Kourtney Kardashian is sporting a fresh new look for spring!

The eldest Kardashian sister showed off her new 'do on Instagram with the caption "Glam party with @makeupmatthew and Peter Savic cut me some bangs!"

She then posted a Keek video where sister Khloé Kardashian Odom expresses her love for the new hairstyle. "Gucci ad," Khloe says, before gushing that Kourtney looks "fabulous."

We have to agree...Kourtney's new hairstyle IS fabulous!

Kourt isn't the first in the family to spring for bangs this season. Sister Kim Kardashian experimented with the style back in December (with clip-ons). Apparently, she liked the look, because she cut them for real a month later.

The Kourtney and Kim Take Miami stars join a long list of lovely ladies who transformed their tresses with this face-framing style statement. Michelle Obama, Leah Michele, Kerry Washington and Jennifer Lawrence are just a few of our favorites who are currently rockin' this chic hair trend.

Justin Bieber FREAKED out on and threatened London paparazzi this morning after they got all up in his business. Lucky for all of us, it was all caught on camera!

As if fainting during his concert and going to the hospital the night before wasn't enough excitement, Justin almost got into a fist fight with photographers after they insulted him in London this morning.

A crazy verbal exchange broke out between Justin, his people and the photogs while Justin was trying to get in a vehicle to leave. One thing's for sure...the Biebs' isn't afraid to drop F-bombs or threaten to beat people up!

Justin hasn't denied the fight with the paps at all. He actually went to Twitter right after the incident to tell his side of the story.

"Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me...Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week. Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage. Only way someone can break u is if u let them," he tweeted.

All of this drama comes right after Justin was reportedly warned by his record label to chill out!

'The New Normal' Cast Tells Us About Their Crazy Twitter Fans!

The New Normal, created by Ryan Murphy (Glee creator) and Allison Adler (Glee writer), is about a successful, happy gay couple who live in Los Angeles but are missing one thing in their lives, a baby. Bryan (Andrew Rannells) and David (Justin Bartha) meet Goldie (Georgia King), a waitress and single mother from Ohio. Goldie decides to become their surrogate, and hilarity ensues.

We caught up with the cast on the PaleyFest red carpet to talk about the show and the crazy things fans say to the cast members on Twitter.

Jayson Blair, who plays Clay, got us quite intrigued about the finale. "Everything can't be clean and super tidy," he says. "Ryan Murphy is a very interesting man."

And Allison hinted about a potential twist. "I will say that in the pilot we learned she's pregnant," she says. "And in the finale, we'll find out something else."

One thing we do know is that their fans are persistent. "You look on your timeline and you see that person's face going all the way down," says NeNe Leakes who plays Rocky. (Read about NeNe's recent crazy offscreen adventure with her dog Playa.)

Jayson has some very not-shy fans. "I think people have sent me nude photos before," he says.

And while Justin isn't on Twitter, he still finds a way to get Twitter news. "I get a lot of faxes about Twitter."

Hmm, neither of those two situations sounds quite normal.

Miley Cyrus is confusing us as much as Justin Bieber these days!

Moments after going on Twitter to say her wedding to Liam Hemsworth is still on and that she was taking a break from the social site, Miley was spotted out without her engagement ring on twice AND with a mystery guy!

Two nights in a row the singer-actress went out in public without her bling from Liam on! While she insisted on Twitter that her nuptials were still on the other day, we think there's a lot more going on now!

Maybe it's the fact that January Jones isn't really denying her hookup with Liam a few weeks ago?

Miley was just spotted by X17, out with a new, mystery guy. They were reportedly going to a house party together.

Miss Cyrus' Twitter break didn't last too long either.

She tweeted a Jeff Buckley quote and said she got good new from her manager today.

Was Jessica Simpson's "accidental" baby #2 gender slip on Jimmy Kimmel Live the other night not accidental after all?

According to RadarOnline.com, Jessica Simpson had it planned to reveal her baby's sex the way she did.

"Jessica's 'slip-up' was a rehearsed line, something she waited to do until the time was right for her," a source close to Jess told the website.

"She knew that she would be taping interviews to promote Fashion Star, so the timing couldn't be more perfect," the source continued.

