk made it seem like Amanda wasn't taking the whole thing too seriously, but on Saturday afternoon, she made jaws drop when she hopped back on her favorite social media site to accuse the arresting officer of sexually harassing her.

"Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies," she wrote. "I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me."

She then says she called the cops on the officer and then acknowledges that she was sent to a "mental hospital" before the judge let her go the next morning.

If Amanda is telling the truth, this could have a major impact on her case...but do you think anyone takes her at her word anymore?

Amanda Bynes kept her cool while a paparazzo continuously tried to rip a scarf off of her head while she was waiting to be buzzed into a building. While Amanda Bynes' erratic behavior has raised a lot of eyebrows over the past couple of months, the troubled starlet incredibly kept her cool while a paparazzo crossed the line (multiple times) in an attempt to get a picture of her.

In the video obtained by TMZ, Amanda, who was wearing a brown wig with a scarf draped over her head, politely told the out-of-line paparazzo that he couldn't touch her after he tried to rip the scarf off of her head.

After he did it a second time, she again calmly told him, "You can't touch me."

When he did it a third AND fourth time, Amanda finally got fed up with him and said, "Is it the ugly black one?" referring to the African American photog. She then clarified saying it wasn't about his race, just that he had an ugly face. To prove her point, she turned to another paparazzo on the other side of her and said, "There's an ugly white one..."

The paparazzo kept taunting her while she was waiting to get buzzed into the building and Amanda somehow maintained her composure and didn't haul off on the guy, which at that point, would have been completely justified.

Everyone is wondering why Amanda Bynes' parents haven't filed for conservatorship as the troubled star continues to spiral out of control. Turns out, it isn't quite as simple as it sounds.Amanda Bynes seems to be spinning more and more out of control with every passing day.

In fact, her behavior has become so erratic, it's hauntingly similar to Britney Spears' 2007 breakdown-complete with head-shaving and some serious drug allegations.

Fortunately for Britney, her father was able to get a conservatorship over her, which helped the pop star completely turn her life around.

Obviously, the question on everyone's minds now is: Why don't Amanda's parents do what Britney's did?

According to TMZ, they want to, but her behavior is not so out of control (yet) that a judge would agree to an involuntary conservatorship.

The same goes for the 72-hour psychiatric hold (aka 5150) that Britney was subjected to, where the patient's mental health can be carefully observed and evaluated for a three-day period.

At this point, the only thing they can hope for is that Amanda is deemed unable to understand the nature of her criminal cases, which would allow the judge to order a proper psychiatric evaluation.

Until then, it seems the only hope for saving Amanda is Amanda wanting to save herself.

Since her arrest, the only changes Amanda has expressed an interest in making are strictly aesthetic.

Chris Brown and on again, off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran are now living together in Chris' Hollywood Hills home, following Chris' most recent breakup with Rihanna.Sorry, Rihanna!

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are back on in a big way.

The R&B singer and his on again, off again model girlfriend reunited after Chris' most recent breakup with Rihanna. According to TMZ, Karrueche has already moved into Chris' Hollywood Hills pad (yes, the one with the monster graffiti).

The couple recently attended the Billboard Music Awards together and has been spotted out and about in Los Angeles, so they're certainly not making an attempt to keep the whole thing quiet.

Since the breakup, Rihanna has been posting extra scandalous pictures to her Instagram account--perhaps in an attempt to show Chris what he's missing.

Given the history of Chris' relationships with both women, something tells us this love triangle still has some more surprises in store.

One Direction has announced that they have added extra dates on to their upcoming 'Where We Are' stadium tour, which kicks off on April 25, 2014 in Colombia.%VIRTUAL-Gallery-173799%

One Direction's much-anticipated "Where We Are" tour is already in such high demand that the guys had to add more dates!

The tour, which was originally announced on May 16, had stops set for Latin America, Ireland and the UK.

