Did Kid Rock REALLY diss Selena Gomez when he was presenting an award at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards? It sure did seem that way!

In case you missed it, Kid Rock came out on stage, holding a coffee cup looking a bit...intoxicated and not pleased to be there. Then he totally dissed either Chris Brown, Icona Pop or Selena...or maybe all of them!

"Let's give it up for lip-syncing under pre-recorded music!" he said before announcing and giving Macklemore & Ryan Lewis the award for Top Rap Song.

Ouch!

2013 Billboard Music Awards: The Band Perry Spills About Their Pre-Performance Jitters

Cambio talked to The Band Perry before their performance at the Billboard Music Awards and they confess that they're nervous, but they're excited about the show.There are so many amazing artists set to perform for the Billboard Music Awards tonight!

We'll be seeing Icona Pop (who wants Taylor Swift to join them), Justin Bieber and Will.i.am (together!) and The Band Perry, just to name a few!

We caught up with The Band Perry on the blue carpet before the show and asked them if they're having any pre-performance jitters...and they confess that they most definitely are.

But they have some really cool stuff planned and they're super excited for everyone to see it.

All eyes were on Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards--and they did kiss!

Ever want to be a fly on the wall with Jelena? Now is the time, as those watching the backstage live stream from the Billboard Music Awards could see their quick kiss.

Were Justin and Selena kissing publicly? Not so much--not out front, anyway, where Selena seemed to act cool and calm when Justin won and performed.

Backstage, Sel and Justin shared a brief kiss on the cheek (at the 1:02 minute mark in the video below) and then Justin noticed the camera a bit later and didn't seem too thrilled, throwing up a hand to block the view.

Justin and Selena just had a date night in Las Vegas--we can't wait to see if they hooked up after the music awards show too or went their separate ways!

When the Biebs went up to accept the Milestone Award tonight at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, tons of boos roared from the crowd!

Unfortunately for him, it was totally noticeable and you could tell he was upset over it. Honestly, we were pretty embarrassed for him!

In typical Bieber fashion, he played it cool, but not without sticking up for himself. When he got to the microphone he paused and waited for the crowd to settle (and quit booing) before he started his acceptance speech. He started off by telling the audience that he thinks he's done a pretty good job for only being 19 years old.

We agree. And we weren't the only ones. The crowd gave him a standing ovation. Weird, considering they were booing him too...

Either way, Justin ended up performing twice at the show and killed it both times. Not to mention, he took home TONS of awards. Find out who else won an award HERE!

This week on What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, Ryan was stumped a couple of times, he got confused and he seemed lost in his own head...This week on What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, Ryan Lochte was stumped a couple of times, he got confused and he seemed lost in his own head. OK, that isn't necessarily specific to this week...but there were a few of those moments this week that were better than all the rest.

So, let's take a look at the top three moments from this week's What Would Ryan Lochte Do?

Confident in Confidentiality

The cameras are filming Ryan in a meeting with the head honchos at Speedo while he's telling them that he has some new ideas for the brand, which obviously piques their curiosity. As Ryan gets ready to reveal his brainchild, he kicks the cameras out of the meeting and explains during a later confessional that the meeting with Speedo was "confident" and he didn't want any of the ideas getting leaked. So, we're pretty confident that the meeting was confidential.

Big Dog

While Ryan is in Los Angeles, he stops by Pink's hot dogs because a hot dog has been created in his honor. As the owners are excitedly telling him about the hot dog, they refer to it as a "little hot dog," which stops Ryan in his tracks. Suddenly, his excitement turns to sheer horror worrying if "The Lochte Dog" is going to insult his manhood. When it was finally served, Ryan was happy to see that the size of "The Lochte Dog" was nothing to be bashful about.

Silence Is Golden

Ryan Lochte ALWAYS has something to say. Sometimes it's utter nonsense that he tries to disguise as a legitimate thought and other times it's just...well, nonsense. We're sure Ryan knows what he's thinking most of the time...or at least thinks he does...but that doesn't usually help the rest of us understand. However, when Ryan met Carmen Electra and was completely starstruck and he couldn't find any words at all...which actually seemed to work to his benefit! When Ryan doesn't say anything, he can't say anything stupid...and the date seemed to go much better than all of the others we've seen him on. In other words...sometimes Ryan says it best when he says nothing at all. Ok, not sometimes...ALL the time!

Hunger Games star jokes that her costars are mean to her on set since she won an Oscar...plus, her and Liam's fiery night together in Cannes!Jennifer Lawrence may have won an Oscar, but her Hunger Games costars aren't giving her any special treatment on set.

"Definitely nobody at work treats me differently," Jen told Yahoo Movies at the Catching Fire premiere party in Cannes. "I wish they would. Everybody's mean as usual."

"Just Liam Hemsworth?" the interviewer asks, to which Jen jokes, "Liam is the meanest person I've ever met."