Jessica went on the late night show to promote the upcoming season of her fashion TV show when she revealed she was having a baby boy.

"I never knew that a wiener could actually make me so nauseous," she said to Kimmel to reveal the baby's sex.

"She thought up a few ideas with Eric and they felt the wiener gag would seem the most harmless and less obvious, so she went with that," the source told RadarOnline.

We thought the "wiener" joke was kind of cute but we think it's lame she pretended to let it slip! We think she should've pulled a Beyonce', joked about the baby boy and then just said she's announcing it, don't you think? Why pretend you let it slip?

Anyway, we think it's adorable Jess is having a boy and can't wait to see what she names him!

MKTO Talks About Their Song "Thank You," Working With Ne-Yo and Backstreet Boys!

There's a new duo in town.

You might recognize 22-year-old Tony Oller and 20-year-old Malcom Kelley from Teen Nick's Gigantic, but now they're in a different kind of spotlight. The two best friends created a pop duo group called MKTO (Misfit Kids and Total Outcasts), and their new song "Thank You" is generating a ton of buzz.

"We're just really trying to do an anthem for our generation," says Tony. "What us kids go through in the economic times right now is not easy."

The friends started out pursuing acting, but they also shared a common interest in music which led to the formation of MTKO in 2012. Success came quickly. "We ended up meeting a great group of producers," Tony says. "We got Ne-Yo on a song," adds Malcom.

What is Ne-Yo's writing technique? "He just comes in with a piece of paper, sits down, very focused," says Tony.

Speaking of influences, while Malcom doesn't remember his first concert, Tony isn't ashamed to share his. "I'll totally be honest," he says. "Backstreet Boys. I left with a T-shirt, it was the Millennium tour."

Kelly Osbourne Recovering After Seizure, Fainting Scare

Kelly Osbourne is on the mend after a health emergency. While filming E!'s Fashion Police, she was rushed to the hospital on Thursday night after fainting on set and suffering a seizure. But the good news is she's feeling well enough to Tweet again.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?" she posted last night, along with a picture of an IV and her hospital bed.

How scary! Kelly's rep said she's "awake and in stable condition" but confirmed she's staying overnight as a precautionary measure while she undergoes further testing. We hope she gets some answers soon.

We're wishing you a speedy recovery, Kel!

Harry Styles Butterfly Tattoo: Too Much or Too Cute?

Harry Styles butterfly tattoo.Looks like Harry Styles has a newish butterfly tattoo--and it's not too tiny either.

Is Harry's butterfly tattoo for real? Some are disputing whether this pic of his new ink has been Photoshopped or if it's the real deal.

Those keeping track at home have caught glimpses of Hazza's pretty butterfly tat when it peeked through an opening in his shirt in one pic and was seen through a white shirt in another.

Tattoo artist Liam Sparkes posted the Harry butterfly tattoo pic on January 21 on Flickr and it looks legit.

Some fans are disputing the pic because you can't see Harry's bird tattoos (the sparrows higher up on his chest)--however, the ship tattoo on his arm is clearly visible.

Kanye West wants his leading lady Kim Kardashian to always look her best.

In fact, he promised her that if she got rid of all her clothes, he'd fill her closet up with newer clothes that would land her on "best dressed" lists.

In an effort to please her man, Kim complied with the request and true to his word, Kanye overhauled his woman's wardrobe.

So, did she mind her man giving her a fashion makeover? "I dress for my man way more than for myself," Kim recently revealed to Us Weekly.

The E! reality star described her new style as "sleek, sophisticated and very monochromatic." Sister Khloé Kardashian Odom agreed, saying, Kim's style is "very simple."

Whoever is behind it, Kim definitely has a killer sense of style! Even her maternity wardrobe is turning heads in the fashion world.

Behind the Scenes of Kendall Jenner's 'Harper's Bazaar' Cover Shoot

Rumors had been swirling for a while that Kendall Jenner would be the next cover girl for Harper's Bazaar.

The 17-year-old budding model, who has appeared on the cover of American Cheerleader, Seventeen and Teen Vogue, had never covered a major fashion magazine aimed at an older audience.

Well, there's a first for everything!