But, they promised that the first leg of the tour wouldn't be the last. "If your country hasn't been announced yet dont worry. We plan to announce more soonnnnn," Liam tweeted shortly after the original announcement. Niall also promised that they would be adding more dates soon and Harry told the rest of the world to keep their ears open.

Naturally, the 1D guys didn't disappoint. They have already announced three more shows in Dublin, Manchester and London.

Given that the tickets for the original five shows sold out within minutes, you better act fast if you want to get your hands on tickets for any of these three shows!

And, as if we needed yet another reason to love these guys, they also announced that they will be donating a portion of the ticket proceeds to the Stand Up to Cancer charity.

Lindsay Lohan, who has been in court-ordered rehab at The Betty Ford Center since May 3, has now become a model patient and is attending all meetings and counseling sessions and even getting along great with her two roommates.Lindsay Lohan's latest rehab stint may have gotten off to a rough start, but in a shocking turn of events, the actress has now become one of the Betty Ford Center's model patients.

When Lindsay first entered the facility, she was upset and wanted to flee because doctors decided to take away her Adderall, an often-abused medication that she had been taking and was under the impression she would be allowed to continue.

Now, TMZ reports that LiLo is attending all of her meetings and counseling sessions, looks better than ever and has even been sharing the lessons she's learned with her friends.

Her Twitter account seems to support the report, as she posted this encouraging message yesterday, "'Somewhere over the rainbow, blue birds fly"...It's up to us to make the best of what we have :)"

Apparently, LiLo has said that the program is getting more complicated and emotional as she gets further into it, but she's taking it all in stride.

Lindsay was sentenced to 90-days of rehab and has been at the Betty Ford Center since May 3.

Amanda Bynes just sent a string of insults in Rihanna's direction on the popular social media site. See how Rihanna responded to her hurtful words.

Wow, Amanda Bynes came out swinging against Rihanna this morning!

"You look so ugly tryin to be white," Amanda wrote to Rihanna in a now deleted tweet (which can still be seen on Topsy).

When Rihanna didn't respond, Amanda decided to take a cheap shot at the singer. "Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough," she wrote, tagging Rihanna in the tweet.

Finally, Rihanna seemed to respond to Amanda's attack, writing, "List of things nobody got time for: 1. That!"

Apparently, Amanda DOES still have time for it, though, because she decided to send a third insult in Rihanna's direction, writing, "No one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother and I almost named my new dog Rihanna."

Side note: Who knew Amanda got a new dog? But, anyway, back to the Twitter battle...

Rihanna didn't address Amanda directly following her latest insult, but she did say, "Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?"

Ouch!

Amanda obviously wasn't going to let that one go and responded to RiRi's comment with, "Unlike ur fugly faced self I don't do drugs! U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person! U aren't pretty u know it!"

Yikes, sounds like this one is far from over!

When Farrah Abraham recently went house hunting in Justin Bieber's neighborhood, she posed for pictures inside the house and they were plastered all over the Internet...but the homeowners are none too happy about the impromptu photo shoot.Farrah Abraham recently went house hunting in Justin Bieber's neighborhood and took 24 pictures of herself inside the home, which appeared on TMZ and a number of other celebrity news sites.

In the photos, the Teen Mom turned porn star posed standing at the kitchen counter, on their sport court and even sitting on the ottoman inside their closet!

As one might expect, the homeowners were less than thrilled about Farrah using their home to stage a photo opp.

"She took photos without our permission," the owner told Celebuzz, saying that it would have been one thing if she asked, but she didn't.

Of course, there is always the option Farrah was just star gazing, trying to get behind the gates of the Biebs' exclusive neighborhood and she used the whole thing as a cover-up. According to the owners, they have seen that scheme before, saying, "She wouldn't be the first and she won't be the last."

Sounds like Farrah definitely won't be invited back for a second showing.

Kim Kardashian took a page right out of boyfriend and baby daddy Kanye West's book as she screamed at a paparazzo after he opened her car door in an attempt to get a photo of her.Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have had it with the paparazzi.