Liam was also on hand for the party at Baoli Beach, and things got pretty hot between him and Jen inside!

"Liam and Jennifer were sitting on a sofa in the VIP section of the party when all of a sudden, an 8-foot column with a platter of candles on top fell on top of them," JustJared reports. "They both jumped up when it happened and thankfully no one was hurt. Liam and Jennifer both seemed pretty calm about it and laughed it off."

Kailyn Lowry is expecting her second child, and first with husband Javi Marroquin and at her baby shower, she showed off her new, darker 'do.Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has made a lot of changes since we first met her.

She has moved a couple of times, she has gotten A LOT of tattoos, she's been in a few serious relationships and now she's married with another baby on the way. But, one thing Kailyn hasn't changed since we were first introduced to her on 16 & Pregnant is her hair.

While we had really grown to love her blonde locks, Kailyn debuted a new, darker 'do at her baby shower and we're absolutely loving it!

The brown hue seems to go really well with her skin coloring and really brings out her eyes...but let's face it, Kailyn is gorgeous either way, especially with that beautiful pregnancy glow she's sporting right now!

Is Justin Bieber buying Selena Gomez a ring?

The Daily Star is reporting that Justin is currently having Beverly Hills jeweler, Neil Lane, design a HUGE piece of bling to give to Sel on her 21st birthday.

"Justin is planning to go through final designs with Neil in the next week. At the moment his favorite idea is a huge, canary yellow, princess-cut diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds and set in white or yellow gold," a source said.

Don't worry, we are pretty sure it's not an engagement ring! She just said in an interview that she's too young to get married or have kids and let's be real, he's SO not ready to settle down yet.

While her birthday is almost two months away, Justin has reportedly already dished over $1 million for the ring. Best birthday gift ever?!

We're thinking it's a bit of a "I'm sorry, take me back please" ring too. Don't you? Hey, it worked for Kobe Bryant!

Justin is also supposed to be flying home from Boston a day before her b-day to celebrate as well. Aww!

All of this talk comes after Jelena was spotted out together in Las Vegas over the weekend. They even shared a quick smooch backstage at the Billboard Music Awards too although she admitted she's still very much available in a recent interview.

Kim Kardashian Slammed for Self-Promotion in the Wake of Oklahoma Tragedy

While everyone else was mourning the tragic incident that occurred in Oklahoma, Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter to promote the new Kardashian self-tanning product.Kim Kardashian is being slammed for what many are saying is her insensitivity to the victims of the tragic tornado in Oklahoma.

Last night, when everyone else was worried about the victims and possibly even their friends and family who were affected, Kim took to her Twitter to promote the new Kardashian self-tanning product.

"Love that I can gradually build the perfect bronzed glow I want with #KardashianSunKissedTan Extender w/ Bronzers!" she wrote.

Immediately, fans jumped on the poorly-timed self-promotion, saying that she was heartless. Motley Crew's Nikki Sixx was so angered by Kim's shameless plug, he responded to her with a message saying, "Pick your priority or pick your poison. Pretty embarrassing screen shot Kim. Isn't your 15 minutes up..."

Kim isn't the only one who has taken to Twitter to promote themselves in the midst of a crisis. Hours after the Boston marathon bombing, her mom Kris Jenner tweeted about her upcoming appearance where she would be sharing her favorite fashion looks on QVC.

To be fair, however, Kim usually does post at least once after every tragedy or sad event to express that her heart is heavy and say that she's sending thoughts and prayers to victims, when it is appropriate, and she did later post an Instagram photo that said "praying for Oklahoma."

Jon Bon Jovi Slams Justin Bieber, Says He's Disrespectful to Fans

Justin BieberWhoa! Rocker Jon Bon Jovi recently lashed out on Bieber about being rude to his fans and you WON'T believe what he called him!Someone isn't too happy with Justin Bieber!

In a recent interview with the London Evening Standard, rocker Jon Bon Jovi slammed Bieber for arriving late to two of his European shows on his recent tour.

"Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new. They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives - or in that kid's case, 80 minutes of their lives. Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won't have you back. Then it just becomes a cliche. It's really not cool - you're an a**hole. Go to f**kin' work!" he said.

Yikes! Way to speak your mind, mister!

This isn't the first run-in the two singers have had. If you recall, a few weeks ago when Bieber's South African concert revenue was stolen by thieves, some of it was money from Bon Jovi's show the night before too! Maybe something happened between the two celebs during that situation that we don't know about?

Either way, do you think Bon Jovi's words were too harsh especially after Justin was just booed at the Billboard Music Awards?

We love Justin but we kind of agree with Jon! Justin would be NO WHERE without his fans and shouldn't treat them like he did!

Everyone makes mistakes though and we're pretty sure that after all of this backlash, Bieber has learned his lesson and won't be late to a show again.