Kendall herself confirmed the news on her Instagram when she posted a picture with the caption, "At an amazing photoshoot for Harper's Bazaar .... shooting the COVER and an inside spread! so so excited! #NoWords"

The more mature modeling gig did come with its own set of challenges, though. Kendall revealed that men on the street were whistling at her and making her really uncomfortable.

Yikes...calm down, guys, this fresh-faced beauty is still underage!

Oh, the troubles of being a gorgeous young starlet...

Like most of the world, we can't wait to see Kendall's super chic fashion spread!

'Modern Family' Star Ariel Winter Opens Up About Family Drama

In a brand new interview with Teen Vogue, Modern Family star Ariel Winter opened up about her childhood, reconnecting with her sister (a fellow actress who is now her guardian) and how her mother fueled her body image issues.

"I had body insecurities when I was younger. I still do. Every girl has insecurities--mine were heightened at the time because my mother wasn't supportive," she says.

Fortunately, spending time with her sister has helped her move past many of those feelings, and she's learning to love herself.

Regarding her sister Shanelle Workman's positive influence in her life, Ariel says, "...my sister is always making sure to tell me that I look beautiful."

Now that she lives with her sister full-time, Ariel is being subjected to things like rules and curfews, which she has never had to contend with before! Surprisingly, though, she's enjoying finally having some structure. "I've never had a curfew before. My life is definitely more normal--and that'll help me grow up like I'm supposed to," she says. "Sunday we have family dinner. It's just a different experience for me because I have more of a family life. I'm really happy."

Speaking of structure, Ariel (who has been home-schooled since second grade) will begin attending a new school soon and she can't wait to get involved in extracurricular activities. "I'm auditioning for the cheerleading team. I dance and do gymnastics, so I hope that helps," she dished.

And what about boys? Of course, she's thought about that, too! "I've always wanted to go to a school dance," she says. "I hope I get asked."

Something tells us she'll probably be entertaining multiple offers!

Sounds like Ariel is finally able to live the life she's always wanted to lead. We wish her all the best!

According to Parade.com, the two biggest, young earners are Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift!

Justin reportedly earned $55 million last year!

With several fragrances, albums, movies and non-stop touring, the Biebs' bank account is obviously stacked and is probably more swaggy than him.

JB isn't the one on top of the young, celebrity entertainer list! Our girl Taylor Swift made more money than him!

Tay reportedly made around $57 million!

She's the third highest paid woman in entertainment. Britney Spears and Oprah are the only one who make more than her! Uh, baller!

We aren't surprised by Tay's amount of cash though. She is constantly on tour and has tons of endorsements! Not to mention, every album she makes stays at the top of the charts for months.

Really Justin Bieber?!

According to RadarOnline.com, Justin threw a massive hissy fit when his mother asked him to be on the cover of her book, Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber's Mom.

A source close to the Biebs told the site that when Pattie Mallette signed her book deal the publisher wanted Justin on the book's cover with her and she agreed (without Justin's consent!). When it came time to finalize the book, Pattie reportedly asked Justin to do the cover and he snapped.

"She approached him about being on the cover and he threw a massive hissy fit. Justin felt like it was unfair to him," the source said.

"It was literally a screaming match in his dressing room and Scooter had to step in and tell them that it was not the appropriate time or place," the insider told Radar.

Justin realized that he wouldn't be where he is without his mama and agreed to do a press junket for the book with her.

According to the source, he's just tired of people using him, family and all. (Yet he till let Lil Twist barrow and wreck his car?!) Or maybe he's just acting up? He was just warned by his record label to chill out!

Taylor Swift's new Diet Coke commercial look totally adorbs!

E! Online just posted an exclusive behind-the-scenes video of Taylor's Diet Coke commercial and from the looks of it, it's going to be pretty cool.

"I think my favorite thing about the concept for the Diet Coke TV ad that we just shot is that one of the most amazing things I get to do is watch the process of writing a song and then all the next steps that happen, resulting in someone singing it in their car, someone singing it in their bedroom," Tay says in the video.

Her partnership with Diet Coke will play a pretty big role in her upcoming Red tour too. Fans will be able to get exclusive access to all things T-Swift via Diet Coke's Facebook page.