Kanye has never been a big fan and let his anger get the best of him earlier this month when he walked into a pole trying to duck the photogs while he and Kim were heading to lunch.

In their defense, the paparazzi have definitely become more aggressive in their pursuit of Kimye photos since Kim's pregnancy was announced.

Just last week, Kim posted that a pap put her in harm's way while he was trying to snap some pictures of her. "A paparazzi almost crashed into my car today! I am still shaking," she wrote. "He put me in such danger! When will this legalized stalking stop?!"

Over the weekend, Kim became irate when a photog actually opened her car door and stuck his camera inside the vehicle. "Shut the f*cking door, you idiots!" she yelled at them.

This week, on What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, Ryan has to decide if he wants to start getting serious with his London girlfriend or if it's finally time to break things off.This week on What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, Ryan Lochte and his buddies go out for "All You Can Eat" wings. Since the stakes are always high with the Lochterage, Ryan bets his friend that he can't eat 50 wings in 30 minutes. When his buddy pulls it off, Ryan keeps his word and pays him $1,000.

The next Lochterage outing was at the paintball park. Ryan's team is playing against his assistant Gene's team and they bet that if Ryan's team wins, he gets to shoot Gene in the butt and vice versa.

Suffice it to say, Ryan was sitting on a pillow later that night.

Also on the episode, Ryan's family goes on a photo shoot and they aren't exactly as comfortable in front of the camera as Ryan is.

Fortunately, they all get along so well that they're able to comfort each other through the uncomfortable experience.

At the end of the episode, Ryan video chats with his on again, off again London girlfriend, Jaimee.

They decide that since they've been going back and forth for three years, it's finally make or break time.

After thinking about it for a few hours, Ryan breaks the news to Jaimee over the phone, telling her that he thinks it's best that they end things.

The first one happened after Ryan Lochte and the Lochterage went paintballing. Along with his buddies, Ryan suffered his fair share of bumps and bruises...but unlike his buddies, Ryan got shot in the butt after losing a bet to Gene.

Ryan, who is usually up for anything, looked into the camera after the paintball extravaganza with a defeated look on his face and said "I go big or go home! Tonight...I'm goin' home," which is exactly what he did...and he sat on a pillow for the rest of the night!

The second LOL Lochte moment occurred while Ryan's brother, Devon, was giving his dog Amelia a shower. Ryan recognized the opportunity to capitalize on the cleaning session and threw his dog Carter into the shower stall, too.

Of course, Devon wasn't thrilled about having to bathe both dogs, but Ryan explained, "If I'm groomed and I'm tryin'a look fresh, Carter's gotta look fresh, too," so into the shower he went.

The final amazing moment from this week's episode was during the Lochte family photo shoot.

While Ryan is clearly comfortable in front of the camera, his family was less than thrilled about being the center of attention.

As he sat back and watched his nervous family suffer through their portion of the photo shoot, Ryan confessed, "This is so fun watching my family scirm!"

Apparently, that is the Lochte way of saying "squirm" and "scared," and it kinda works.

As if "scirm" wasn't entertaining enough, seeing Ryan's face when he caught himself was even better. "Scirm," he asked? "Did I just say scirm?"

Yes, Ryan, yes you did...and we won't mention some of the other things you've said without even realizing it!

Today is not only Memorial Day. It's also Glee's Chris Colfer's 23rd birthday! It's amazing how much this powerhouse actor, author and producer has accomplished already.
Memorial Day has a somber side (we remember the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces). But this year it also marks a big birthday celebration for one of our favorite Glee actors. Drum roll, please!