Unfortunately for Bon Jovi, Bieber fans are probably not going to see that he was sticking up for them and will probably bash him (on Twitter) for calling Justin an A-hole. What do you think?

'Star Trek Into Darkness': Chris Pine, Alice Eve & More Reveal Whether They Would Travel Into Space!

Would the Star Trek Into Darkness cast head into space in real life? Check out the answer Chris Pine, Alice Eve and John Cho gave a few NASA astronauts when they asked them!This brings a whole new meaning to "beam me up Scotty."

Star Trek into Darkness stars John Cho, Chris Pine and Alice Eve may be space experts on screen, but the trio and producer Damon Lindelof still had a few questions when they got the opportunity to chat up a few NASA astronauts.

Live from space, the astronauts floated around in their ships, answering questions from the castmates like "what happens when you sneeze inside your space suit?"

Director J.J. Abrams even chimed in via pre-recorded video message, asking the astronauts if they had seen anything that made them believe in extraterrestrial life.

And the NASA Trekkies had questions of their own for John, Chris and Alice, asking if they would head to space if money were no object, to which they all answered yes.

Back on the mainland, fans also chimed in with questions for the trio, asking the actors which Star Trek star they would want to helm their ship.

"My favorite is Kirk," Alice said, adding "Pine Kirk," when asked if she would choose the original Captain Kirk, played by William Shatner, or Chris.

The We Can't Stop singer admitted to Cambio she can get carried away on social media when we caught with her up at the Billboard Awards.

"It's too late at night and you're a little blurry and you end up just Tweeting and you realize it's to 20 million people, but what are you gonna do?" Miley shared.

Maci Bookout's New MTV Hosting Gig

Maci Bookout will be hosting the Teen Mom 3 after shows for the upcoming season of the show, which is set to premiere in late August. Farrah Abraham isn't the only Teen Mom who has been jetting around the country for fancy business trips.

Thanks to MTV, Maci Bookout is currently in spending some time in New York City, filming the Teen Mom 3 after shows with Alexandria Sekella, Mackenzie Douthit, Briana DeJesus, and Katie Yeager.

As one of the original Teen Mom cast mates, Maci is obviously very familiar with the ins and outs of the show and she studied journalism in college, so this gig is the perfect marriage of her background and her career goals.

Maci did host a couple of after shows with the Teen Mom 2 girls and she did an awesome job, so we're not surprised that MTV would want her to come back to do the same with the cast of Teen Mom 3.

Teen Mom 3 is set to premiere in late August. Are you going to be watching?

'Teen Mom 2' Star Chelsea Houska Goes on Extreme Diet

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska is flaunting a much slimmer figure these days, thanks to the new raw food diet that she's sticking to. Chelsea Houska is getting her bikini body ready for summer!

In an effort to shed a couple of extra pounds, the Teen Mom 2 star is sticking to a raw food diet...and it definitely seems to be working!

Chelsea recently posted this Instagram pic that shows off her slimmed-down figure in a super short dress. You can even see the change in her face, which looks much thinner now that she's shed the extra lbs!

As we all know, dieting is never easy and Chelsea has been airing her frustrations to her fans on Twitter. In one tweet, she talked about how hard it is watching other people eat normal food while she has to stick to her diet, saying, "So @MNOvre10 is sitting here eating pizza and breadsticks...while I'm sitting here starving eating raw almonds #f*ckyou #notgivingin #wah."

We have to admit, Chelsea is looking extra hot these days...we just hope she's taking the proper precautions.

As for the album name, it suits Ariana well--Daydreamin' (and don't forget that ending apostrophe, which she says is "very important").

She explained, "There is a date set. We have a track list set. Now I just have to get in the booth and sing a little more, finish it up."

Amanda Bynes Returns to Twitter With Cryptic Message

Amanda Bynes normally tweets everything that is going on in her everyday life. After not posting a tweet for eight days, Amanda finally returned to say...Amanda Bynes is obviously a big fan of change. She loves to switch up her look, whether it be with a new hairstyle, a shocking outfit or even a couple of random piercings.

But rumors have been swirling recently that Amanda was ready to make a major life change.

While she didn't immediately confirm or deny that, she did make one major change when she suddenly stopped live-tweeting her entire life.

We were all hoping that Amanda was taking some much-needed time to herself and that the rumors were true that she was starting to make some positive changes.

Well, it looks like we have reason to believe that things are starting to shape up for the troubled starlet.

Just yesterday, Amanda briefly returned to Twitter after an eight-day absence and instead of the usual random rants and off-the-wall comments, she simply said, "The only thing that's certain is change."

Since then, she hasn't posted any personal info and seems to be lying pretty low. Hopefully this tweet means what we think it does and we'll get to see Amanda back at her best again sometime very soon.