This is only one of Taylor's big endorsement deals. She recently beat Justin Bieber on the "highest paid" celebrity entertainment list!

'The Mindy Project' Cast Tells Us Secrets From Their Set! (EXCLUSIVE)

One of the funniest people on TV these days is The Office's Mindy Kaling and lucky for us, we recently got to hang out with her and the rest of The Mindy Project cast too.

Totally making us L-O-L, Ike Barinholtz, Zoe Jarman and Mindy told us about The Mindy Project's set, memorable scenes and if they actually learn all of that medical terminology.

"It's a really friendly set, we like when guest stars come!" Zoe admitted.

Ike and Mindy were on our level and were all about the awesome food behind the scenes.

When it comes to the show's scenes, we aren't the only ones who find it hard to not laugh during them. Beth Grant, who plays Beverly on the show, told us it's hard for her to hold laughs in while she's taping them!

Justin Bieber performing onstage.While we may never know why Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up, some are pointing to the breakup as the cause of Justin's recent meltdown and bizarre behavior.

Justin has been late to a concert, passed out during a show and was hospitalized, sported a gas mask around London (he says it was a prank), and threatened the paparazzi--in short, Justin hasn't exactly been acting "normal."

Is Justin and Selena's breakup to blame for Justin's bad boy behavior?

Last week, we posted a report about a source who claimed Selena kept Justin in check while they were dating.

A source tells The Sunday People (via Sugarscape.com) that Justin "was crazy in love with her," adding, "She kept him grounded. She's been a tower of strength through all the hysteria of being one of the world's most famous popstars. To lose her was like losing an anchor."

The insider notes that they kept each other in check, explaining, "They were together for such a long time for two people so young. He hasn't quite known what to do without her. He is lonely. They kept one another grounded and understood the level of fame that they both had. Now his friends know that he needs their support more than ever."

Will Justin rein it in and restore his good boy image? Do you think his split with Sel caused him to derail a bit?

Meanwhile, a source tells HollywoodLife: "Selena has kept an eye on Justin in the news and just laughed and laughed. She doesn't give a s**t anymore."

The source added, "Justin is crazy and she doesn't want to be his mom anymore. She feels so free and loves hanging out with her girlfriends."

Any chance that Justin and Selena will get back together? The source says no, noting, "He's weird and she doesn't find his behaviour hot or anything. She just wants a man who has his s**t together, and not a weird boy."

Selena Gomez & Ashley Benson Premiere 'Spring Breakers' at SXSW!

'Spring Breakers' cast at their premiere at SXSW.It's Spring Break at SXSW!

Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, James Franco and their costar Rachel Korine were all on hand for the Spring Breakers premiere at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, TX.

The girls glammed up for the carpet, while James kept it casual...but where was castmate Vanessa Hudgens, who recently revealed to The New York Times that she wants to "shock people" with her role?

We're not sure why she wasn't on hand for the SXSW festival too, but the Spring Breakers crew seems to be enjoying their time in Texas, where Selena's originally from.

Selena made time to see her family on the trip, too. Yesterday, she Tweeted a picture with her dad, saying "Deep in the heart of Texas...I missed my papa!"

One Direction Request to See Fans' Tattoos Under Fire: 1D Deletes Tweet

Harry Styles ship tattoo.One Direction love getting tattoos--and they wanted to see what ink their fans had to share as well, tweeting out a request to their Directioners.

Their request was promptly shut down and deleted, after a bit of rumbling that most of One Direction's fanbase aren't old enough to get tattoos.

Oops.

On Saturday, the band's official Twitter account posted: "Have a real #1D tattoo? Show us! Submit a 90 sec YouTube video to 1d3dfan@gmail.com and show us why you should be in the @1D3Dmovie!"

Since most of 1D's fans are under age 18, this was not well thought out.

A spokesman for the band released the following statement: "This tweet was posted in error and has now been removed. One Direction do not want to encourage any of their fans to get 1D tattoos."

Of course, with such a huge number of followers, the original tweet got plenty of retweet action and tons of backlash.

Public Relations 101 for 1D's PR folks? Know your audience.