The wonderful and multifaceted Chris Colfer turns 23 today. That may not seem like a huge milestone, like turning 18, 21 or 25, but when you think of everything that Chris has accomplished in his 23 years, it's inspiring. Here are five things that he has accomplished that most of us haven't even dreamed of:

1. He Is An Award-Winning Actor
In 2011, Chris became the youngest person to ever win a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor in aSeries, Miniseries or Television Film. During his acceptance speech he took a stand against bullying. He has been nominated twice for an Emmy, in 2010 and 2011, for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

2. Chris Is Influential
Also in 2011, Chris landed on Time's list of the 100 most influential people with the added bonus of the cover photo of the magazine. For his place in history, he was applauded for rallying for anti-bullying. His article for the magazine was written by cast mate Dianna Agron. Check out his Time video:



3. He Impresses Producers
Chris originally auditioned for the role of Artie on Glee, but he get didn't the part. However, casting directors were so impressed with his audition that they actually wrote the role of Kurt for him. It didn't stop there. He inspired the "Rocky Horror" episode of Glee. With the heart he brings to everything, producers of the show took notice of his persistent campaigning to get to sing "The Time Warp."

4. He Is A New York Times No. 1 Bestselling Author
Chris has released two books to date. The first was The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell, about a pair of twins, Alex and Conner, who leave their world behind and find themselves in a foreign land. It made it to the top of The New York Times bestsellers list in the Children's Chapter Books category following its release. Chris also published Struck By Lightning: The Carson Phillips Journal that same year. The Land of Stories series is set to release this summer.

5. He Is a Writer, Producer and Actor
As a jack of all trades, Chris wrote, starred in and executive-produced a coming-of-age comedy movie Struck by Lightning in 2012. This was on top of his book Struck By Lightning: The Carson Phillips Journal. Amazingly this wasn't his first time doing this. Back in high school, he wrote and directed Shirley Todd, a musical spoof of Sweeney Todd. So maybe not surprisingly, he currently has a TV movie that he is writing, producing and will act in called The Little Leftover Witch.

Jennifer Hudson will reportedly take a seat at the American Idol judges' table for season 13! Check out the other Idol alums that may be joining her! Jennifer Hudson is coming back to American Idol.

After nabbing the runner-up spot in the show's third season, the Oscar winner will return to the FOX competition series this fall as a judge, according to E! Online.

And it looks like she won't be the only Idol alum coming back for season 13.

According to the site, Kelly Clarkson is also close to signing a deal, with the third spot possibly going to Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken to round out the alum-themed judges panel.

That theme is reportedly geared towards luring back the nearly 10 million viewers who stopped watching the show in the last two years.

News of Hudson's casting comes just after NBC's Smash was cancelled, in which she guest starred as Broadway sensation Veronica Moore.

Watch Carrie Underwood sing with Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones in this video clip from their Toronto concert. Carrie joins the Stones for "It's Only Rock 'N Roll" and it's amazing! Plus, read Carrie's after-show tweets.Carrie Underwood and the Rolling Stones? Uh, yes please!

Carrie has had some amazing duets in her career, but singing with Mick Jagger may just take the cake.

The result? Amazing.

The day of the weekend Rolling Stones' Toronto show, their official Twitter account spilled the beans, writing, "@RollingStones25 MayTonight the Rolling Stones will be joined by @carrieunderwood! #Stones50#Toronto@LIVEatACC"

Guitarist Ron Wood tweeted about Carrie's guest appearance too, writing: "Just done a great soundcheck with @carrieunderwood--looking forward to the gig tonight :)"

And Carrie? Well, she was pretty well psyched up too, tweeting: "Just had rehearsals! The guys are so great! They made this country girl feel right at home!"

She wore the signature Stones t-shirt and brought her best rocker chick look for a performance of "It's Only Rock 'N Roll" with Mick Jagger, even sharing a hip bump with the legendary singer.

After the amazing experience, Carrie tweeted: "I just sang with the @RollingStones! Holy cow! I walked off stage and said, "What just happened?!" Still can't believe it! :)"

She added, "8 years ago today, I won @AmericanIdol and tonight, I sang with the @RollingStones! Wow, so much has happened! #Thankful"
